They actually had the storage bins in stock that I was looking for. Employee at self checkout was efficient and helpful. Almost hit employee who was gathering carts in the parking lot because he was too busy talking to another employee and wasnt paying attention. Kids!

The cashier we had wouldnt make eye contact and was so out of it. Double scanned items and was so slow when trying to remove them. Could barely put a sentence together. I figured nodding off would be coming up next for bagging. I talked to a manager and they seemed to not care. Maybe check to make sure theyre not on anything or that theyre okay in general?? Walmarts just seem to be slowly going ghetto everywhere, even in the better parts of town. Will not be going anymore.

The store is usually full of shoppers, stocking of items is best early mornings for best fresh selections of produce, some advertised items sell out pretty quickly and this has caused me to give it only 3 stars for that as well as the sometimes unprofessional cashiers who have attitudes whenever asked for them to do their job. So I usually avoid this location for those 2 reasons.

Its your typical Walmart. Honestly, it is rather clean and well stocked. Associates are helpful.

On multiple trips there is always trash strewn about the parking lot, various carts consistently in parking spots, with a security car patrolling so it is not unknown to management. Electronics checkout person eyerolls when you want to checkout, but remains silent the entire transaction and holds your receipt up for you to take (not handing it to you, just holding it above the printer).

I pick up groceries from here all the time, but whenever there is an issue and I need to talk to someone at the store, the phone will ring for literally 15 minutes and no one will pick up. This has happened almost every time I have called. I also placed an order to be picked up yesterday at 4pm and it is still not ready. I tried calling to get information but of course no one picked up. The orders are usually done in a timely way and are accurate, so they get 3 stars.

The shelves are Almost Always bare with boxes(that Need to me unpacked an stocked) Everywhere. Some workers are Super Great but some are Extremely rude. Also I often see workers on their phones Alot. Could be kept cleaner.

Its Walmart, what else can I say? However, i was a bit bummed out, i went to go get some hot cheetos to eat with my chamoy, and they didnt have not one cheeto out on the shelves. Sold out.

I love Walmart but its changing Walmart need to get back to the supercenter Ill be in competitors and everything we need Walmart to be the best I went to Walmart and it was out of a lot of products there was no staff around on South 27th then they took the Walmart from the inner city of midtown of Milwaukee Wisconsin we need to reopen that Walmart back the inner city need that Walmart its only one Walmart East Capitol a lot of people dont have no gas to keep driving all the way there you guys need to put the Walmart back in midtown of Milwaukee Wisconsin it will bring plenty of jobs bring the community back together we know youre going to lose some things you just got to hire more help to stop things from happening Walmart please come back to midtown to the inner city for the urban community the Walmart is a great place and everywhere else keep your stocks up keep the staff up I went to Walmart couldnt get no help but I know when I did find help I was happy so go to Walmart Walmart rebuild that one back in Middletown midtown in Milwaukee Wisconsin we really need that

Needed to replace a flat tire. Fast and inexpensive, I was done in less than an hour. Lay was very friendly and helpful, great experience all around

The store looked as if it had been ransacked. Lots of empty shelves. I wanted chicken thighs but none were to be found. Went to Piggly Wiggly. They had what I needed.

Definitely needs more merchandise and a good cleaning and straighten up. Didnt have a lot I was looking for. The fan I got, Ill have to return because it doesnt work properly. Also more helpful staff

A bag of my merchandise was missed at the check out! One of the customer service representative on June 18th 2021, kindly listened to my explain my situation. I was angry the merchandise was missed at check out . I understand things happen. The customer service representative kindly replaced my items. Revied my receipt and let me explain. She didnt treat me like a con artist. Im grateful. I go to this location constantly. I spent 109s a month between my husband and myself. I appreciate the kind Woman. I didnt get her name. She is Africa American. And bout 5 ft 5inches. A natural lovely appearance and wonderful people skills. My missing merchandise was bout 20,00 dollars. The woman out to be promoted. Cause if she treated me like a crook the hundreds I spent there a month over 18 years I would quietly have taken my business else where. I was there bout 5pm. . That day. Hope you figure out who she is!! My items missing were two lean cuisine dinners . Beef jerky and almonds and Oreo thin cookies!! Thanks for her kindness and patience.

Nice store could have more sizes in womens clothing especially in the pants 👖 department I found my size and they only had two pairs

This is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been to. The whole store is a mess and under stocked. The pharmacy was amazing. I forgot my pills when I left for vacation there and they hooked me up for the time I was in Milwaukee so I wouldnt miss my doses. Thank you Walmart pharmacy.

Walked in about 7:00 a.m. employees were walking around eating snacks, not watching where they are going almost bumping into me. A single customer with no one else around me. Very disrespectful! They only had one register open, as if it was a little corner store. None of the self check outs were open, and there was about ten people in line. Half with one or two items and the others with carts full. This is shame for a business in this country!!!

I truly hate going to this walmart, I wish they would have more cashiers at the checkout and better customer service. However I will give this Walmart credit because they always have what I need in stock.

I try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible, even though it’s the closest Walmart to my house. The staff are always standing around chatting. The manager is usually standing around gossiping with the staff. The shelves are hardly stocked and often you’ll find boxes and carts in the middle of isles with no worker around. This Walmart has gone downhill, unprofessional management and staff team.

Everything was good besides not enough cashiers up in there

It seems that almost any Wal-Mart in THE CITY-- not in the burbs-- suffers from the same issues: poor stocking of shelves, inadequate supplies, chronic insufficient supplies of the Equate or Wal-Mart brand of genetic food items! Sort of like, (fill in the blank): Im looking for [brand x or product y], but its never in stock! No communication to customers with signage. Frustrating! However when the items are in stock, they taste excellent or work perfectly!

If I have to drive 15 miles to the Walmart in New Berlin I will and I do. This Walmart is horrible! Its dirty,not organized,bathrooms are absolutely disgusting,workers are just plain rude. There will be 2 regular checkouts out of 20 something open during their busiest hours. I only gave them one star as giving zero stars was not an option.

Hi I am a former security guard at this establishment. First management team is a joke. It takes Over 15 mins just to speak to a manager even when the store just opened up and not busy. Second the young kids they hire are not even close to mature playing with yo-yos doing tik toks and gossiping while on the clock. Third and finally the asset protection is to aggressive espically the big heavy set young woman who tried to fight over merchandise in my opinion is not worth your life or freedom. Please walmart get it together

If you can avoid this Walmart stay away. Besides the absolutely horrible customer service there just seemed to be too much non sense going on from the time you enter the parking lot to the time you check out go to the one further down 27th street just passed College believe me you will be glad you did.

Yikes!! About 75% of the shelves were empty in the grocery section. I watched employees meandering around the store. When I asked where a particular product in the personal care section could be located, I was escorted to another area and when I turned around to ask for more help, the person vanished.

I love Walmart+. Delivery. Prices work perfect for me and my budget. Walmart.com is wonderful aswell. No standing in the lines. Great 👍

Many times visited this store and many items were not stocked. I feel this might be a leverage of forcing people to buy more costly items than they usually stock. Associates are lacking much info for customers to use while shopping, i.e. location of items.

I stopped in to get meds from the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff at this location is outstanding, always helpful and friendly. Never a problem or hassle. Good job Walmart.

I bought a pack of Purdue chicken wings last night and go home to make my meal and open the package to find a black thing on the chicken that resembled mouse droppings. I returned it today and showed them and I was fustrated dropped my receipt next to the chicken I was returning and she says well you dont have to throw the receipt very poor customer service and unnecessary comment. Just take the chicken back apologize and keep it moving couldnt even get an apology. Smh

Walmart has various great products and customer services.

Sat in parking lot for forty minutes waiting for five items (a few duplicates of the items) ordered online. Received an email that order was ready (before leaving my house), called when I got here, told it wasn’t ready, waited 20 more minutes, called again, told it was again not ready, asked to speak to a manager who said they didn’t fill my order because some things were unavailable (this is common and they should deliver what IS available). Eventually they delivered some items ordered at the 40 minute mark with all the items I ordered (so that is weird and not what I was told).It would’ve been more effective to go into the store myself instead of waiting in the parking lot in 30 degree weather. DO NOT recommend ordering online from this location.

This walmart, like alot of the city walmarts never have stuff on the shelves, or nobody around when I see them. I have to go out to the Pewaukee location to actually feel like a customer.

Its fine. All Wal-Marts are the basically the same, nobody wanna be working there and it shows.

From the moment I grabbed a cart there was trash in the carts from other customers. Instead of going through the carts employees where on their phones. I would of guess retrieving carts have to be exhausting. An employee shucking corn with a hugh husks mess. Bread isle empty. At least they where restocking water. Customers rude as this post with their trash in isles, and not a employee will pick up anything.

Receipt checker was a little rude upon leaving the store! Shelves were messy and pretty empty!

Not once but twice I bought something it was not in there or not the right item. I bought a Wi-Fi extender that cost 150 that was not in the box back in 2019 and a DVD player that cost 50 somebody switched it the manager said the numbers on my receipt did not match the one on the DVD player back in 2009. I didnt get my refund back for neither one. My advice check your items thats inside a box before leaving especially Electronics and have the associate to check it so thats work you dont have to do especially if its a big item.

This is the dirtiest Walmart store Ive ever seen. Ridiculous security driving around the parking lot in circles. I was running behind there security truck yelling and he/she just kept going and going.

Always the most unfriendly staff of any wal mart, and their food (which i don’t usually choose to buy from walmart for this reason but did because I needed household items as well) is moldy and stale... this was the photo of the cheese we bought and opened the next day to find ALL over. I’m not about to stand in a 2 hour customer returns line over it, but learned never to buy food here again

This Walmart is always picked over and crowded. Not to mention the shelves are always unorganized and messy. I drive across town to go to a different location because this Walmart flat out sucks.

Literally just left the store there is not one single cart inside the building for customers to grab and shop with we are being told to go outside and grab our own carts, which is totally unacceptable the only reason you got two stars is because you usually have anything that I’m going to the store for other than that it’s filthy messy there’s no organization.

I walked in 20 minutes before closing time. I knew exactly what I wanted though. I was able to find the things I wanted & scan around for something better, which I bought. The most impressive thing to me was no employees looked annoyed or frustrated at me for being a last minute shopper. Trusted me Ive been a frustrated employee annoyed at a last minute shopper but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt that they knew what they wanted & would be done on-time.

Worst Walmart Ive been to In My Life they were almost out of cards they had no scooters for my aunt that can barely walk and they only had two cashiers on Black Friday I had to wait in line for 25 minutes

I can understand having ONLY self checkouts open late at night, but not closing the self checkouts and having only one very slow cashier. Especially while other employees stand at nearby registers stocking candy. A 20 minute line for what was supposed to be a quick stop for a snack would be ridiculous any time of day, much less at 11:15pm (2019/1/10).

I like this Walmart store, cuz its clean and has helpful employees & has almost everything I need when I am shopping there.

Excellent customer service well organized, I found everything I needed with no problem.

This particular Walmart was not up to par compared to others which l visit at least weekly. I was mainly in grocery area which was not busy at all. The selections were limited and the emphasis very different.Couldnt find 2 of the 9 things I always buy at the one nearer my home and the department seemed disorderly..

Plenty of customers had to walk to go find a shopping cart. Lines are to long when it comes time to checkout. Plan on being in line a good 15-30 minutes someday just to get to a cashier or self checkout
