I had a WONDERFUL experience here today! Delo and his shift manager were so nice and helpful. I needed help loading my car and Delo went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. If you want to print something I would suggest going to another Office Depot or Max. Dont bother doing it here. The lady at the print shop was helping another customer with a fax. If you knowing faxing it can take anywhere from a minute to several to go through. Well, we ended up waiting about 15 minutes to TRY to print one page. As in the lady didnt try to help us, didnt greet us, didnt even say it would be a moment. Completely ignored us. I guess the can only help one customer at a time there.Well be our printing elsewhere from now on where will will be able to actually print.

My husband and I both rely on Office Depot for office supplies. One area where Id like them to do better is pen refills, and bottled ink for fountain pens. But thats a pretty specialized item, and that they have any pen refills at all (because they do have some) amazes me.

Ive purchased laptops/computers & other items here numerous times. I have also used this office depot for repairs. Always satisfied with sales & services!!!

I love the staff here. Angie, the manager, is terrifically helpful. They helped me sort out some real printer issues when they couldve as easily said I was stuck with it.

Make sure you check your Ink before you leave! I went home to an open cartridge package and the store wont refund/exchange (Oh, only if I bring my big a** printer to the store to see if the ink was full). Not to mention the rude and confused staff members 🙄.

Good place to get office products, very big store, spent almost 2hrs to go over their products. Good.

Office Depot had an HP sales rep in there one day who told me to buy the wrong cartridge for my printer. When I installed and it didnt work, I was frustrated and brought it back. Every employee in the store was too stupid to understand that this was totally unjust and they told me there was nothing they could do. Both the blacks in front and the white guy running the place from the back room. All complete morons, who didnt care about anything I said or even have the ability to understand what I was saying. Stupid people are running the world. Period.

This is the closest office supply store near me and it has what I need most of the time. Its located in an economically depressed area, which is reflected in the state of the store. Its not terrible by any means. Its just not as shiny new looking as other stores. Prices are okay and staff has been friendly to me.

The worst copy and print center in Milwaukee. Every time I go in to get something printed the person who working copy and print say they don’t know how to work either the programs or they don’t know how to print more then one copy on a page.

The basic office supplies were very expensive. Much higher than target or amazon with worse service. The cashier was nice, but she was the only one. There was a line, and she was also training someone while the line was growing. Overall, they were friendly enough, but If I do not need something right away I will just buy online

Literally waited 30 minutes for 3 prints another lady stepped in and messed everything up. Would not recomemd to others. Only have 3 starts because the first lady who helped me was nice.

Negative stars on this location. At 4pm they said the copy and print shop was closed. I stood there for 20 minutes to pick up prints. Someone came and told me the print shop was closed and walked away. I yelled after her that I wasn’t coming here again, I just need to pick up. 10 minutes later she shows up and asks for my name and very rudely handed me the 30 pieces of paper I ordered.The location is open until 8pm. How can you close something that early?

My 4 year old granddaughter loves coming to this location at least once a week. Looking for sales or clearance items. She puts a desk chair at a desk to play her role as a secretary..but hates it when she comes back because they move her desk chair.

Store prices work twice the online price and they honored the online prices. Helpful staff

Great service. I went in for a printer and I was helped almost immediately and given very thorough information!

I went in looking for a laptop sleeve. The cashier said I think theyre over there and gestured generally toward the store. He said hed ask someone to come help me which took forever. When someone did show up he didnt know where they were either. When I found them the prices were not clearly marked. I left without purchasing anything .

It looked closed at first but overall The Office Depot is a pretty good place to buy your electronics and other things

Besides feeling like my car isnt safe in the parking lot, its a pretty standard warehouse-y office supply store. Could do with a security driver in the lot.

Love the fact that you can ship USPS of FEDEX here. Just drop off your packages in the shipping bins at the printing department.

I am buying a new laptop and OD was great.

Inventory and selection is weak compared to other OD locations. Service is pretty slow, too.

Staff was...... different. Dancing and singing behind the register. I Asked if someone could help me pick out a shredder. Guy walked me to where the shredders were and said “here they are” then walked away.

Friendly staff, went out the way to help and got his honest opinion and it wasnt just for the sale.

Called to speak to someone about emailing in a file to be printed.Call #1: placed on hold and then hung up on with no contact.Call #2: told, We dont do that. When I asked to speak to someone in the print center to confirm I was placed on hold and my call was never answered.Call #3: finally spoke to someone in the print center and he told me they dont accept files by email because its much more convenient for customers to bring their files into the store on USB drive and wait while they are printed... Umm no its not.Taking business elsewhere.
