If I could give zero stars I would. I am going to be filing a BBB complaint regarding this place. We ordered all new doors, for the whole house from this place and they have sent us the worst quality doors for the doors they rememberedto order. The frame alignment was off on half the doors, they sent us the wrong pantry door, they just plain forgot to order 3 doors. And worst of all, they forgot to order the front storm door. We waited months for them to be painted, and by the time the installers were here, they didnt have a front door, just sidelights. We have had to send back the hardware that was ordered wrong as well. What kind of business runs like this? Never buy in bulk from this place, they cannot handle it, it is the most unorganized place in the world. I wont buy a dog door from this place in the future...

This place is great. I had a broken storm window. Brought it in and got it back in a couple of days. Just wish I could have tried the hot dog man in the front. Oh well next time.

I stopped in on Wednesday to order a custom sized storm door for my upstairs deck at my home. The door was shorter and narrower than a standard size, they told me that had a door that could be cut down and that it would fit. They called me the very next day to tell me it was ready and that they did not need to modify the width of the door after all, just the height. When I picked up the door, they refunded me the extra charge for the width modification. When I went to install the door, I saw where it was trimmed down, they did a nice job on it and even sealed the bottom with silicone. The price was great for the quality of product I received, and the door was even made in the US.

I felt that I was rushed. Place is crowded. The salesperson for some reason showed me the cheapest product. I like to save money, but I read reviews on manufacturer. I am not sure I come there again. They have list if installers they recommend. The one recommended to me was not returning calls, impossible to schedule.

And are low-key rude sometimes when youre asking simple questions.But for this Mom and Pop store that has definitely cornered the market for years in Milwaukee for selling quality used and new windows and doors....I must say I am grateful that they are a part of our city and community especially for us contractors...🎯👍🏾🙏🏾✊🏾 Keep up the good work guys. And also please inform...some of the guys there to keep their apparent problems at home, customers can feel it and it doesnt feel nice...

They are following CDC guidelines facial mask, social distancing. They didnt have the door lock I needed, however they gave me the name of another business to go to who may have the door lock. Libson Storm Screen & Door have a variety of doors and other door locks. The employees was very helpful to me, l give them four stars because they didnt have the door lock I needed for my door and there is All way room for improvements. They have a parking lot and you dont have to park on the busy street.

Ive recently started to plan to replace the 20 year old (Pella) windows in the house we built. I was surprised by the amount of information I had to extract from our first salesman (NOT at Lisbon) re: which windows to look at. The quote was not cheap, and it was not what I wanted (to eliminate wood). A recommendation was made to look at Marvin windows. I also got a Pella quote that was ultimately 2-3x what Im going to pay now. Another Marvin dealer was less than helpful and more expensive than Lisbon.I went to Lisbon and was pleased to meet and work with MJ. Fourth generation in the family business. He quickly showed me ALL the styles of windows, even those less expensive than I was looking at. We discussed what I wanted, and he agreed the Essential series from Marvin was the way to go for my needs. His prices have been the best, by far, compared to other Marvin dealers. His service has been impeccable. The windows (about 75% of my house) are ordered...If you are looking at windows, you owe to yourself to stop there and talk to MJ....

After a year long nightmare with Great Lakes Windows and Doors, I brought my broken storm door to Lisbon. It was repaired within a week. They were fast, courteous and treated me fairly. There is a reason this business is ALWAYS busy! They are a great local business!

In the past year and a half I have had two security doors and an entry door installed on my home all through Lisbon storm and screen. The staff in the store always help me right away and are very knowledgeable. The installers they recommend are very professional and the best at what they do. I ordered a fiberglass entry door and was told it would be in in about 5 weeks and they called me less than three weeks and told me they had it in. They have a very good reputation in the Milwaukee area for good reason if I have any door or window needs I know exactly where to go and it I am happy to recommend them the installers have very reasonable prices as well

I went into store with expectations of being more expensive than big box & business, and turned out completely opposite. And the staff member helping me was able to provide me phone number for installer too. Awesome!

No matter which person I work with at Lisbon Storm, I always get flat out excellent customer service. They also have the best prices in SE WI (and likely all of WI). On several occasions, they’ve provided me with a reco on a person to do installations. Those recos have all works out great. I own rentals and know others who do as well. They all feel the same about this place.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER.I gave one star only because I had to. The worst customer service. Lance is very rude. My custom ordered doors were suppose to be delivered 5 weeks from order date. I called at 6 weeks and asked when the delivery date was and Lance stated havent you heard of COVID . I am guessing he was trying to say they were on back order but apparently couldnt find the right words. I called again 10 weeks and was told it will be another 2 weeks. I was told they are the best in the area so we paid 4k for 3 doors. I will never use this company ever again. I will drive to Chicago next time.

1st time there, very busy place, nice people, very reasonable, Ill drive the extra mile because they have what it takes to get the job done right!

The sales person I worked with was knowledgeable and efficient, but I got the feeling that because I was only looking for a small replacement piece, I was wasting his time. When asked about a new screen door, he showed me 2, gave me a quote for each and the business card of the installer. He never explained or demonstrated the features or why the brands they sell are the best. So, I left there not knowing anymore than when I walked in, sort of disappointed.

Terrible experience, I call ahead to see if the had a window in stock and told me they did so drove from kenosha to Milwaukee to pick up, when I got there I paid for it and after waiting about 20 minutes I was told the they had sold it 😡🤬...

The showroom was extremely satisfying and had a good amount of samples. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to find a good quality product and get it in custom sizes for our project. I would recommend stopping in if you need doors or windows. I will definitely be stopping in again for future projects.

I was recommended Lisbon Storms for my windows by my realtor and I could not be more disappointed. I ordered 8 windows in first week of July and was told 2-3 weeks. I totally understand that because of Covid this could potentially get pushed back. I called Lisbon a month after my windows were ordered and they told me that my windows were scheduled to be delivered on Monday September 14th. No one ever called me to advise me of this major delay. I waited until Wednesday the 16th to call them back, to which they told me that all of my windows came in. I advised my service technician that the windows were in and we scheduled an install for the following week. My service technician called Lisbon to confirm all of my windows were in….to which they also told him said yes. Low and behold….the day my windows are supposed to be installed, my service technician is IN PERSON at Lisbon and they magically no longer have my windows. I called Lisbon and they told me that they would have someone call the window company and call me back. I waited 6 hours and never received a phone call. When I called Lisbon back, the guy who answered the phone rudely told me he had no idea what I was talking about and that it wasn’t his problem that the window company did not deliver my windows. Correct, but it is a problem that someone told me AND my service technician that all of my windows were in. This completely delayed my home remodel plans. To make things worse, this happened a second time. The week of September 21st, my service technician was contacted by Lisbon stating my windows were once again in. I scheduled him to install my windows on Monday October 5th, due to other projects that were scheduled to be completed. On Monday October 5th, Lisbon called me and stated I needed to pay the remainder of my balance in order for them to release my windows to my service technician. I paid that balance off. Within an hour my service technician is calling me to tell me that once again, Lisbon does not have my windows. When I called Lisbon, I got transferred to three different people and no one could give me an answer. Finally, I was told that someone would contact the window production company and call me back. Once again, I never received a phone call. My service technician was so fed up with this issue that he physically went into Lisbon to speak with someone. My service technician was given the same run around that we had been given twice before. The next day, my service technician went in a second time and magically all of my windows were in. I was told specifically that their deliveries are on Mondays, which means someone was either too lazy to check the inventory or they were too busy. Either way, all I wanted was communication for my windows. I finally got my windows three months and a headache later…Unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

I had been to Lowe’s, Home Depot and Menards and couldn’t find anyone wanting to help or answer questions. Decided to try Lisbon Storm and screen at my carpenters recommendation. Gentleman helped me within a minute or two even with plenty of customers there. Answered all my questions and set me up with the 4 doors I needed. He wasn’t pressuring me or rushing. I was able to place my order and can pick it up when ready for the install. Great service and attention to customers.

Excellant with screen replacements and wood storm window replacements. Built my custom storm door backwards but it wasnt a big deal; waited several weeks for new screens when they got a big order and they never called to tell me the order was done. Im still a fan, though.

Requested an estimate for sliding door repair. Got an initial response very quickly from David, the owner of the company, indicating his service department will call me. Havent received callback from anyone there after about 2 weeks so I followed back up with David. No responses from him either either. Surprised to see so many positive reviews on a company with such bad customer service.

Excellent experience with Lisbon. I exchanged multiple emails with David, the president of the company and he helped me size a new screen door I needed installed. Made sure that I double checked my measurements so everything was perfect and had my order ready extremely fast. Great quality product and they were priced well under other companies I reached out to for the same door. Will absolutely do business with them in the future as they were on top of everything and my screen door fits perfectly!

If youre looking to get a window repaired to buying windows or hardware for doors and windows. Lisbon Storm & Screen has the knowledgeable staff to help you. I think theyve been around since the beginning of time or it seems like. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Very condescending staff. I called asking if they can make me a generic screen. I did not have one to bring in to replicate. I told the gentleman on the phone what the opening/screen size should measure and how deep my channels measure to account for the framing around it. They made me a screen including the framing to match the size of what I said the opening was.. never accounting for the framing/channel portion. When I brought it back the guy was irritated that I had the nerve to complain and said that I should have known the width of their framing!! He said, “Well, you needed to add the framing measurement onto the screen size”, I said, “You mean the guy should have?”, he replied, “NO, YOU should have”, I said, “How the heck would I know how wide YOUR framing is? ¼”, ½”, etc. I’m supposed to know that?”On top of all that, the screen they originally gave me had a snag in it right down the middle. So it was coming back one way or the other.This place is just not worth the trouble, not to mention you literally risk your life having to drive there.

I have been a lifetime customer of theirs. The service has went straight down hill in the last few years.The first time I have an issue with their product and I have to chase them around an make several calls and emails to get part. I have been waiting 4 months and attempting over and over and my customer tells me they have no record of me contacting them when I have several times. It is because of them I have a furious customer on my hands meaning lost business. Also a few months ago I had a customer call to pay for his order over $2,500. I get an estimated delivery time. One week after that date we contact them to find out they never put in the order and have to wait 4 more weeks, greatly slowing down my project! They have caused me to look terrible 2x in the last couple months so I am forced to bring my business else where. I reach out to them and explain my situation and I get several bad excuses putting the problem on everyone else but themselves. Be careful! They dont seem to be to organized anymore. It hurts me to write this because I USED to really enjoy doing business with them
