I had a tenant who broke a pane of glass in the front door. Although she claimed she had the glass professionally fixed, I am doubtful that was the truth. See the before picture. I called Home Glass Company, sent them a picture of the situation, and they gave me an accurate estimate, and scheduled someone to come out the very next day and did a great job. I hope to never have a broken window again, but if I do I will definitely call them!

I Cannot say enough good things about this company and Nicole. I am in the process of becoming a first time home owner and needed two window panes replaced for the inspection. I gave Home Glass not nearly enough time, and gave them windows that were not in good shape. Not only did they fix the window frames up, but they got it done in my extremely tight time window. They were extremely respectful, and priced very fair for the work that they did. Companies like this, with employees like this simply dont exist any more especially when dealing with the younger generation like myself. I cannot thank Nicole and the staff enough.-Seth

I wish all of the companies that I deal with were as user friendly as Home Glass Co. Ive never used them before, never even heard of them until I had a need for a piece of glass. I called other location places who didnt answer their phone so I moved on and I am so glad I did. In a time when customer service is mediocre at best it was refreshing to have such an easy and pleasant experience. My glass was available in a timely manner and it a value add to my rustic wood kitchen cart. Good job folks at Home Glass. Management should value their employees.

As a realtor things come up as you get close to the closing but 1 day before closing, the underwriters said they couldn’t close the transaction because of a broken window that appear on the appraisal report. The appraisal report was done in May. So my client was in a panic, I Google companies in Milwaukee that fix glass windows, long story short, the receptionist Nicole was so helpful, we scheduled a appt. got the measurements, window repair and installed within 5 hrs. What a fast turn around, now we are able to close faster then we thought, thanks to Home Glass Company Inc.

Home Glass Co. did a phenomenal job on a window repair job at one of our industrial buildings. They finished quicker than expected and did a very professional job. Also, there was great communication and friendly service.

Nicole was extremely helpful in getting a very old (nearly 100 year old) mirror belonging to my wifes grandmother fixed. It looks better than it did before it broke. They gave me a fully rebuilt mirror using a new piece of glass with a beveled edge in and without the rosettes that were screwed through the original. Communication was easy and the price was very reasonable as I paid for custom fit brand new mirror. I would highly recommend!!

Nicole is God sent, she went above and beyond to assist me in my emergency situation. She provided comfort and was sympathetic to my situation. I was totally freaked out and did not know what to do! Excellent experience. I got a full-wall piece of glass for our guest bathroom. They did a professional measurement of a unique, angled space. Delivery and installation was very professional. This was the $550 Ive spent to date on home remodeling!

Recently, I have made several requests with Jessica to get an estimate for commercial windows and doors for my office building and she completely ignored my requests. I also spoke with the receptionist and left her a few more messages but no return phone call or email. I was disappointed with their customer service. I would not recommend this company to any new customers. Dont waste your time.

Awesome customer service, speed in arranging the visit to estimate and actually do AND the repair itself, quality of repair, and understanding ear for my situation! Great flexibility in coming to my place - even as early as 7:00 a.m. before work. Nicole Lipofski (customer service) and glazier, Ryan, got this whole matter of my broken sliding window pane scheduled and repaired in rickety split time. Highly recommended! And - PLEASE: you do NOT need an entire window replacement, if you use them!

Home Glass is awesome. Jessica, Amanda and Nicole are incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered every question in detail and broke it down so I could understand the glass lingo. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything glass related. Their pricing is competitive as well. I read some of the other reviews and I wish I could delete them because they definitely are NOT accurate at ALL! But I guess, you cant make EVERYONE happy. Plus, Im sure their jobs were in a not so nice area, cuz Im sure those are the only ones that they are hesitant to take, so who can blame them for not wanting to jump at the chance to go work on 19th and Center??? Not everyone is going to be safe in those areas! We all know this. Can you really blame them??? But again, you cant make em all happy. Someone is always gonna be dissatisfied no matter what you do. So, ignore those other reviews. This one is the TRUTH!!!!

This company is obviously not interested in their potential customers needs. Called a few times and nobody ever knew what was going on. They couldn’t find estimates that were given and phone calls were never returned. Deal with at your own risk. It seems like the company/office suffers from a case of “the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing”. Found someone else who was attentive to my needs and offered a better price.

Great service. I recently had a broken window repaired here and you cant tell that it was ever broken. Once the glass came in, they installed it while I waited and I think is great that they do that.

This is the worst business i ever had dealt with!! I called to have a piece of glass installed and the lady told me it would take a week to get the glass in and she would call me. I waited a week no call and i called back and no record of my order and was transferred to someone else voice mail and no return call. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT CARE!!
