Ordered a Diesel Tank and Pump and Vent Kit on 6-21, received the Pump Kit the next week. The Tank had an expected ship of 4 to 6 weeks and I received the tank on 7-15 so shipping was as promised. Tried to assemble the pump on the tank and there were no clear directions on the pump or tank, called customer service and the young man that answer the phone was polite but was very little help and had to keep putting me on hold to ask someone else the answers to the questions I was asking. Ive still not been able to fully assemble the pump on the tank because of a lack of sufficient parts. When you sell a pump kit for a tank it should come with clear directions and the correct parts to install the pump on the tank. Product is good quality but only giving 3 stars due to the lack of parts and lack of knowledge from your customer support.07-19, thank you for the reply. One of my points is that you shouldnt sell a tank and pump kit without the proper parts to hook up the pump to the tank. This has nothing to do with the lack of part availability. Your new customer service person was polite but couldnt answer my questions. Ive looked through your online sight and still cannot find threaded covers for the additional openings in the tank that I do not need to use and need to seal.
I have been ordering for many years from JME and on my last order I purchased 3 hi flow nozzles and a hose. One of the nozzle seems to be defective and is leaking from inside. When I called customer service, I was told that I need to call the manufacturer of the nozzle and troubleshoot the nozzle. This is not a computer or electronic system. On a top of that, the customer service representative didn’t even care that I told her that I will never order from them again. Her answer was “ That’s fine”.That’s fine with me too. I will find another place to order my nozzles and hoses, a place where that care about customers.

We ordered a Superior submersible water pump from this company, John E Ellsworth based on their good reviews. Unfortunately for us the pump came in and did not work. After calling in with issue on Monday by Saturday the new pump was delivered to our home and we were using it Sunday. We have used the Superior pumps for years without issue but it was good to know that all parties involved in the documentation and resolving the issues were on point. All parties especially Grace Hanson with the John E Ellsworth Company and Bart with MichelSales were excellent with their customer service. Thank you, The Moores

I cant say enough good things about Carolyn and the company she represents. I had purchased an over wing Av gas fueling nozzle for our Phillips 66 inspection. After installation we discovered that it was defective. I contacted JME about the problem. This was on a Friday. Carolyn contacted me, spoke with the manufacturer and got authorization to replace and ship another handle. First thing on Monday, I had the return label in my email box and shipped the nozzle out the same day. Im not one to post reviews but JME deserves a good one. We bought several tanks, pumps, reels, etc. last year from them. Prices were good, transaction went as it should, and delivery was prompt. But the real test of a company is how they handle it when there is a problem. We had one of our 12 volt 20 gpm Fill-Rite pumps quit about a year after getting it. JME and Fill-Rite were both great. Covered it under warranty with no hassle. Gina with JME was all over it and guided me thru the process. Troubleshot it with Ashley @ Fill-Rite then once I got the pics & info to Gina she had one mailed out to us the same day. I dont know how it could have gone any better. Thanks to Gina & Charlie at JME, and Ashley at Fill-Rite. Well deserved 5 stars!
Worst company ever. Ordered a part on >January 6th< that they had IN STOCK or marked in stock online. Then get an email saying it will ship on the 18th...called and asked about the shipment being late and they said there was an error on inventory...no biggie but not happy...then they say order will ship out 25th...getting ticked off now because I have work to do and now have to build my own ramps instead of the ones I ordered from them - call today to check on shipment and they are still being liars and pulling out excuses. Bottom line do not rely on them- maybe if you can go into their store and buy something might be okay but the salesman who lied to me to get off the phone is doing such poor customer service. Do what you say. And this company is full of lies.

I ordered over the phone, they had exactly what I needed in stock, at extremely competitive prices, picked up in person, was in and out in 3 minutes -- perfect.
The 46 gallon auxiliary tank I purchase arrived approximately a week later than what was projected and I had ended up having to call the company since I had not been sent any status updates. After I called, the company did send me a status update. Once the tank arrived, I noticed both of the bolt down wings on the tank had been bent in an upward position (possibly occurred during shipping). I have attempted to bend the wings back so that I can secure the tank to my truck. Hopefully the tank itself was not damaged during shipment and will not have any leaks.
I ordered some suspenders for my fire gear and they did not fit. 25% restocking fee along with paying my shipping fee and I basically paid for them!! Dont order anything from this company that you might need to return. You are better off using a company with a respectable return policy.

I ordered a 50 gal fuel transfer tank and 12 volt electric transfer pump, hose and pipe to screw onto pump and extend into the furl tank. Upon receipt I filled the tank with gas and headed to my cabin in the north woods 60 miles from anything with the plan being to fill all my equipment there for the summer season. I put all the stuff together on arrival and discovered the pipe going into the fuel tank is about 5 inches too long so cant screw the pump on the tank, and therefore cant fuel any equipment. I called the company to tell them of the screw up and get a pipe that fit and was told “we dont pay attention to pipe length. If its too long cut it off. Problem is it is heavy duty pipe that cant be cut without special equipment. so Im screwed. Would be nice if they alerted buyers that pipe being sent with tank and motor might not fit! Wont be ordering from them again.

Extremely poor customer service. I called and ordered a few hoses over a month ago. A few weeks went by and I never received them. I called and spoke to Juan in customer service. He checked and said the parts for the pump just came in and they would ship out the following Monday. Again, the hoses never came. I called again and was told that there was an issue with the credit card so I updated the card information ( that issue, I realize was not their fault) I was told by the receptionist that the hoses would be shipped immediately. That was two weeks ago. I called again and was told that I would be getting a call back because they would have to check with shipping. Three hours later no phone call! I called again and finally someone named Chris said that it would be shipping today he said that there was a problem with the card! I stated, that it should have been resolved already right? He said, yes now it is. Like the whole thing was my fault!!!! The staff there have no idea what they are doing. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never do business with that company again!

After placing an order for almost 3,000 dollars and waiting a week for a product ship update and requesting an itemized accounting of products ordered and their ship dates I have not gotten a callback. I finally get through to Robert who offers to help me figure out exactly whats going on 5-10 minutes into the conversation and still only 20% through my problem Im told that I need to hurry up! Im not asked if I can be called back because of high call volume, but told Youre going to have to hurry this up . I will be taking our business elsewhere and sharing my experience with the companies and individuals I work with.

I ordered a pump from this place and was quoted one price and got billed a much higher price. On top of that the shipping took a week longer than told at the time of purchase. When the pump arrived it came with a nice big dent on the gas tank. This will be the last time i order from them.

Shopping on line was easy enough. It’s the time it takes until shipping that i have a problem with. I placed an order on July 10, 2019, i received a shipping date estimate get this its for July 31, 2019. I find that crazy that it takes that long to ship out an item. That’s 21 days just to ship. It ’s not like it was a special order item or anything. If they cld get their shipping part a bit better, i might consider changing my opinion. I just dont think it shld take that long to ship and then once it does ship, there will probably b another week shot. So if u r not in a hurry then it should b fine but when i order something i kinda need it. How can amazon prime do it?

Make sure on your delivery date because apparently first off if you try to contact Quinn he will never call you back so then you get a hold of another sales man he tells you two days for shipping what they mean is actually a week for shipping and that is a guess at best first time doing business with this company very disappointed in the company and will more than likely take my business back to dultimer sales they may have a little higher price on shipping but at least they know what they are talking about.**EDIT 10-4-2021** so we had an issue with a device we ordered through JME here is my edit. I ordered a booster hose reel for my Fire Dept. When it arrived it didnt have an item we were expecting it to, I called and spoke to Jaimie in Sales and she explained the item was an optional accessory. I was frustrated but Jaimie was pleasant and worked to resolve the issue with us in a manner that we found agreeable. She also followed up to have the description updated on the website to avoid confusion in the future. At first I was pretty sure I wouldnt be doing any more business with JME but after working with Jaimie, I wont hesitate to contact them again and look forward to doing business with JME in the future. I ordered a tank level indicator online Monday at 1:41pm ct. I received an email on Wednesday that my order just shipped. What?!!!!I paid 27.05 for second day air so I would have it on Wednesday.This company didnt process the order until Tuesday even though their business hours are until 6pm ct. The sales woman told me I probably ordered it past the cutoff time, typical comment from someone who doesnt care about doing their job in a timely manner, I ordered it at 1:41pm, you have 4-1/4 hrs. left in the day to process the order ( they close at 6pm ct.)!!!! She told me she had to check the order and call me back.She called back and told me I ordered second day air delivery, I said yes I did. She proceeded to tell me it shipped on the second day and was confused why I was upset. I told her second day air means I get the package on the second day not that the package is shipped the second day!!!! Why the heck would I pay extra to have the package shipped 2 days after I order it!!!! Im out $27.05 and I dont get the part I needed when I expected it. These people are soooo clueless!!!!
