I have visited Coldspring liquor store twice. Both times, the blond, kinda heavy lady was rude and unfriendly. I am glad there are other liquor stores in the area. Would not recommend Coldspring Liquor. Jens on Howard Ave or Meijer are a much better choice. They appreciate your business.

Bought a bottle with an obvious rebate around neck, however they dont give out itemized receipts unless you ask which I dont have to ask at other places, and they are in the business in which rebates are common. I called but she couldnt do anything because she could only give a voided receipt which the rebate wont accept and I couldnt return and repurchase due to state law. Ill take my business down the road where I dont have to ask for proper receipts. ie Picknsave, Meijers, or Villager beer

I stopped coming here because of the blonde heavy lady who worked the register. She was very rude and condescending. I took my business to Jens Beverage Center. They have the same variety of beverages and the people who work there are much friendlier

Helpful friendly staff. Good prices and selections

I was at the washers there and everything is broken . I lost 75 cents in washer 11. Moved everything to washer 17 and after 36 minutes of washing opened the door to find no water was ever in the washer. So I lost another 75 cents and time . Never going back
