The produce is old prices are high and the meat dept smells really bad. Not coming back.

When entering the store there was no caution whatsoever or person to sanitize hands or the carts to be cleaned. There was no respect or consideration from both the employees and the customers. There was no order to keep people safe during the pandemic. An employee literally almost bumped into me. No one is paying attention to their surroundings. If this is how it is out in of the store, I do NOT want to know how disorganized and unsafe it is in the back rooms. This place is not being safe during the pandemic.

Fruits and veggies are always the freshest and the carnitas are da bomb!

Ive been going to the 27th street location, cant say enough good things about this place. Really cool selections of ethnic meat cuts. Finally a place that has pork with flavor. My new grocery store!

Like a mini El Rey. Meaning less is available here and its a bit claustrophobic. The tamales are good though and there are meats, fruits, and vegetables you can find.

Great Hispanic grocery store and butcher. People were friendly and the butcher counter was clean the hot food was excellent. Tamales were very very good. Im not in the Milwaukee area often but this will be my spot for a quick lunch or a nice cut of meat

Pretty good prices on meats and cheese. Good chicharron and tamales (pork and rajas con queso).

I use to go here before never had a problem. But Ive gone a few times now where I buy tomatoes onions things like that and a few DAYS later they are spoiled rotten. They even smell HORRIBLE. And its crazy because Ive never had nothing like this happen. I would buy those items and they could stay in my refrigerator for at least a week week and a half and thats when they would start to get bad. So I would be careful if I buy from there again. Thats a big IF.
