We have been a customer for 20+ years. Over the last year we have been fined repeatedly for the poor quality of their pallets to the sum of $5k and counting. All of this falls on deaf ears at Chep. This is how they treat their long time customers. I simply cannot afford to continue this way and they really dont care.
