They had the right oil change parts I need no hassle. I really enjoy buying what I need and not asked you need brakes gas cleaner you know the up sale stuff. Advance is a out standing store.

Would be five stars if it were not for the horrible parking lot, the service here has always been good. I dropped off a massive box that contained two leaf springs in it to be picked up by UPS recently, the man at the counter not only helped me get the box inside but he carried it by himself. I weigh about as much as the box and was very impressed with how polite the staff was. The other reason I can’t suggest five stars is the woman on the phone I originally spoke to was extremely rude and impatient with the one question I had wanted to ask.

I walked in and was told to wait while the guy was looking something up on the computer. When he finally called me up, I asked for help in identifying a part to get. He said I should call the dealership and didnt even try to help me.

Staff was RUDE, seemed upset i interrupted his lunch. Didnt want to help us was snarkie and had no suggestions for parts other than their most expensive. Called later and they said they had the part I was looking for in stock. Makes me never want to use Advanced Auto Parts again. Die Hard batteries or not.

Working out of town, check engine light came on, dove out of my way 16 miles to be told, same thing I said to guy working. Not helpful at all. Was actually kind of short with me. But no worries thankfully orileys was more than helpful in diagnosing my issue. Thank you orileys.

Mitchell did a fantastic job of finding me a set of axles for my Volvo after the Napa down the street sold me 2 junk sets and did nothing to make it right. I would highly recommend their services over Napa and Mitchell will always take care of you.

Did an online order and got 25% off for it being black friday. Went to the store was greeted quickly they asked what part that it was I ordered. Grabs it from the back hands it over and Im out the door. Now I see why nobody shops in store anymore!... You dont really have to talk to anyone or do any of the searching from their computer. Win! P.S. the store on Powell and 49th is terrible compared to this location! Change it so I can shop closer!

Absolute worst service I have ever received at all from a Auto Parts store. The service was lousy, told us they had a part being delivered at a certain time and kept stalling us. That ended up tying up a very expensive job at our shop. Got the runaround from management and employees, on where exactly the part was. I highly recommend not doing business with these people.

I needed a small semicircle clip to hold a fan on a AC heater blower motor. I could not find them anywhere but here

Hell of bad attitude. Did not help, did not try to help did not care, I was in there two times and both times were bad, will never go there again, just go auto zone across the street.
