Picked up a $30 disposable vape from this location tonight and within 10 minutes the battery died on me and started blinking. They wont replace anything once youve left the store, not the employees fault but the protocol here is trash. Go to one of the many other stores locally to buy vape supplies.

I came in the store today about an hour ago and I am leaving this review because I didnt have money to tip. The service was excellent and I got a great recommendation on a torch. Like many customers looking for a torch I wanted something cheap and powerful. I was told for only 20 bucks I could get this torch by whip-it and It would work well for the price. To be honest I was skeptical because Ive never had a torch by this company, but I was happy with their butane so I figured I would give it a try. The instructions where easy to follow and it even included a nice cook booklet with tasty sounding recipes. Some examples are peach brushetta and smores pie in the booklet. The torch itself works really well and for a great value. It has a strong flame with decent quality filling valve for only $20

Be sure you check your glassware for cracks or fractures BEFORE you leave. They wont let you touch anything until youve bought it. I bought a nice glass on glass piece. I got it home and immediately went to wipe it down with alcohol due to the coronavirus. I picked up the bowl and stem dropped off in my hands. No pressure on it, no drops (since I bought it anyway. who knows about what happened in the store beforehand. )I immediately drove back there to exchange it and they were ALL apologies but still charged me full price to replace it. I will go to the many other glass stores or online before I let them rip me off again.

Worst vape shop I’ve ever been to. Constantly out of coils even on the vapes they say they “always have” employee convinced me to buy a vape because they always had the coils well I go in today after having it a week and no coils. Bought a mod battery from here a couple of days ago for $75 and it ended up being not what I was looking for & they wont let me return & get my money back. Im on social security & really cannot afford to lose out on this much money. So very upset right now

I recently purchased an aegis solo mod and have been so happy with the whole system that my son-in-law decided he wanted to purchase the same system as well. We went into the Milwaukee store tonight, and Matt took very good care of us. Not only did he take the time to call the owner to try to ask for a discount since we were spending so much money tonight, but he also took the time to answer a lot of questions, to give us good information, and to make sure we were well satisfied and set up before we left the store. Excellent customer service, excellent prices, and I very much appreciate this store more than the one that is closer to my house- which is Oreogn city.

As an ex employee who loves house of pipes stores I am appalled by the way I was treated at the mcloughlin location I bot a mod that wasnt firing because the atomizer wasnt working, I went back in 5 minutes later to tell them its not working, I said I need it to work or an exchange and got a huge amount of attitude and them telling me it just wasnt charged and when I told them I know thats not the problem they continued to argue with me even after I charged it in front of them and showed them it was not working, then after the atomizer was fixed i got called an entitled duchebag buy the employee. I will never go back to this location, if I could give no stars I would

I really like when I can come into a shop and not feel attacked by someone who wants to sell me everything, but have someone who knows exactly what to suggest for me. I went to Oregon City House of Pipes/Vapes looking for glass for my Aegis Max. They didn’t have but called to this House of Pipes and they said they had so I drive down to find out that they didn’t. Not very good communication

I have had issues with coils and this shop twice now. Fixed one time, frustrating but the other time was my fault so not bad service. They have bad selection on dripper tanks but decent normal tanks. Lots of juice and mods and nice glass selection.

Bought a baby beast tank. 2 weeks ago. Its failed. Abtimizer shortTook it in this morning.1/7/2018Guy name jordon at the counter. He was very polite. And had patience while i tried to explain why i was so frustrated.He was not who sold me the tank. That was a young lady. But he exchanged it. I did have the box and everything that came with it. But he did help me out. And for that i am greatful.

On my second visit I was greeted by a young man who was super helpful I bought juice . I then went and got my sister who also needed juice and a mod after over an hour I had finally made up my mind . All it is fake vapes and china made glass all marked up 100-300%. You can find the same glass on dhgate for $20 dollars instead of $200. Thats why he makes crazy deals and their coils last maybe half the time any other shops coils last. Not to mention he finds everyway to even rip off his employees. He tried saying in oregon overtime is over 80 hours every two weeks, and forces you to not take your oregon mandated lunch. He even paid a coworker of mine under minimum wage for a month or two, until it got fixed. Take it from an ex-supervisor Dont give this place your business.

I recently decided to start doing kratom at the suggestion of a friend, due to a beaten up knee, and this is now my go to place for kratom. Theyve got awesome prices on their kratom and a young man working there named Austin helps.me pick which kratom would work best for me, often giving me several choices on how to tackle the knee pain.
