Fantastic customer service!! I made an error on the purchase of a gift for my wife who has Raynauds syndrome. Since I live in Portland, just north of the warehouse, I contacted for a quick replacement since we were leaving town for a ski trip the next day. Mike was super helpful and friendly and a refreshing down-to-earth helper in getting me squared away. So you can learn from my mistakes: 1) The battery is purchased separately for the 7.4V model, 2) The 12V model is only for motorcycle/snowmobile use and plugs into that onboard battery, so no battery is shipped with it. So if youre using this for skiing or walking around, the 7.4V + external battery is what you will need. Cant wait to try it out!
