From start to finish, this was a stress free experience! Lee and his guys were very informative about the granite. They came out to measure and answered all our questions. I went to the shop and was able to choose what part of the granite to use for my island and what to use for the rest. The install was done with no problems. Again, if I had any questions, they answered them. I would highly recommend Custom Stone Creations!

Custom Stone Creations replaced our countertops in January. They were a great group of people to work with, from Cindy and her office staff, who helped us choose and design the new countertops, to Lee and Jody, who did the actual installation. We recently purchased a new range to replace our free standing range with a slide in. This left a gap in the back of the range since the granite did not extend between the two counter tops when we originally remodeled the kitchen. The original granite was not available but Custom Stone made every effort to find a granite that was close enough that it would not be noticeable unless you looked closely at the replacement piece. My experience with everyone at Custom Stone can not be overstated, they were extremely helpful from everyone in the office to the warehouse supervisor who help find the granite. They helped me find a piece that was a remnant so it was not necessary to buy an entire slab to fix my problem. I did the install and measuring myself so when I got the pieces home I realized one piece was off by an 1/8 of an inch and would not fit between the existing pieces. I took it back and asked them to cut off an 1/8 of an inch which they did. I really expected to be charged for the cut since it was extra work based on my error. They did not charge me and the piece fit perfectly, In our current business climate it is so unusual to find a company that takes pride in customer service and Custom Stone Creations made me realize that there are still companies out there that care about customer service. In this case that customer service included not only taking care of the customer but having staff that was knowledgeable about the product they were selling. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to install any type of stone creation.
