I go to this place 31 times a month. And on months with less than 31 days, I go once, then change my cloths and go back for a two-fer, that way Jesus wont see me.. hes already upset about my 7-11 routine.

I was very disappointed on my last trip. It was my 50th birthday and I was looking forward to a nice ice cream sundae to celebrate. What I got was not even close. I asked for the biggest sundae they had. And that is what i wanted. I did not complain about cost or even ask. I wanted a big ice cream sundae. Like the kind i get at Stone Cold Creamery. The attached picture is what I recieved. It looks like a child size to me. The 3 scoops dont even fill the small bowl half way. I will in the future go to a real ice cream store or just make a sundae at home for myself. To bad Baskin Robbins is really gone down hill. You cant save a business by stiffing your customers.

The last two times, the amount of ice cream scooped for a single scoop is absurdly small. Our $3.19 single scoop looked like a tiny kiddie cone scoop. Normally a single scoop is a round scoop with a little extra packed around it. Nope! Not any more! If you gets waffle cone, you won’t hardly even tell there’s something in it

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. So, doesnt the state law require establishments to wear masks? I think that law doesnt apply to this Baskin Robins. Once when I came here during Coronavirus, I was driving past and I wanted an ice cream. I went inside, and there was a person in front of me and the cashier, after touching the cash, without washing her hands, she got an ice cream cone with her bare, dirty hands and then gave it to me. another day I was like, okay Ill give them another chance and when I was driving past, I looked inside, and the lady inside didnt have a mask on. Its not the first time I see this lady without a mask, it has been the 3rd time!!! I am surprised they havent shut down the place due to a breakout of COVID-19.

Their ice cream is great but in the last 4 times I’ve ordered from them they are always out of something! How can you stay in business when you don’t ever have the right products! So disappointing!

Would have given a better rating but the girl wouldnt add sprinkles to my 5 yr old nieces cone. All she had to do was put some in a spoon and we could have done it. She claimed she couldnt take anything back from the customer, which might be true, but use your brain for cryin out loud, and try to make a little girls night more special.

Great icecream,,,clean but not spectacular. Courteous young waitress, however...I ordered a chocolate SODA with vanilla icecream. Ended up with a chocolate milkshake...still good but not what I ordered and paid for..didnt return, because I was already down the road.Will I return ? Most likely....but I ask questions before I order.

I came in today with my little brother to get some ice cream. Needless to say we received excellent service by two cute girls (Michelle and Nina I think). They were very nice and fun and I will definitely be coming back

Always a great selection of ice cream we know and love! And the servers are personable, helpful and polite.

Good staff here, seems they like to work at this place and know how to treat guests who have nagging children without offending the family (mom) who are trying their hardest to make this a special date. I like the Ice cream selection and the prices... well I wish they were what they used to be hehe but well worth the visit!

Coconut Crunch on the bottom; World Class Chocolate on top; cup is my favorite while savoring the digs. Bring a friend, someone you really like to be with, set there and enjoy a brain freeze or two.

Worst experience ever. Staffing was a joke at 9 they had 2 meek incompetent girls that took 15 minutes to make a sundae together that wasnt even half full while ignoring other guests. Had no product one sprinkled dipped waffle cone left out of the what 6 products other than a cup that you can enjoy your ice cream in? After being ignored and served last behind other guests that walked in after us we got one scoop of ice cream served to us to then be ignored before we could place our second order then when the guest mentioned theyve been waiting longer help them the young teenager told her it was fine that were still deciding.(most definitely knew what we wanted within the 25 minutes of waiting to be served we made our decision) decided to not get our second order just wanted to pay for my single scoop couldnt even do that by the time I was ready to leave my ice cream was melted use to love going to Dairy Queen until the staff became children and the service became subpar.

Ive been happily coming to this location for years, and have always had good service, until today. My daughter and I were completely ignored while the staff served the rest of our group and costumers that came in long after us. The employee serving my group knowing we were next looked directly at us and proceeded to serve other people. We walked out very upset without icecream and will never be coming back. As a former service industry employee, I try to cut servers some slack. But this was ablostely ridiculous!

Chain ice cream with what you would get coming into most any Baskin Robbins. Location is kind of cluttered. Lots of cardboard boxes in the seating area when I was there.

The young woman who rang me up today was kinda rude and didnt seem happy to be there. When i asked for another item she acted annoyed. Other than that the service is normally good

Outside deck facing Mcloughlin is fun but there is a bit of a rough crowd in this area.
