Brian really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, in order to show us multiple options. I appreciated that there were no high-pressure tactics, just an honest person doing an honest job. We tried several models, based on our specific health needs; and surprisingly, we spent about $400 less than our desired budget. Salesman didn’t greet us when we walked in and almost seemed like he didn’t want to deal with us. When asked for a California King size mattress we were met with a hoast of different reasons why I don’t want that and how expensive it’ll be. Sorry you didn’t want a big sale buddy, I’ll take my business else where. I gave you the reasons I needed a longer mattress and your response is “I’m six six and a standard is fine for me”....great it’s not for you. Take your time elsewhere, 10 minutes is to much for this place with stained floor models.

Went in today after researching multiple local and online mattress companies and even local manufacturers. I dont remember the guys name but he was very professional with the way he interacted with me. When I came in he was on the phone and immediately ended the conversation so he could great me. We talked about my current bed and my needs/concerns and he showed me two models that they currently had stocked of in cali king size. They are currently closing this location so everything is on clearance pricing, the beds I looked at had an extra 20% off some had up to 50% off. I layed on a bed for a good ten minutes while he greated another customer and then decided on my purchase. They were nice enough to throw in a frame with it, and free delivery. If youre in the market for a bed come check these guys out, this location should be open another 2 weeks I think is what he said. However all locations have great prices on high quality beds.Edit: changed my rating to 3 stars, during the delivery/set up the delivery guys realized they didnt have the correct hardware for the frame. They instead used futon hardware that ended up working itself loose within an hour. Upon further inspection and while I was replacing the hardware I noticed this huge gash in the underside of my mattress. I typically wouldnt care but this was a big purchase for me, I want it to last 10 years but its not going to if its already falling apart. Altogether not a horrible experience, nor was it great. Do your research and dont tip before inspecting what youve received.

Replaced mattress under waranty. No problems, stepped rightup to take care of us. Great experience and significant concern that we find a replacement that was right for us. Ive had multiple spinal procedures and the right mattress is critical to diminish pain when sleeping.

(Edit) after posting a review and discussing with the manager i was able to become repleased with buying at this store my experience went from unpleasant to being able to compromise and be able to be helped to make things better with my service and was made sure i was taken care of by getting a newer version of my bed and a discount for my wait time and service misunderstandings. Id reccomend this place for the way they insure the costumer is happy when everythings done and over with !!!!!(I was so excited to get my new mattress; ive never been able to get a BRAND NEW mattress until the 10th when i ordered one from this store and was told Id have my mattress by the next day the 11th between 11:45am and 1pm when the delivery people showed up at 1:45pm and after we meet them at the door they look in there truck and misplaced my mattress telling me theyd go to the store it would be at and would be back in 10 min. I pulled my mattress outside expecting they would be back to get called back 20min later telling me they dont have my mattress and could give me a floor model that has a little bit of scuffs and has been sat on a few times i told them i paid for a brand new mattress and would like what i paid for.. I got offered sheets from my delivery driver for an apology .But i already knew i was getting a new bed so i got sheets so why would i want new sheets when id rather have the price of the sheets discounted onto my bill(which the store said they had no idea about that and that wasnt a possibility).So they told me theyd get it to me the next day 12th(today) and id be the first drop off since i was supposed to get it the day after i ordered . Yesterday. And i call the store to see when the ETA of my bed was going to be here and they told me anywhere from 3-7 when i work at 4pm! I go to the store ferious because the day before i ordered my bed i wont up in the middle of the night bawling my eyes out cause i really was over due for a new bed. Expecting to get a new bed .And even the day after its supposed to be delivered it will be late. Im very disappointed in my first bed buying experience expecting when you buy an over $1000 bed youd get good costumer service but i guess not. Ill never recommend this place nor will i ever go back to one of there stores.)
