Everytime i take silver coins here i bought from local coin shops they say Theyre fake, it doesnt make sense. I leave the store and go to a different pawn shop to find out my coins are real. Dont take Coins to All That Glitters Pawn Shop their Ignorant when it comes to that stuff

Im going to update my last review as I was treated poorly yesterday by one of the employees there. Yesterday I took in a pair of wireless earbuds and a Benchmade knife to get a loan on. I go to this place quite often, but Im not sure I will continue going there after yesterday! One of the employees there declined giving me a loan by saying that I need my receipt for the Benchmade knife in order to get a loan. I call B. S. as 2 days prior to that, I asked a different worker there how much I could get for that exact knife and that employee was going to give me $25 for it, never once said I needed a receipt cause it is a Benchmade knife!Enough about the knife, onto the earbuds... just cause the employee couldnt find the exact ones online he declined to give me a loan... he barely took any time to look online for those exact earbuds! Needless to say, I didnt get a loan from them.I have multiple loans from them and have always gotten my loans paid before they are due... this time I will be getting my things out and not returning to that location, they lost my business as well as respect!

People here are top notch, always helpful and always friendly.

Ive been going here for over 20yrs and love all the locations. Prior to Milwaukie I was going to Division location. Always felt valued and was able to get mine or spend money. Staff are ggreat!!! Im heading there now.

Great place for music gear! Great staff and fair prices. Never have to worry that any gear I have to pawn for a while will be damaged when I get it back. Always new surprises to add to my collection.

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. Lady was rude at the door. Wasnt even wearing her mask properly....then I asked for assistance because I came in with friends and they assumed we were all together in the same transaction. Not even a greeting walking thru the door. The same rude lady said in a minute....and walked away from me. A few minutes later after I already set my items on the counter a young man came over and just stared at me didnt say a word so then I said Id like to sell this stuff. I unpacked what I had brought in and he grabbed the Blu-rays and games and immediately started doing something with the computer. Put a slip in front of me saying I had to specify how I got the movies and games. I said my kids and he shoved the paper back and me and said I need their full names. Which I wasnt comfortable doing in the first place. They are 10 and 12 years old. So I complied. He dug in the register and slammed $14 on the counter and said heres 14....I asked about the rest of the things I brought in and he snarled and said too old and walked away from me Im very unhappy with my service and will never be back

I am so impressed with the informative personnel, both Bob and Cole were very helpful in showing us the variety of like new laptops and electronics. Bought a tile saw from this place...they ran my card numerous times ensuring me it didnt charge then I took the money to pay them out of the ATM only to find out the next day they charged my acct numerous times. I called and they were rude and refused to refund me my money! I will never buy here again and if I were you I would not allow them to run your card!!

Usually I dont shop at pawn shops, prices are to high and items are old and really used.Saw this little giant ladder thought Id take a look. The shop was clean as were the items.the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Josie. Enjoyed my experience and would shop there again.By the way also enjoyed my new ladder.

The people that work at All That Glitters are what make me keep coming back. They go out of their way to make sure you understand how everything works and the due dates plus they offer a fair price for your items. I have never experienced customer service of this level at any other Pawn shop. The store is clean and the items on sale are organized well. If you have any questions they are always happy to answer them for you.

Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time going in to this story because I was treated with nothing but disrespect. Gave her a GPS unit to appraise and she tossed it at me basically and said that they do not take them whats a snarl. Unfortunately on a daily basis I am seeing customer service slowly disappear and its almost like theyre doing you a favor by opening their doors every morning. All I can do is put a honest post up and hope people well see this and save them self the headache of being disrespected. Not only disrespected but very hurtful to be treated like that by somebody as one person to another and maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe she didnt even sleep in a bed last night . Very very frustrating and very very upset angry man

The lady who was upset that I didnt sell my go pro hero sessions for less than 100 dollar. My decision. Didnt have a problem with them not buying it. tried to slam my items on the table to break them. Im going to file a formal complaint to them. She was the Hispanic lady with long hair. And when I told her I wouldnt do that to her stuff she told me to leave.

I will never pawn a gun here again. They disassembled my gun without authorization, destroying it in the process. Admitting to damaging it. Told me to take it to a gunsmith for repair at my expense. They have no idea what they are doing. Also, i pawned a semi auto 410 with a threaded barrel. I am almost 100% sure they fired it suppressed. Oil and grim leaking out of every connection. Be warned!Reply to owners reply:You still dont get it Steve.First of all you tried to take the lower receiver off of a Ruger 10/22. Who does that?Secondly what i brought in and pawned was a Ruger 10/22 with a Surefire Tac-22 stock on it. Additionally it had an Ar bumpstock that can be removed by pushing on a spring loaded pin & removing the bumpstock guide at pistol grip.Instead of removing as described you pried the frame apart, permanently deforming it. It is no longer square, allowing barrel to wonder randomly. Also you drilled out the threaded connection that is used for the pistol grip. Ever try to fire a pistol grip rifle with no pistol grip?Third your employees gave me my gun back missing pieces (buffer tube, buttstock, & pistol grip). When all pieces were finally gathered, your people had no idea how to put it together. After 45 minutes i offered to take it home and assemble it with correct tools. I was told that they would really appreciate it and if there were any issues to bring it back. I brought it back 5 times and your people acknowledged that they screwed it up, but that you made an excuse as to why you were not going to fix what you broke. How i needed to pay for a gunsmith to fix what you broke.Keeping the bumpstock pieces was never an issue, but youre still trying to make it one. The issue is your lack of honor!You are eitherA) to ignorant to work with firearms orB) you are too dishonest to run a pawn shop (didnt realize that was possible).

The only shop I will go to - always courteous and friendly! I would never trust another shop with my items if my life depended on it. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but go in and speak with any associate to see the difference. Special shout out to Eric! I have used these guys when My family and I have truly needed it and they are always there to help. Truly dont know what I would do sometimes with out them. A special thanks to Josie and Shawna they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that theyre quotes are higher then anyone else in town. Even if You are going to be a little late on your loan they will work with you just go talk to them if you need help I know it has been a big help to me.

We needed a loan on one of our firearms to cover some bills. Ive gone to USA Pawn a few times, and so we stopped by USA and got an offer. The new (Asst.) Manager at USA wasnt willing to budge on his appraisal, even though we have a history of paying off our loans. So, we drove down the road to see if we could get what we needed. We walked into ATG, and were taken care of! I believe Aaron was the employees name. He lent us what we needed (literally twice what USA appraised my gun at). The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I will never go back to USA after this. Why would I?

Have used ATG for loans and selling gold a few times in the past and have always gotten the best offers here. Found out they did repairs on jewelry so I took a gold chain in to get the clasp reattached. Fast service and a great price on the repair. 10/10, 5 Stars, Amazing Staff: will be going in again. Nuf said.

I’ve had just the opposite experience as Gene here. USA Pawn offered me $50 for a gold chain. I took it across the street to all that glitters and they offered $140.00

I went in looking for some computer/networking stuff like routers, monitors, etc. Cole Epperly guided me in the right direction of purchasing the Asus N900 router. His hospitality reached beyond my expectations and was very knowledgeable about the product he was showing me. I would recommend anyone to come to this pawn shop. I have been doing business here for over a year. They have always delt with me honestly and giving me good prices. Josie and the staff is very friendly, courteous and respectful.

The absolute worst pawn shop in town, i have zero respect for these people and thats an understatement. When i moved here i started all over building relationship with a new pawn shop. I made the horrible mistake of picking them. After several years and 100% perfect pickups, they still lowball like they could care less. Im not talking the normal pawn lowball either, SERIOUS ripoffs. The pawn shop across the street offers quite a bit more with zero relationship. Better off going there. The people are rude, they gonna rip you off horribly. Go to USA pawn block away, guarantee more money. Also the 5star reviews they have are paid for.

I honestly dont understand how there are so many good reviews on here, I wouldnt even give a star if that was possible. Came in trying to sell a guitar monitor and the cabinets that go with it, was approached by a guy who admitted he knew nothing about musical gear which was obvious when he said what, like furniture cabinents? He looked at them, said he needed a second opinion, disappeared for less than a minute and simply said Im gonna have to pass How are you going to pass when you admittedly dont know what youre looking at? I had time to wait for another opinion, but Mr. I dont know music passed on some solid gear.

Josie was more than polite with help and info. I will continue to utilize the all that glitter s and reference them to all I know.

I took two certified pieces into this location (one modern, one art deco era) with no real intention to sell them. basically seeking a little more info. I acted completely ignorant. even pretended I didnt know how to use a loop even though Ive bought as sold gold silver and platinum bullion and jewelry for decades. Was told the 1.07 ct f color s-1 round retro piece was suspect due to the fact the hallmark was 10% irid plat and that no quality gemstones would ever be set in such a composition of metals.(Funny i had two Tiffany rings in my pocket from 1910 stamped the same with .5 ct vs g color)I get being uninterested and having policy against intake of certain potential fakes. Like gucci timepieces and (evidently) irid plat.Debasing a fairly nice piece and providing false information however, I took issue with. Cartier set in irid plat for pete sake. In fact this composition of metals was absolutely standard up until 1930..And the $100 offer on a 1.5 ct pendant created by a well known quality designer of this.modern era was insulting. Definitely lived up to all the stigmas on pawn shops.
