Four decades in the construction industry so I know a thing or two.. If you haven’t given them a four star review you need to ask for Josh! The absolute best service in the business, anywhere! If Josh is not there ask for Tiny..he’s very ‘big’ on service as well. Can’t beat their prices anywhere. Super fast delivery and delivery guys are also awesome. I’m never going anywhere else.

Good service team. Decent lumber prices. Usually the best price for any glue lamb or engineered beam.

Always seem exasperated by any kind of questions. I guess its great for a contractor but definitely shouldnt be open to the public. I would love to shop local but Ace gets my vote. though they might not be as pro but they are definitely out to help people. This only in regards to the Milwaukie branch. The one it Montavilla will always crack me up for the signage but Ive never been in it nor any other ones.

Swear its the only place in town that sells nails by the pound where you bag them yourself. Half price of box stores. They sell cedar laths that pa, double r, has never heard of. Old school place. Great customer service. Wish they had a location on west side of town. Keep up the good work guys!

Best lumber Co in Portland

Good ol’ boys that know how to talk to you about what you need to get done and sell you what you need to get it done. Their prices are lower on lumber but a little bit higher on accessories.. Seems about right. Thankful to have them close by . Keep up the good work Milwaukie lumber!

Good employees, service, prices. They care and it shows.

Vancouver wa pevious employee. The have no regard for state or federal safety protocols and regularly put load builders and drivers into unnecessary and dangerous positions. They have no formal safety training, never hold company wide safety meetings, they do not provide simple first aid training and above all they do not provide body restraint harnesses for when climbing in needed. Steve, the owner, is especially dangerous because he uses fear-tactics to get the employees to do what he wants and if you tell him it’s dangerous to do what he asks he tears into you on a personal level. Multiple people have quit on the spot because of his attitude and total disregard of safety regulations.

Morning crew is on point. Fast and prompt service. Afternoon crew was horrible. Waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up and even then they assisted the 2 customers behind me before asking if Id been helped, order slip in hand.

Customer service is bottom of the barrel. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other branches.

Hey these guys are great! After sitting on hold for 20 mins with a competitor that starts with a P, and ends with 2 RRs I called Milwaukie Lumber ordered my stuff and set up delivery all within 5 mins. This is the type of business I enjoy working with.

Called them for fence repair and even though they didn’t have, they were nice to point me in the right direction, helped me find pre-cast concrete.

Darn good REAL lumber yard

Needed cedar rake siding and they had it.

Very poor customer service over the phone, treated lumber prices 40-50% higher than Parr.
