I had a great experience at the Causey BedMart in Clackamas. It had been over 20 years since I bought my last mattress and box spring. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices and mattress stores. I went into this BedMart and was welcomed in by Brian (an incredibly nice guy!). He asked me what I was looking for and took me right to a mattress that I fell in love with. The mattress was in my budget and I was immediately put at ease. He got me all set up on my delivery and arranged to have my old one taken away. The delivery was quick and easy. They were professional and got me all set up for a better nights sleep! I love my new mattress and I want to thank BedMart staff for making this scary experience so much easier!

Bedmart was great. I had a lot of questions. I havent bought a bed for 15 years and lots has changed. The salesman was kind and answered all my questions. He was patient with my indecision. The selection is huge, lots of options. I didnt feel like he was pushing me in a certain direction. He was quite knowledgeable about how all the mattresses were made, upcoming sales, warranties and exchange policy which helped me make the right decision.

After way too long we decided it was finally time to upgrade from a Queen to a King. We went to BedMart and worked with James, he was a rockstar! Helped answer all our (many) questions, addressed concerns about my Allergies and Athsma and discussed the options and benefits of one model to the next. We went back and fourth and finally decided on the one that was a little more of the budget but a lot more in comfort. We didnt feel pressured or rushed. I walked in to purchase a fairly inexpensive mattress. The salesperson, James Crews, was very friendly and non-judgemental, which elicited a measure of trust. As I began asking questions, he was very helpful, and I feel went out of his way to be just that - helpful. Not pushy, not zealous, just helpful and friendly. I couldnt be happier that I stopped by, and have purchased not 1, but 3 mattresses due to the friendly and informative attitude from James.

Im so disappointed. Weve been looking for the right mattress for a while and the prices are outrageous at BedMart. The salesperson would not even come talk to us. He asked what we were looking for and we told him possibly pillow top...? He just pointed and said over there. He never met us on the floor and discussed options. We tried several beds but have been looking so long we realized that the prices and service were so bad we went straight back to Mattress World and our new bed will be delivered in the morning! Go suck rotten eggs BedMart!
