Always great fast service from the whole crew at all of factory connection but since we are lucky to have one in Oregon this is easily the best one. Transparent about issues, always answer the phone super nice laid back yet professional staff.Edit: 2nd set of forks just dialed by Jake and crew again on my special project. Best suspension period indeed. Purchased some forks off ebay they let me send the forks straight to them and then inspected rebuilt sent photos before any work done if they noticed any issues. Just awesome guys to work with. Forks arrived late Tuesday afternoon were ready for pick up Friday morning.

I ordered ICI steps from Suspension Connection on a Thursday, they were supposed to ship on Monday but did not, I got tracking info on Tues. and the order was to arrive on Friday. Later in the day the fed ex shipment was cancelled. I contacted customer service and talked to Caitlin who was very nice and tried to help, but ICI was extremely slow to respond to her. Finally they told her Tues. that they had made an error in packaging and packaged the wrong brackets. Wed. Caitlin said she would see if they could expedite the order to make up for the mistake and resulting delay, she also was expecting a new tracking number. Wed. nothing at all happened, I e mailed and asked what was going on. Thursday she contacted me and said that neither ICI nor suspension connection would expedite the shipping to make up for the mistake and order delay. I later finally got a new tracking order, but it said that my order would not arrive until next Tues. My opinion of ICI and suspension connection is very bad, I am not used to companies making mistakes and then not be willing to make it right, I feel they just threw me under the bus.
