Employees were helpful and it didnt take too long.

I was shipping 3 Medium size Uhaul boxes a couple of months ago. I was by myself and wrangled in first box, door opens out so had to balance box on knee and building to open door. The two men working just looked at me. I put box down and said I would be right back I had more to bring in. No offer to help a women in her 50’s except that I could use their cart. No help even opening door, just stared at me trying to get cart in and manage door. One guy took care of my shipping but there was a problem with system and no receipt came out and I was charged double for all three boxes. A total of $77 times 6 was deducted from my account. The manager was snippy, impatient and let me know “ it should be fine” but that he was unsure of the problem. During the time I was in the store 3 other customers came in and both men, especially manager were abrupt and rude, even to the point of telling people to go across the street to UPS instead.Today I needed to send out 3 more boxes so I went to UPS across the street. So glad I did! I had amazing, efficient and kind service!!

The Googles say open until 8pm but the sign on the door has 6pm. Need to get the marketing team to update.

I use this place off and on but since last year Ive had to use it more to mail huge boxes to the White House in washington dc and to the fbi,cia,iba in washington dc due to all the Negligence that was inflicted on me in Klamath falls Oregon last year for no reason at all! This is a true story by myself NaomiLynn Simon age 50 today and weigh 108 lbs.

Scanner/Printer machines were not working well, so after waiting 15 min to be available, realized its $.50 a page to scan something, so a 30 page document would have been $15.I recommend just going across the street to the Ups Store for more reliable and cheaper machines without the wait.

Only one of the employees is ever welcoming and helpful, sadly he stated he will be leaving to another store soon and it would be worth driving there rather then use this store. The manager topher I believe always has some type of problem when I come in. Either the label isn’t on the box right, the tape is wrong, demands to know what’s inside etc multiple reviews of him having a power trip are so right. One day he tells me not to tape my boxes because the tape I use is bad for the machines he says they will tape it FOR me no problem. The next time I come in with an open box the employee hands me the tape gun like they are irritated I don’t have it taped. Literally always something, and again I will miss the one good employee who is always helpful and nice.

I have always had helpful courteous service at this location done in a timely fashion. And my mail was received in a timely fashion.

I needed to print out 2 pages for a total 35 cents. This crew made it feel like I was shipping nuclear waste to a third world country. Trying to get in touch with their corporate office was an even worse experience.

Upity little queen You act like you don’t have to help people that we should just do it all ourselves but I asked you for your help and you just push me off and act like you’re better than others so we get it we understand how you are I’d like a normal human being customer service sucks you know who you are if you ever read this

I had a big order to print and Topher was extremely helpful from the start, my order finished early so he called and let me know that I could come pick it up. Checkout was smooth and he even carried my other box to the car with me. Overall great experience.

Hands down the best Fedex employees ever.Helping with monthly shipping needs, and printing services for a family funeral. My go too store forever. Would recommend just going in for a friendly greeting.

My business does over $20,000 in shipping cost annually. The manager Topher is always confrontational, rude, power tripper, and the list goes on. A key in retail is the customer is king and this place definitely has not gotten that message relayed. You should never feel insulted walking into a business but every time you go here it is always a power play. Topher is clueless in regards to customer service and it would be in Fedexs best interest to fill his position with someone who is qualified. Meanwhile I will be directing more business to USPS and UPS. FWIW

We do a lot of printing online using their portal. Numerous times there have been errors with our projects. Im not sure I can fault the employees here though. I believe fault lies with the online FedEx portal. Not only does it take AGES to upload documents but theyre completely useless. Want to reorganize them? Nope system crashes? Add tabs? Another crash. Select a binder size? Good luck. Check out? Never ending working cirlce of death. Do yourself a favor and just buy a quality printer or find a different print house.

Completely USELESS-RUDE- lacking any practical shipping,pricing or logistical knowledge

If they cant figure out how to do it they will charge you $40 too much. When you check online to see what it costs.....3 times less on their website! They told me nothing they can do about it day after. They need to train their staff better, very incompetent on setting up things to print.
