I really hope the right people read these reviews because the man I just spoke to, Zachary, deserves recognition. My best friend and I made a phone call asking if he carried box fans and he said he didnt have any but offered a different type of fan. We politely declined and ended the phone call. Didnt think anything of it. 5 mins or so goes by and this young man called us back because he found that a different family dollar nearby has box fans and that they dont close for a few more hours. He went way above and beyond to ensure that we got what we needed. I hope you guys value him as much as we do.

I needed change for a twenty dollar bill, I had forgot to ask when I checked out 5 minutes prior. I was told that they did not do that! What the heck is that. I will never shop there again. I thought customer service and hospitality is usually the number 1 protocol to ensure the customers experience is pleasant and enjoyable. So that the patron would use them the next time he/she is in need of products offered by that company.

Even though not everything is a dollar, this store is the best. The staff is wonderful and the manager, Cory, is so incredibly helpful and handsome to boot. He always helps me find exactly what I need every time Im there. Thank God hes always there when Im there...its like he lives here!! Overall great staff and great store. Its the only store out of the entire dollar store/family dollar/dollar general lines I will ever go to!! 10 stars if I could!

This family dollar was stocked with all the items listed in the circular. All of the associates were very pleasant.Vega, our new addition to the family was grateful for her purchase.
