A great little company. I ordered some cubes from them for some figures I wanted to display. Unfortunately the mail lost them, but when I called to ask about the missing items, they immediately sent out a replacement for me! Awesome customer service and I will buy from them again!

Terrible customer service. The product never arrived and the company doesnt care. I cant file a claim with fedex and this company refuses to file a claim or even talk to fedex even though it is in their fedex contract that the shipper must file a claim. Terrible company, they will steal your money and not care.I did not ask for a refund, I asked you file a claim with Fedex. Your customer service refused to call fedex. You contracted with fedex not me, therefore I cant file a claim. Fedex states The shipper must file all claims as per our contract agreement with them.

I purchased a 5 sided clear cube from Marketing Holders. I wanted to put some LED Christmas lights inside to make a cool looking lamp. Ive ordered many items before that were not able to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, etc. This one was allowed. When it did not arrive, I researched it and found it had been returned to sender without so much as an email to me. Then they refunded me with a 20% restocking fee. When I contacted them asking for full refund AND letting them know I was going to reorder it, they not only REFUSED they argued with me that their restocking fee was plainly stated and that it was not their problem that AMAZON lets it ship to a PO BOX. That their wasnt a magic switch for them to flip.How about you work on your customer service, take some personal responsibility and put that in your description then? Im sure Im not the first person who has had this problem with your company.
