Seriously - if you arent thrilled with their service, you have unrealistic expectations. The nice lady who greeted me as I came through the door saw from a distance the tiny bulb I had in my hand and said thats a 921, check left side of aisle 2 then helped me locate the Haynes Repair Manual for the used Ford Ranger I just bought. 5 Stars isnt enough but Ill just say they have helped my 76-year old mother in the past and me a couple of times - far beyond the service at some other local auto parts vendors.

Dont ever order online you might order a crank and end up with a clutch.

They getting better, after they changed staff the last couple years it was the worst but I give them a 4 because the manager is trying hard and for the most part he Don t have nothing to work with. Its very hard to buy car parts here in Mayberry, might Otto go to Mt. Pilot.
