Brown Service Center is great for meeting almost any of your automotive needs. They have knowledgeable and very helpful staff in all departments, a great choice of brands and products to choose from, and the best prices in town. You need a quick oil change, or something more advanced, I suggest you let them be your first option.

Very unprofessional browns charge me for work they didnt do I asked for a line up they knew they couldnt do a line up had me to wait 2hrs just to give a quote on something I didnt ask for and charge me $49 for service fees which I watched them do nothing to my car I would never go back or recommend anybody to go to them

Courteous, quick, and reasonably priced. Doesnt get any better than that. In and out in under 30 minutes on oil change, headlight replacement under a hundred dollars.

Got my oil changed and tire rotation before our vacation. The young guy tending to my truck kept arguing with the lady inside on computer. She told him before he started on the truck oil change and TR. He changed oil but didnt rotate tires and pulled it out. She told him again that the truck needed a TR. He argued some more but finally did it. Came back in afterwards and threw my keys across room where they slammed into counter and stormed out the door. Not very professional and I still dont think he did something right because my truck is now pulling to the right. Not one bit happy.

The gal at the front counter is outstanding. They got me in quicker than they had initially thought they would be able to and then they repaired my slow leaking tire for free.

Ive had my oil changed here for 17 years. Long before brown bought them out. Ive had great service until this last time. You have an evil,hateful, mean Black lady working the desk now and she has the nastiest attitude and for what reason, I dont know. All these years of going to this place and all it takes is one mean snotty jerk to make me go somewhere else. I wish it was like a doctors office so I could have all my maintenance records transferred to my new oil change shop.

Fast friendly service

Horrible experience over all. First I got quoted $1400 for a routine timing belt/water pump replacement. After 20 minutes of arguing with the receptionist that there must be a mistake I spoke to a mechanic who told me it would cost around $790. After leaving the car there for two days and not receiving any phone calls, I called to check on the vehicle. They told me that my 09 Honda Accord was too advanced for them and that they would need an additional 2 and a half days on what is usually a 4 hour job. I picked up my car right away and will be taking my business elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place.

Best automotive repair shop in Minden

For almost 3 years my back brake light keep shorting out. After a few attempts with fuses and a new bulb not fixing it, the last resort was going to be a new pigtail. The mechanics gave it a look and figured out that it was just the wrong size bulb! They fixed it for free. They rock :)
