Do not buy from this place!! My house i bought from them is falling apart and Heritage not corporate on their end is of any help. You always hear from them everyday when selling a house but as soon as a issue arises all the sudden it’s pure silence.

I highly recommend heritage homes. They have absolutely beautiful modular and tiny homes. They provide excellent customer service. Siam is very kind and professional. Don is very patient and able to answer all our questions and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the homes. Our first visit was to walk through some of the homes and get info. We will be returning soon to make a decision on a modular.

I came to Heritage Housing with very high expectations, and let me say they lived up to every moment of it. It is a very relaxed environment and Logan took the time to actually get to know us. He showed us a home that was a perfect match instead of having to walk through 30 homes. We knew on the first home that it was our home. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated like a person instead of a number.

If you want a friendly and family atmosphere here is the place. They have some really nice sales people. Logan helped answer every single question I had. They have the best construction wise houses. The Gm is very professional and will make sure your every need is taken care of and make it a smooth process.

Donald M. at Heritage Housing is great to work with, answered all my questions and set me straight with many misconceptions I had. As my research went on I started seeing others (coworkers) copying and pasting Dons exact posts as their own. Makes me glad I spoke with Donald who can obviously be trusted to handle my needs and not rely on others to do his work for him!

Absolutely loved working with Don; it didnt lead us on to believe we could afford something we couldnt or try to put us in a home we couldnt afford. There customer service skills are incredible a pleasure to work with and we absolutely love our home!! Would recommend Heritage homes and Don to anyone I know!!!

About two years ago we bought a house in this place, they asked us for $ 7,500.00 in down payment and they left us a very high monthly rent / purchase, these people charge you double what a house costs, for example if a house says it costs $ 69,000.00 they They give it to you as $ 142,000.00 and in your established monthly installments what you are paying is more interest, these people at the time of making the deal treat you very well, and after making the deal if you have problems with the house either because of the bad installation that they did themselves, they answer the phone reluctantly and it takes months to solve the problem because they let the six months of guarantee that they give to end, so before doing business with them, check every detail of the house that you want to buy with them.

I really enjoyed them taking the time to throughly show you the homes in your budget. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They have financing options and very sturdy homes. I would definitely recommend this place over any place in Bossier or surrounding area. Stop by and see them today and see for yourself.

Absolutely worse experience of my life. Donald lies about the houses he posts. They had a house posted for $20,000 less than what it was! I drove 2 hours to find out it was all a lie. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!

In reply to misty gidden, funny how don “lied” about a house he posted for $20k less than it was, he hasn’t worked In minden for over two weeks 😂 try again dear I am his fiancée and I did all the marketing for him. What the houses went for off the 21st mortgage website is what I posted! No need to lie about any price, you get what you get per 21st mortgage for repos. What they post for price and house is what you get. That may vary. That’s not my fault. Take it up with 21st mortgage. And the legacy houses that are new, that start at $18k, is just that ! It don’t include delivery or set. And the $10,000 off, that could vary depending if the GM marks the price up for that week or not to give you $10,000 off a home. Again that’s not my call nor was it ever. I’m sorry. I hope if you got approved then just go to Clayton or red river. I’m sure they can actually deliver your home as well. Have a wonderful holiday weekend ma’am

Do not conduct business with this company. They steal money from their employees and threaten their lives. Bobby and Adriana Thurman are vile human beings who will probably take advantage of you as well.

They seemed friendly at first till you get to the back they leave you there for 45 minutes without checking on you and the GM is very Rude refusing to talk at all and tells you what you should have after living expenses and precedes to talk ugly of other companies and tells you nobody else can get the deal your looking forward I’ll never recommend this place to anyone due to terrible management and customer service
