My experience at Lotus Bridal with Lexie was phenomenal! She was very patient, had so many great options for me and we loved her input! I thought this process would be stressful abut she made very fun! I’m so happy I went with this location and I found my dress!

Such a great experience! Emily was so helpful! She knew what I was looking for and only showed me dresses within my budget. I said yes to the dress after an hour! Would highly recommend. Be advise, when you book, you must pay $50 deposit and you have to cancel within 24 hours if you cant make it or you forfeit the $50. I thought it was worth it. Theres a parking lot you can park your car. You have your own little section and you can take your time. Im still in awe over the dress Emily had me try on. It was the one! Alterations cost $600. All the dresses are decently priced. Def go there if youre a bride.

This was one of the few places I searched for a wedding dress based on amazing reviews from a Facebook group. I was not disappointed! I worked with Taylor who was amazing from start to finish. She is clearly a professional, yet kept everything light and exciting through the multiple appointments I made until I chose a dress! There was no pressure whatsoever and the seamstress was even floating around (who was also super helpful and sweet) and gave me a heads up on how she would alter certain dresses! Taylor was so accommodating with my loose idea of what I wanted and pulled absolutely beautiful dresses and veils. Her excitement was contagious and I can’t recommend this store enough! My mother also found a mother of the bride dress on the spot and also got measured for that and paid without an appointment. Can’t wait to go through alterations and see our final looks! I loved my bridal appointment! My consultant Taylor was great, she had three dresses ready. She was excited, patient and warm. She took photos for me to send to my parents and picked the perfect veil on the first try to go with my favorite dress. Taylor also handed me a bouquet and for the first time I felt like a bride. My measurements were taken once I put down a deposit and Taylor explained to me the alterations package. My bridal party gets a 20% discount if they make a purchase at Lotus Bridal. I definitely recommend this location and Taylor as a bridal consultant.

I found my DREAM wedding dress at Lotus Bridal this past weekend! Lotus Bridal was beautiful and clean. Bridal associate Taylor made me feel so special asking questions how I got engaged, when my wedding day is, asked for specific styles of dresses I had in mind, etc. she took the time to get to know me and my wants and also my family that came along with me. I tried on a handful of styles and I kept going back to the one that was my dream dress! She wasnt pushy at all and since a wedding dress is a big decision I decided to sleep on it and called back the next day to make an appointment. I got an appointment on I said YES to the dress. It was seriously such a magical day and I am so happy I am a Lotus bride! If you are looking for a wedding dress, mother of the bride dress, mother of the groom dress, flower girl dress etc... this is the place to go! My future mother in law went today after seeing my dress and the shop and loved every second of being there. She ended up buying a dress at Lotus! Super friendly staff as well which is a big plus in my book. Oh, and because I purchased my dress at Lotus any accessories I purchase there are 20% off...amazing! Literally a great bridal shop and cant wait until my dress comes in! 10/10 recommend!!!

Highly recommend Lotus Bridal! Aenlly made me feel so special and listened to my feedback on what I liked and didn’t like about certain dresses. Did not get that level of attention elsewhere. The store is so classy and has such a wide selection of dresses! It was easy to say YES to the dress there!!

The boutique is beautiful with chandeliers and a beautiful flower wall to take pics if you find THE ONE I went on their website and favorited a few dresses and the first one of those I tried on I fell in love with. I tried a few more on but they just didnt compare. Genesis was very nice and helpful. I said YES TO THE DRESS at Lotus Bridal.

I went to Lotus Bridal a few weeks ago, it was my first time looking for a dress. I was so excited and nervous! its a very beautiful but overwhelming experience. I had a very nice bridal attendant that was very dry but nice to say the least. She picked out beautiful dresses for me that fit my style. I really liked one of the dresses and kept going back to it but was unsure since it was my first time trying on dresses. I also kept asking Can I see this dress with a veil the bridal assistant would say no, only when you really like the dress which I found weird but anyway by the end of the appointment I felt like I needed more time to think everything over since I liked the dress but did not love the dress.....Well let me tell you. They were very unhappy to hear this. They claimed I needed to make a decision that day if I wanted a particular sale (10% off). They also claimed they had no appointment for the next day because I asked maybe I can return tomorrow to get measured (That eventually changed when they saw my disappointment) I was honest with them and told them I had another appointment and wanted to weight out my options since this was my FIRST time trying and looking at wedding dresses. They asked me where I was going I told them the name of the shop and they literally looked at me and said oh dont worry you will be back I was in shock. That is so distasteful to bad mouth other places like that. I was almost arguing with the manager and my bridal attendant by the end of this appointment because I kept saying I am feeling pressured and other girls cant possibly make such a big decision after trying on dresses for the first time. They kept telling me yes, When girls love the dress they make that decision right away. Which I find very hard to believe these are $5K dresses and veils we are talking about here! Well to conclude my not so great experience I left Lotus bridal feeling sad, disappointed and pressured. My parents were with me and they felt really unhappy as well. On a more positive note I ended up going to that other appointment and finding my dress! the place did not pressure me nor rush me. They made me feel welcomed and loved and I am so happy I did not go with Lotus bridal. Dont get me wrong they have gorgeous dresses but they are overpriced and unprofessional in my opinion.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had - I was so hopeful when I initially called to make an appointment, as I had a specific look in mind. Whomever I spoke with was extremely polite, said that they had multiple dresses in stock for me to try and that they could certainly order something to suit my needs if existing stock wasnt sufficient. When I showed up to my appointment, it wasnt the initial woman I talked to, but Lexi. She said oh. you want this kind of gown? We only have one. I told her that wasnt what I was told, and her response was well I dont know who you spoke to, but you can just leave if you want. You dont have to stay. WHO SAYS THAT????? TO A SOON TO BE BRIDE???? This is supposed to be a fun experience, not feel like youre easily dismissed. So I decided to stay and see what they had - I did take time out of my work day for this - and she showed me one and said I dont know. Look around if you want. and disappeared. I pulled a few gowns myself, and they werent half bad, but Lexi seemed completely checked out and not even putting in minimal effort.I would have spent a lot of money. Definitely not now!

I would 11/10 recommend this place! They were all so helpful and have anything you could possibly want in a dress! As I’m sure all of the ladies are great.. I WOULD 100% request Nicole! She was so down to earth, so sweet and she just knew what dresses to grab for me! She really listens and understands your wants and needs of the dress! She was so so helpful! And not only with my bride dress but also for my mom!

Lotus Bridal is where I found my wedding dress and I had a great experience visiting their shop two times! The shop is beautiful and has a big selection of dresses. I worked with Nicole -She was very helpful, patient, and listened to the style I was going for. I favorited a few gowns from their site after booking my first appointment, and Nicole had pulled some of those dresses to try on as well as others in the styles I liked. She was always conscious of staying within my budget and was not pushy, but down to earth. She also had a good eye for what veils looked good with certain dresses, etc. I cant wait for my dress to come in! I would 100% recommend Lotus Bridal and Nicole!!

What an amazing experience! I worked with Bobbi, the manager, to find my dress and did she deliver! This was my last stop in dress shopping and was where I found my dress. There is so much that set Bobbi and Lotus aside from other stores. First, Bobbis energy, knowledge about dresses and body type, and respectfulness of budget were amazing. She found dresses that worked for me, one more beautiful than the next. She also encouraged me to try on dress styles I said I wasnt interested in looking at and I am glad she did. Overall you could tell Bobbi genuinely wants you to find the right dress, she gives her tactful but honest opinion, and her compliments are also genuine and not cheesy and meant to sell you a dress. 100/10 would recommend Lotus Bridal to anyone looking for dress.

Lotus Bridal was the first shop I went to to try on gowns and Emily made is a wonderful experience! She had about 6 gowns in a dressing room waiting for me when I arrived. As I tried on each dress she asked my likes and dislikes about it and as I tried on the next dress she went and pulled another dress or two that would check all my boxes. The dress I decided on was the 3rd dress I tried on but did not commit to my first time there as I had an appointment somewhere else the following week which I shared with Emily and she completely understood and told me I can always come back which I did! I had a negative experience at the other bridal shop plus I kept comparing every dress to the third one I tried on so I knew I had to come back here and work with Emily. I am so glad that I did. I returned and she had the dress I wanted to try on along with another dress I loved but honestly didnt remember so Emily suggested to not try it on then and just try on the one I really loved and that was it. I said YES to my dress with Emily and Im beyond excited to work with her through this process! The dress I tried on in the store isnt the color I want so Emily went above and beyond and found a dress in the color and then got on her hands and knees and clipped the color to the dress so I could get an idea about what it would look like. I highly recommend experiencing Lotus Bridal and working with Emily - she is amazing!

We went to our fourth bridal Gown location in search for the perfect dress and let me tell you we found it. The inventory was enormous, accessories abundant and staff that couldnt be more patient and supportive. Thank you Bobbi your help it was/is greatly appreciated!! It is a must go to any person in search of a wedding dress. Also, I got my mother of the bride gown at the same time, great time saver too.

I made this appointment last minute and thank goodness I did! Nicole helped me find the dress of my dreams!!! She was so knowledgeable in the dresses that just talking to her, she knew exactly what I was saying/thinking and pulled the most beautiful dresses for me to try... one being THE ONE.They are truly a one stop shop, they have EVERYTHING, even the veil that I loved that matched my dress perfectly!!I couldnt be happier and Im so excited to go back for MOB, MIL, MOH, and flower girl dresses!!!

I had the absolute best time shopping at Lotus for my wedding dress! I booked the VIB appointment for myself and 5 guests, and we all could not have had a better experience. From the very beginning, Lotus was extremely responsive to any and all questions I had, and Emily (my consultant) was working with me from the minute I officially booked! Emily was a dream to work with the day of, and helped me to navigate through my likes/dislikes of each dress. I felt that she contributed just enough to help me in my decision-making without trying to sway me in any particular direction. I also loved their online look book where I could select gowns I liked/wanted to try on prior to the appointment and they were ready for me upon arrival! Overall, Im so happy I decided to book at Lotus, this was my first and only appointment! 10/10.

Lotus Bridal was great! They were so kind and professional. They even had the same dress that I had loved the day before at Kleinfelds (and it was less expensive at Lotus!), so we could compare and contrast against that one! I ended up finding an even more gorgeous dress at Lotus and we bought it on the spot. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I went to lotus bridal! Ive been to a few places on the island and was almost settling for a dress that I liked but didnt love. I stumbled upon lotus bridal and decided to check them out before making my final decision and Im so glad I did! Aenlly was amazing!! She was so helpful and asked me what I liked and what I was looking for and delivered! She didnt pressure me at all and was honestly trying to help me find my perfect dress. In the end, I had not one but three dresses I had to choose from and naturally the very last one she pulled for me was my dream dress!! I am beyond excited to have found my dress at lotus! I had a feeling that I would find my dress here. Just By looking at their website and all the beautiful dresses they had, as well as reading their prior reviews, I was 100% sure this was MY store. Before I went in I looked at their website, I called them to make sure they had the dress I wanted to try in stock, which they did. The day before my appt with lotus I had a terrible experience at bridal reflections, where the lady helping me was rude and obnoxious and only looking for a sale. I was hoping that my appointment with Lotus was different. And wow, What a difference! I got lucky with Nicole. She was so patient and understanding. She cared about how I felt and helped the dresses fit to my body so I could see how they would actually look in my size. She is super sweet and you can tell she loves her job. I am so happy I found my dress here!!! I will recommend them to every single person I know who is getting married

Lotus Bridal is where I found my dress! The girls who work there are absolutely amazing! They have a great selection and are not pushy. They stick to your price range and really try to work with you. They are honest and helpful. I truly felt like they wanted to help me find my dream dress instead of making a sale. I loved the experience so much that I went back there to get my accessories. I recommend this place to all future brides! If you want to be happy and enjoy the experience, make an appointment at Lotus Bridal and they will take care of you!

I went to Lotus for my wedding dress and it quickly was a terrible experience. I went to my fitting and Bobbi “overlooked” that it needed alterations besides hemming. To be upfront and honest, I was going to bring it elsewhere as I do not live nearby, which she knew. I took the dress to a true artist and let’s just say that an entire new dress was needed. The original dress was DEFECTIVE( Buttons going down the back and boning near the hips)- as seen in attached photos. I brought this to the managers attention and was told it was easily fixable, however, when presented with options to fix the dress she gave a million excuses as to why she could not do it. She lied saying it was sent to the manufacturer, yet had it back to me within a week. The lady would not even accept the return of the belt that cost $400 out of human decency. I would not recommend this place. I assume this will get a response from management, which is funny cause we have been trying to contact you for quite some time to get our money back. If it’s worth the negative reviews on all your platforms, then good luck.

Emily was amazing! I came in there unprepared as a first time bride looking for a wedding dress and she asked me the right questions to narrow down to the right kind of dresses I was looking for. She was patient and kind and made the experience which felt overwhelming at times feel more bearable. I am still up in the air between dresses but I know I am going to go with one of the choices Emily picked out for me even though it was only my first time shopping for dresses. If I learned anything from the one shop its the more options arent always the best as too many just make it harder to choose from when you have someone giving you just so many great options. I cant wait to walk down the aisle to one of these beautiful gowns!!

I cant even begin to tell everyone about the experience I had at Lotus Bridal. I booked a VIB appointment with Emily and she was amazing. The whole experience was beautiful, I got to bring along everyone I wanted with me to try and find my dress. When we first arrived we were served a mini brunch then my hair and makeup was done for me and then I got to try on dresses. Emily picked out perfect dresses that fit my style. She helped me not only find the perfect dress but also the perfect veil and headpiece! Not only did I find my dress that day, Emily also helped my mom find her dress for my wedding! I would recommend Lotus Bridal to everyone! The experience and the one on one attention they give you really helps make shopping for a wedding dress enjoyable and easy. It was an experience like no other I can’t imagine having gone somewhere else to find my dream wedding dress!!

They were so loving and kind. My bridal consultant was AMAZING, I dont have enough words for her but she was so kind, loving and warm, gave you her honest opinion, she knew what dress to choose, she was just awesome. Im so happy I chose to come to lotus, I was not expecting to say yes to the dress, but she really made me feel beautiful and awesome in the dress she chose. I highly recommend going to Lexi as your bridal consultant, the manager was also so kind and made you feel so comfortable. BEST BRIDAL STORE ON LONG ISLAND! The selection of wedding gowns are top of the line from the fabrics and designers. My consultant Nicole worked with me to find the perfect wedding dress for me. It was the least stressful experience ever. This store makes you feel at ease while choosing the gown for your big day!! Its a one stop shop. You will say yes!!!

I had such a positive experience at Lotus Bridal today. My stylist, Emily, was SO sweet, extremely patient with my mom and I, and helped pick styles that were true to my vision. When I arrived to the store, I had a dress that I previously tried on at another store as a top contender and wasnt sure anything could compare to it. I ended up saying yes to a dress that Emily pulled for me, which was even more flattering than the first. She even helped me FaceTime my maid of honor and bridesmaid to let them see all the details of the dress since they couldnt be there in person. Thank you so much, Emily! This place is awesome. In the middle of the pandemic, they went above and beyond in terms of helping me find a dress. Special shoutout to Melissa, she found the exact dress I was looking for based on the pictures I sent her. I was coming from out-of-state, Lotus Bridal set me up with their seamstress Ms. Kavita who made the best adjustments for my dress. Lotus Bridal is so well manicured. Lets just say my bridal experience was beyond my imagination. I initially came to NYC because I had an appointment at Kleinfelds (which was not the best if I must say). I was disappointed, which led me to search for other bridal shops. I came across Lotus Bridal and my initial interaction contact with the shop was fantastic as Bobbi was so kind and willing to assist me with fining my dress due to my my wedding being in four weeks. LOVE THEM! After shopping and trying on over 70 dresses I finally said yes to the dress at Lotus! Lexi was my girl and put me in the most fabulous dress. After trying on my dream dress at another store I felt compelled to come back and buy it at Lotus. Lexi was the only one who showed it to me. She was lovely, so nice, and easy to work with. I had a great experience at Lotus Bridal! My consultant was Lexi. I had been to many other bridal stores and tried on so many gowns. As soon as I showed Lexi some dresses I liked, she was able to pull dresses that I LOVED and had not seen before at other stores. I also appreciated that Lexi was honest when it came to what looked good. Since selecting my dress, Lotus has been great about any questions I have had too. I am so happy to be working with this bridal shop!!

I went to approximately 10 different stores looking for my perfect wedding dress. There was a point where I was nervous I wasnt going to have my Aha Moment. After a long confusing journey, I ended up visiting this store for the second time and finally said YES! Nicole was accommodating, attentive and a pleasure to work with. She listened to my needs, helped me visualize what I wanted and was very patient with me throughout both of my appointments. Looking forward to my future alteration and accessory appointments.

LOVED my experience at Lotus Bridal! My attendant was lovely & we felt completely safe during the height of COVID, as everyone wore masks & were socially distant. Would recommend to Lotus any Long Island bride-to-be!

Safe yourself a lot of stress and disappointment and go to a reputable Bridal store. My daughter was not measured correctly so her dress had to be reordered. Once it came in we went to try it on and make her fitting appointments. They were unable to find two appointments and were trying to convince us to go to Brooklyn for the fittings. Bobbi, the Manager, was annoyed that my daughter couldn’t take a day off of work to accommodate their schedule. She was extremely condescending during this process. She finally found us two appointments. We went for her second fitting appointment to find that the alterations were not completely done. The seamstress re-pinned the dress. We went for the third fitting, 10 days before the wedding, to find that the dress still didn’t fit correctly. It was way too big. We FaceTimed a seamstress that we knew out of state that advised us not to have the seamstress touch the dress again. We have pictures documenting all the alterations that were suppose to be made and that were not. We took the dress and paid over $300 for alterations that still were not even close to being correct. We brought her dress to NJ to the the seamstress to find out that Lotus bridal only took in one side of the waist. Even an amateur knows that’s incorrect. The layers of the dress also were never steamed. The buttons on the bustle were buttons you would find on a mens shirt. Our seamstress had to take in the sides, the zipper and re-do the bustle. Thankfully, after our seamstress completed the alterations the dress was perfect. Luckily, we knew someone who was able to help us out a week before the wedding. Again, save yourself a lot of stress and go somewhere else. I would never want another bride to go through what my daughter experienced.

I had such a great experience at Lotus. From the start I had my mind set on trying on dresses at Lotus because they carried a designer I loved (ps. I didnt even go with a dress by that designer). I went to a few other shops before going to Lotus and found my dress here! I by far had the best experience here. They listened to my pros and cons of each dress and helped guide me to the dress I ended up saying yes to. I liked that to start off the appointment I was able to pull some dresses first and then the consultant pulled more based on what I liked. She ended up pulling my dress

If I can give Lotus 10 stars I would !!!!!! If you want to go to a bridal salon and know that the consultants actually care about how will look on your wedding day, look no further. My consultant Meekha was AMAZING!!!!!!! It all started with a zoom call prior to my appointment. Meekha listened to every detail that I wanted. When I arrived to Lotus in Mineola, some dresses were already waiting for me in the fitting room! I am SO HAPPY to get my wedding dress at Lotus Bridal!!!

Ive read such horror stories about Lotus & have always backed them because my experience finding my dress was perfect and Kristina was amazing! However, as soon as I had my first fitting, my entire feel for them changed. If you want to leave a fitting in tears & feeling horrible about yourself & guilty for wanting to look your best, then go see Bobbi & their seamstress. Theyre horrible & are absolutely in the wrong business.

The staff at Lotus were amazing during my visit. They made me and my guests comfortable and safe with all their Covid precautions. My consultant Nicole was great and let me try one the same two dresses again and again. She pulled a dress I would not have pulled off the rack and it was the one! The process was seamless and I could not be happier!

I loved my experience at Lotus Bridal! Before my appointment, my consultant, Aenlly and I had a phone conversation, so she could get a better idea of what dresses I liked. She had me save a few dresses from their website as well. Upon arriving, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Aenlly was the best when it came to selecting dresses for me to try on, she picked from different designers, different styles, and stayed within my budget. She was also very patient and helpful, especially when I was torn between 2 dresses and had to keep trying them on until I made a decision! I didn’t feel any pressure either. I can’t wait for my fitting appointments in June because I know I am in good hands!

Everything about my appointment was amazing. Lexi was so nice and accommodating to me and my mother and we ended up finding the perfect dress! She even worked with me on price since she knew I loved the dress but it was a little out of my range. I strongly recommend everyone going here as their first stop because of the professionalism, selection and personal touch! Cant wait to work with them on veil, shoes and accessories soon. I was looking to purchase a wedding dress, I searched on line and found this place, started following them on IG. After reading a couple of their reviews which they took down to avoid negative reviews, I realized this isnt the place to go. I read a review which was disturbing,they forced a bride take a dress during the pandemic, she never had her wedding but was still forced to take a dress that had already been restocked by a previous bride, that isnt business etiquette, you want to deal with a company with some compassion and considering the bride couldnt picked it up or use the dress, a refund should have been almost immediate, it definitely gave me second thoughts, had to look elsewhere, it seems this place isnt a team player at the expense of their customers.

I had the most incredible experience at Lotus Bridal! I said YES to my amazing dress today, all thanks to Kelly, my extremely patient, fun and easy going stylist. She spent so much time helping me try on the many lovely gowns, patient as I went back and forth between three amazing ones, and narrowing down the perfect one for me.The store itself had an amazing selection and actually dresses that I could see myself getting married in.The shop is clean and calm, set up with all the dressing rooms along the back wall. The curtains to the dressing rooms open in a way that the revel is truly a show for your entourage and the other clients. I started looking for dresses last month, and I just couldnt seem to figure out what would look best on my body. Without my knowing, my friend called Lotus Bridal, and spoke with Lexi about needing an appointment ASAP. Lexi gave her an appointment for THAT DAY and explained to her that she would stay late if need be. Lexi helped me find my dress in ONE shot, literally. I could not be more thankful for her thoughtfulness and kindness and I am so excited to be able to call Lotus Bridal my wedding dresses home!! Thank you so much Lexi!!

This was the second store that I visited. I was under time constraints for my wedding which is a few months away so my options were limited at this store as to what would be available in time. I tried on sample dresses available to purchase and they were not in very nice condition. Many of them had rips and pulls. I understand it’s a sample but seeing hair stuck in the dresses was a little gross. None of the sample dresses I chose in my look book were there to try on in the beginning and I felt I was not listened to and all of the dresses were not even close to fitting so it was hard to tell if I liked anything. I specifically requested no strapless and all the dresses were. I was so frustrated that I left in the middle of my appointment. I felt they were very pushy and do not accommodate anyone who has a model size. If they could not accommodate my time frame for a dress, my style or my normal body size they should have been truthful.

I had the best possible experience at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. Aenlly made every appointment so pleasant, exciting, and effortless. Highly recommended for the happiest experience.

From the first phone call I made, I knew this would be the place for me. The staff was super friendly, as well as very accommodating. The place was soooo beautiful. Everyone greeted me with a huge smile. My stylist Alexis was the absolute sweetest! She was just as excited as I was to try on the black wedding dress 😭. I tried on my first dress and fell in love! There was no need to try anymore on. I can’t wait for it to arrive at the store so I can try on my exact size! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dress! I was moved to tears. Before my appointment, Nicole met with me via zoom and really listened to what I liked and didn’t like. She picked out so many lovely dresses that flattered my body type that it was hard to pick the best since they were all amazing! So happy my cousin recommended Lotus and I will tell any bride to go there!

This was the first bridal salon I visited, and it was nothing but perfect. First off, the bridal salon is a feast for the eyes. The decor and layout is gorgeous, not overstimulating, and of course everything was prepared and well thought-out for social distancing and covid precautions. My bridal attendant was Nicole and she was FABULOUS! I was promptly attended to, and she was so good at finding gorgeous dresses, fit just for my body.Dont hesitate and go and see them now!

Lotus bridal shop is a small boutique with a big presence. Their service is impeccable and the selection of the dresses are top notch. Plus, unlike a lot of other boutiques I have been to, Lotus has a great online system to help you decide the dresses you want to try on before arriving at the store. You can also save and keep track of everything you tried on via their online system too. I found this pretty unique.I valued that each and every one of the staff members was transparent about the wedding dress shopping process, and wedding etiquette. No other store shared as much knowledge as they did.Plus with COVID – I couldn’t consistently shop for dresses but they walked me thru the process of getting a dress in time for my wedding and making me feel calm about it arriving.

I bought my dress today at Lotus and could not be happier. My consultant, Lauren B, was so welcoming and warm since the second we met for my appointment. She helped me identify the racks to look at for the style dresses that i was liking while she noted down some of the exact dresses I had pinned to check to see if they had them. I definitely recommend pinning (on Pinterest) some of you favorite lotus bridal dresses before your appointment to reference. They have almost everything on their site and make it very easy to directly pin the dresses from there! Also Lauren was able to get an even better idea of what I was liking from the dresses I pinned and every dress she pulled was better than the next. When I was trying on Lauren was so considerate, kept the conversation flowing and it did not feel awkward at all. She fit every dress to my body as best she could and pulled in her manager when I asked about any alterations who was so nice as well and SUPER helpful to help me realize what I could do. I had another appointment in NYC before this one and it was night and day. The lotus team wants you to feel excited, special and the best you can in finding your dream dress and they do such a great job. Recommend anyone to go here, it will not disappoint and you will PROBABLY walk out having bought something fantastic.

Wow is all I can say. Walking into Lotus Bridal was one of the MOST amazing experiences I had with any wedding venue. Lexi greeted my mom, my maid of honor and I with enthusiasm as she took us to the fitting room where she had already had my dresses ready from my favorites from the look book. Keep in mind, I have been dress shopping at 2 other stores prior to this and did not have good experiences. This experience started off amazing and finished even better once I found my dream dress!!! Lexi was so amazing to work with and made us feel so comfortable. She made me feel like a BRIDE!!! I am so so happy with my experience at Lotus. The selection of dresses is unbelievable and the staff is so enthusiastic and they WANT to help you find the dress of your dreams!

I visited Lotus in Mineola twice in the dress shopping process. I worked with Lexi, she was spectacular. She really got to know me and was extremely patient with me as my style and likes changed throughout my visits. She ended up pulling THE dress, one that wasnt even on my radar (spoiler, it has pockets!). Being a bigger girl, I never felt uncomfortable with her and she did a great job securing the dresses so I could get a true visual of what I would look like. I highly recommend checking them out and working with Lexi.

First of all the bridal shop is beautiful! The girls were so sweet. This was my first time trying on any dresses, Lexi helped me, she did an amazing job. She was so sweet and so helpful in listening and understanding what I wanted. I came in wanting a completely different dress, but after a a while she recommended a style I didn’t think I wanted and I ended up falling in love with it. I said yes to the dress! I had such a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal. They listened to what I wanted and were able to find me the perfect dress. I went to a few other bridal stores, but Lotus made me feel the most excited and comfortable! Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful. They were even better when picking out my bridesmaid dresses! I have 9 bridesmaids (a lot, I know), but Lotus made sure that each bridesmaid received enough attention and were able to order them their perfect dress too! I said yes to the dress at Lotus Bridal back in June and my consultant, Emily, made this experience unforgettable! I said “yes” to my dress at Lotus Bridal (Long Island location) this weekend! Hooray!Overall I had a wonderful experience there.The salon space is beautifully decorated, all Covid protocols were adhered to, and everything was pretty organized.I had a great time trying on dresses, and my consultant Nicole was FABULOUS to work with. Leading up to my appointment, she reached out and asked me a lot of questions so she could pull the perfect dresses for me to try on during my appointment ...I was so impressed with her selection and professionalism! They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and she nailed my taste! She was patient, sweet, knowledgeable and not overly pushy.... I only rated 4 stars because when my consultant started the process of cashing me out, she seemed uncertain about which size to order. The sample size fit me pretty well, but was snug in a few places... So (who I think was ) the seamstress (she never introduced herself) started taking my measurements and looked at the designer’s measurement chart to order my dress, my bust measurements fell in between the two sizes up from the sample I tried on. The woman measured me again and then left quickly. They seemed really busy and stressed, But at the end of the day, I’m spending a lot of money on this dress and I was hoping for a little more professional guidance from them when determining the correct size to order, since they specialize in Bridal gowns.My consultant continued to draw up the paperwork and recommended that I should order 2 sizes up from the sample I tried on, but told me “ I don’t really know about sizing and alterations I’m just a consultant” and ultimately it was “my decision”. Their alterations start at almost $600 and that doesn’t include extra alterations on the straps, more than one seam, etc. I felt like that was kind of a high price, but again I’ve never done this before, so I wasn’t sure what a typical price point was for alterations.I left there feeling really nervous/anxious about the size and immediately went to Brides of Long Island group on FB to see if anyone posted threads about Lotus Bridal‘s alterations.... So far I have seen more bad reviews about their alterations than good ones. So now I am freaking out. My dress is supposed to arrive the end of August, beginning of September and my wedding is October 23rd, 2021....(I know, I’m cutting it close). I’m scared that I’m going to need many more alterations than necessary, based on their professional guidance when it comes to ordering sizes.UPDATE:The manager, Bobbi, reached out to me today and spoke to me about my concerns after reading my reviews. She gave me the specifics about each of the measurements on my dress and explained exactly the dimensions between each dress size. She answered all of my questions and explained to me in depth how they perform each alteration. I feel a million times better about the dress size I ordered being correct. I really appreciated that she took the time to reach out to me to inform and educate me about the specifics, and to relieve my worries or doubts.

I really could not have asked for a better experience shopping for my wedding dress. The staff at Lotus Bridal is extremely attentive, sweet, and polite. They absolutely made me feel so special and beautiful, even with having to wear masks and what not. My bridal attendant Lexi was seriously AMAZING - I really could not have worked with anyone better. She almost immediately got my style and had me trying on gorgeous dresses that I did not even expect (truthfully all the gowns I liked in pictures and wanted to try on I hated in person - and Lexi was so patient with me going through them all, even the heavy one with the hoop skirt, and then she found a beautiful dress that took me by surprise). Lexi was completely understanding with me bringing my dad and brother back for a second look/opinion because I was torn between two dresses. She took awesome pictures and videos for me and my mom of everything. And she was a pro about picking stunning, perfect veils to match the dresses I was trying. I ended up finding my dream dress and veil, and I could not be happier to work with Lotus. They have a wonderful selection, are super flexible with appointments (at least for me), explain everything clearly, give you great clarity into timelines for ordering, and are overall so very attentive and accommodating, unlike a larger bridal store would be. If youre thinking about going to them - GO! You wont regret it.

If youre looking for your wedding gown and dont know where to start, or have searched and feel like youve hit a wall, make an appointment at Lotus with Lexi. She is sweet, funny and really knowledgeable. She listened and understood what I wanted, considered my budget and chose a range of dresses in my budget. She advised on the process and turn around time for getting my dress, factoring in COVID operations of the salon. Will definitely visit them again when I am ready to get my shoes, etc.

Shes an absolute sweetheart and just the kindest to work with from when I first booked my appointment and to even after I said yes to the dress! She made me and my MOHs feel so comfortable and allowed us to have fun during the process.The bridal shop itself is beautiful! So clean and well-organized. Each staff member greets customers when they walk past. They flaunt you with generous compliments and make you feel absolutely special.We had so much and Im looking forward to going back soon when my dress arrives and trying on different accessories, veils, etc.Thanks again, Lexi & Lotus!!

Had such a wonderful experience with Lotus Bridal and specifically Nicole, that I had to write a review. Nicole is so incredibly patient, kind and so understanding. She was so prompt, professional, and really listened to all my requests, and was so understanding of my very opinionated mother. I was in the store 3 times and tried on a range of dresses, and felt totally comfortable doing so. Nicole showed me so many beautiful wedding gowns that I couldnt choose which I loved best. Lotus Bridal was the very first place I tried on wedding dresses to get an idea of what I liked. From day one, Lexi my consultant was so nice and helpful and never pushy, I felt like we were friends more than a sales associate and customer. I wound up going to several other stores around Long Island, and decided to check out a designer I had come across that I loved, Martina Liana at the trunk sale this past weekend back at Lotus. Lexi helped me again, and I found THE dress. I had to make another appointment right away to show my family and they were so accommodating. I officially said yes to the dress today, and I am so happy with my experience so far. I definitely recommend checking out Lotus, its beautiful inside and they have a big selection of dresses. Lexi also didnt show me any dresses out of my price range, and told me prices before showing me them which I thought was great and very respectful. Im hoping alterations and the rest of my purchase goes smoothly, but its five stars from me!

Lotus Bridal is such a cute shop!! I was so excited to be able to try on dresses I looked at during my virtual appointment with Emily. She is awesome and definitely a people person. I found my dress very fast, but that’s only because I had my mind made up before the appointment. No matter what I tried on, I had to have that dress. Everything went smooth. Precautions were taken due to COVID-19. I can’t say I’ll come again because I plan on being married one time 😂😂😂!!!! Still, I cannot wait to see my dress in the color I ordered and put it on. I loved this place from the moment I walked in. All the girls behind the desk were super warm and welcoming. My Bridal consultant was Aenlly and she know EXACTLY what she was doing because just 3 dresses in I found the one. I had been to other locations that day and not one of those places came close to this one. The location is clean and modern with endless options. Parking wasnt a problem and getting there from Queens was a breeze!
