What a disappointment. Dont waste your time looking at Kitchen Cabinets at this location. After waiting a week for an appointment, Paula asked for our dimensions and a rendering that was created by another designer. She was too busy to do our rendering at that time stating she would email it to us. Well, 4 working days later and Paula wont even answer an email. Do your self a favor and go visit the previously mentioned Kabinet King in queens.

Terrible customer service.To the owners reply:You can have your rep respond to emails and phone messages in a timely manner. After speaking with my husband and confirming delivery I spent a day waiting for a delivery that never came. I called a few times and left messages with no call backs. I finally spoke to the rep and was told there was no carrier assigned for my delivery. Her error and no apology. I received my order today.

Very neat store with a good selection of woodworking materials and helpful staff. Importantly, this is only lumber yard in the area that carries hardwoods such as cherry and maple as well as those woods in 4x8 3/4 inch veneered plywood sheets.
