I went in the store to return a hair dye that the tube was messed up. It was suppose to be jade and took the color out and didn’t dye it at all... when I pushed the tube it was a dark and metallic color WITH the cream. I mixed it and didn’t think anything of it. Now her hair is blonde, not even the purple that was in it. The manager Annette was EXTREMELY rude and said she knew her and HER colors wouldn’t do that. I went to the dollar store and went back to shop.. I sprayed a dry shampoo for one squirt to smell it and continue shopping and she started harassing me and told me to get out before she called the cops. Then followed me one foot away from me getting in my face. I will NEVER go back there!! Horrible customer service and I WILL be calling DM.

I would have given it 5 stars except the manager was VERY short and very RUDE... This is the second time I have to encounter her... But the two associates, espically the Hispanic one were VERY helpful, nice and encouraging!! In my opinion this place would be perfect if was not for the manager!!

100% recommend. Everyone is super knowledgeable, friendly, and so willing to help. Parking is limited, but I have never had a problem finding a spot.

Customer service is not great at all, but they have the specific hair dye i use. ill only go to this location when i really have to, like when ive totally run out of dye. sometimes dont have the color i need in stock. othetwise the store is clean, aisles are a little narrow but thats okay because theres usually never more than three customers in the store at a time.

Everybody was really patient with me and explained all the products I needed. I also called them because I had no clue how to use the bleach I got and they were awesome so yea. Y’all are great

I came here yesterday and was given the wrong products. I was looking to bleach my hair and my roots are bleached and not the ends of the my hair. For sure will not be coming back and wasted my own money.

If you want to shop at a Sallys that knows every type of hair, is clean and hires great staff- this is it. Its owned by a really great woman as well. Highly recommend.

The cashier was very helpful and cordial. She made sure you are aware of their sales they had going on certain products and clearance items.

This location is always very clean and well organized. I can usually find what I need within the first five minutes. The staff is very helpful and approachable.

I arrived to this location at 8:30am today which is 30minutes earlier than opening time so I knew I would have to wait in my car. Well someone finally showed up at 9:20am, 20 minutes after opening time. The store delivery came at 9:35 and another customer at 9:40. The delivery man knocked on the window for the worker to open the door at 9:47 she can to the window and asked for 5minutes to count the draw she took to the back room at 9:23, and proceeded to lock the door back and came back to unlock the door at 10:00a. Mind you when she shut the door on the delivery man another customer showed up and the second one had already decided to leave. I purchased $50.00 worth of individual and mink lashes for clients. I was never offered a discount for my wait especially in the cold. But I was offered a Sally card 😐. Worst Sally experience Ive ever had in my life.

The manager was very rude . Manager Profiled me even though we are both African American! Very rude very disrespectful not helpful at all what so ever and was very argumentive in front of customers and I was not allowed to purchase my items! I will never attended another Sallys beauty supply ever again! Never thought Sallys would hire such unprofessional people!

It is a very horrible store. The staff was incredibly rude and did not even bother to help me, I will not be returning and do not recommend going to this store.

The service at this location is legit, theyll help you find what you need and joke with ya if youre the type that is up for it.
