I LOVE this place. They have the BEST selection of beads of various sizes and types! Recently I placed a large order online for some tiny size 15/0 beads. They sent me my order in this VERY nice case! I didnt order the case, but they provided it anyway! Also the order came SUPER fast. I ordered on Friday and the beads arrived Monday. Super awesome! And all my in-store experiences have been nothing short of amazing as well.
This store is amazing. The quality of the work is incredible and handcrafted by Native Americans. Many unique items and the store is so peaceful. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and patient. Northland Visions is a great place to buy for yourself, your home and gifts. The only reason I dont go more is because I cannot leave without at least an armful of purchases.
Owner Marilyn and Greg were so kind to my daughter during our visit today. They helped her select the supplies to create her first pair of moccasins and some beads. Greg is an incredible artist and craftsman. He gave her lots of tips for making her mocs. I have a feeling this will be our first of many visits back to Northern Visions. Thank you
Northern Vision is the best Native American shop. They carry a lot of stuff to put on your dancing cloths.I have very little Indian in me but I love the place. I am always looking for Barretts. The ones they have are gorgeous all had made. The price is very good. The staff on hand are awesome.Northern Vision is a small store, but it has a lot to offer

When walking inside you get the feeling of peacefulness, upon looking at all the different native american artwork, and other natural works from the mother earth, they have soaps, oils, earings, bracelets, furs, they have a widew assortment of items for all, even children.

Best place to get beads, jewelry, jewelry making supplies and amazing arts, crafts, clothing and other gifts produced by indigenous people. I really appreciated their friendly service. They have helped me out tons as I have been learning to bead. Go see them, and spend your bucks to support local, Indigenous artisans.
It seems like a very different store than the last, smaller location. Although expensive, they had room for a lot more gift items. Lovely collection of stones/agates/ crystals though and still had the items one needs for smudging, but not as much. More the basics. The man who orders the stones & crystals was lovely & seemed knowledgeable. Ill save up & bring more cash next time because I left wanting so many pretty things I couldnt afford.
Beautiful store! I am proud to see a store that focuses specifically on authentic Native American/Indigenous art. The collection here of art is amazing, and the amount of items and supplies for artists is equally incredible. What a friendly staff and owner! This business also works with other businesses to create ease of purchase for large orders. Ask the owner about his beautiful belts that he creates! A Minneapolis must-see!

Was followed everywhere. Tried asking does someone make this for you or do you just buy whatever someone is selling and just answered yes. There were other customers in the store but we were the only ones followed. Wanted to get my mom a birthday card and gift from here but not after feeling like I was being watched very uncomfortable. Will not be going back.

Northland Visions has been a favorite store of mine for a long time. Best prices ever on native baseball style hats. And their handmade jewelry is beautiful. They have a price range from rags to riches -lol - seriously you need to check them out. It would be worth your while.

This place is great!There are so many unique and intricate pieces in this store, I could browse around for hours.Who would have known such a great little treasure trove was sitting right there on Franklin.If you are anywhere near, you should stop by and talk to Greg, who always has a smile on.I see they have just opened a web-store as well. The new location is absolutely stunning, the level of service and attention to the customers is absolutely top notch, and very knowledgeable! I can’t get over the attention to detail that was put into the decor, let alone the art work! It’s a must see. It’s worth the stop, if you happen to be going through Minneapolis. As with any new business things change. In this case not for the better. The sales person was a rude White man Playing Indian as the others that work there. They dont have the blood but they play like they do !!! I was Lied to by the people that work there so they could get more money from me as a Vendor. The bead colors keep changing so you cant match or continue to use the same colors you buy from them before. The real super great Native person that worked there is no longer there & the employ was rude when I asked about her. I wont be back & I told them so !!!
