A little girl does work at the cash register and her customer service was impeccable👌. No one else even said hello. Its a braiding/beauty store and it appears their focus is on braiding. You better know what you are buying because its cramped and if someone has to go through the aisles you will need to move. I gave it 3 stars the lil girl was adorable but the adults need training in customer service. She should train them. 💯

If only i could rate them higher! they deserve more then 5 stars ⭐️ ! hands down. i’m not even over exaggerating y’all! They are seriously by far the best in town! not to mention the shop is up to date not no hole in the wall very comfortable and clean place! I love love them!

They have a lot of hair to choose from! I found everything I need in this store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is about to be my regular shop

I called ahead of time to ask if they sold bundle hair, they told me yes. I came in and told them I needed help finding bundle hair, the woman was doing someone’s hair and would not pause to help me. I asked where the selection was and first she said it was on the wall before I clarified once again what I was looking for and she told me to just “look around.” I found the hair behind the counter but didn’t feel comfortable going behind it so I asked and they didn’t really guide me on what to do so I just went behind and looked. I found a couple items of hair that were priced way too much and attempted to ask once again for help. The woman who I could communicate with was still doing hair so she sent a woman who did not speak English to help me but that just sort of frustrated me more because I was on a time crunch and couldn’t tell the person helping me what I needed so that she would understand and just get the hair. They did not have a good selection of hair colors and had bundles that were way overpriced. Im going to stick with 7 mile.

I love my micros braids they took their time and didn’t rush was very helpful to me and my asthma gave me water and let me get air outside and I appreciate them so much I will be back again and prices were awesome

The first time I was in there was nice but this time I was help by a child and when my back was turned she whispered she is going to make sure I dont steal to who I am guessing her mother very disrespect and wont be coming back .... and this is a black own business

After going to the Dollar Store going to Kmart I finally found the hair glue that I need it I should have came here first instead of running around Minneapolis trying to find the things that I need so I wouldnt have to go out my way
