For first time there I think they are ok. However I understand in retail stocking products is needed. But I didn’t like all the boxes they had on the floor in the aisle I needed to go in. The aisle was small and it was hard to walk in. Might go back.

I went to find Shea butter, but left with so much more. The staff was so friendly and helpful that I found stuff that my entire household needed like great shampoo, conditioner, body and hair oils, even a makeup sharpener. They are Black owned and I will definitely return for all of my beauty supply needs.

I love this beauty supply store. I have been going there to purchase hair products for years. Very friendly staff. They are like family now. Prices are very reasonable and they always give discounts. I bought these weave and made my own wig caps and I love it. 🥰🥰🥰🥰😋😋😘😘😘😘😘😘

I love these guys that work here theyre so helpful every time you walk in there. They always have smile on their face ready to help you out. The hair prices and hair product prices are all in a good price range. It is so easy to find things in there and if you cannot find something and you ask them that will help you find what you are looking for. I go there for everything that I need lotion hair products or whatever I need I go there for it.

It has a huge variety of supplies. The workers are nice too and the prices are great.

I would give them no stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR THE ONE NEXT TO IT. They are very rude. They dont help you especially if youre black American. When I purchased 3 packs of hair one guy didnt put 1 pack in my bag and I didnt notice until I got home. When I came back I saw thy he very same guy and he said I was lying. I asked another guy to see the video of him giving me everything I purchased and he watched the video but he wouldnt let me see it. I asked for a refund and he said all sales are final which is not stated anywhere in the store. I left and noticed he still had my receipt so I came back and asked for it 3 times. He ignored me for 15 minutes and kept telling me he doesnt have it. When he saw that i was not leaving he finally said he can print one for me( which he could have done 15 min ago). They are a shady business

The two guys are always helpful and friendly. They always have the latest trending hair designs. Allow time to browse for items and get help and you will have a great experience. Great selection and pricing.

Guy hand me a semi open packed ponytail after asking can i see how thick is was. After handing it back seeing me take it out the pack in say you mess my hair up i like u to leave first off the store beyond packed and alot of the hair was open on the floor so how u blame someone for something was already open . Bad manners terrible hair store African should not own any kind of business
