The staff at Intermix were extremely helpful in assisting in the design of our beverage program. This included everything from product samples, equipment selection, site visits and plan review. Since our launch, we have continued to use Intermix as our primary beverage supplier. Ordering, service, and maintenance has been very reliable and responsive. I work at a coffee shop in Minneapolis that uses Intermix, and I cannot praise them enough. I have experience ordering products through a different company at another job, and that one was frequently out of stock and our deliveries were often incorrect. Since switching to a business that uses Intermix as their supplier, I have had no issues. Once or twice something has been temporarily out of stock, but it is back within a few days, and our rep, Betsy, will look into it and keep us updated. Orders come promptly to our shop and are in great condition. The products are high quality and fairly priced for our small business. Intermix has a great selection of everything we could need and we are never disappointed with any new products we try. Betsy is very knowledgeable and always ready to help if we have any questions or concerns. The website was recently updated and is much more visually pleasing and easier to order through. I dont think we could ask for more.

Initially, they stood out amongst their competitors because they were able to help us accomplish the vision we had for our business and we didn’t feel that we needed to make compromises. I was in a huge crunch one week where I didnt think I was going to need an item we regularly order, which it turned out I really ended up needing and it was already the end of the week.
