I absolutely Love this store!!Everyone there is amazing. I was able to buy dust jacket covers for all my books here instead of waiting for them to be shipped to me. The staff even took the time to show me how to apply them. They have a amazing selection of books and comics, and a great friendly atmosphere. I could hang out in this store all day.

Fantastic independent bookstore with a focus on genre content. The service has always been wonderful, and the variety of both new and used content from across the decades always makes for some interesting finds. Well worth a visit!

Wow. What a selection!! Was able to find a bunch of Neil Gaiman books I havent been able to find anywhere else.

I have loved this store for years but today was different. I went in the afternoon on a thursday and was followed around the whole store until I left( It might have not been a worker, just a customer which makes me even more uncomfortable)I have never expirienced this with the earlier staff/ customers. Very bad expirience in general for some place I have found nostalgic.

Went looking for new comics. They didn’t have many but wow! What a hidden gem!! So many amazing things! Books, statues, oddities...will definitely go back!

I really love his place and enjoy my time there. I’ve had the pleasure of talking to Ryan who was more than welcoming and helped me with what I was looking for. Dream Haven Books & Comics is a small business in Mpls that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time through no fault of their own. May/June were dark days in Mpls history and you did not deserve to suffer the violence you experienced. May your business grow and prosper!

We came here as out of towners on a pilgrimage to one of the best genre book stores around and were not disappointed! Great selection from sci-fi to fantasy, pulps, and comics, with some really great ephemera too. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I just wish we lived locally!

Love this place. I used to live nearby and I visit whenever Im in the area. Great selection of new releases for fantasy, horror, sci-fi and graphic novels as well as used books. They have some toys/memorabilia as well. Its a bit disorganized with some boxes of books always sitting in the aisles, but thats part of the charm in my opinion.

I love this local books and comics store! They have such a variety to choose from, with knowledgeable staff that can help you find any adventures youre looking for. Theres posters and collectables, as well as great finds in the discount sections (: I usually come here once every couple weeks and I wouldnt go anywhere else. This store has been family owned for decades and they hold yearly events as well. Check them out when you get a chance!

Neil Gaimen loves this place and so do I. Big selection of new, used and collectible books and comics, and a lot of it is signed. You can get lost in there, because its not super organized, but I think thats a good thing.
