Just ran through to pick up a few things. Employee Omar was extremely kind, calm, and collected. Smoothly handling customers while being helpful and personable. Went above and beyond to make sure myself and the customers in front and behind me in line had a good experience.

Cesar is a fabulous employee. He understood our questions and our problem. No way did he make us feel inferior or silly with the updated computers. He was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. This gentleman deserves a big raise, if not a raise, at least kudos!!!
Easy pick up for business cards that were made on same day. And the cards were great quality too! Curbside pick up was quick as well, make my trip with my 2 year old daughter easier.
I ordered my item online, got a nice email when it was ready, and then they brought it right out to my car when I arrived.The service was easy to use and completely contact free.

Very bad customer serviceI was there for a red pricing label and they only have the white ones when I asked at checkout if there is any available at the store the clerk replied they are outSo I asked can you ask if another location has it he told me : YOU NEED TO CHECk ONLNEOf course I will but that is the last time I will go to that location ( New Brighton Blvd )even though I have been a customer for at least 10 years

They didnt have the exact planner I was looking for but they were really helpful. Omar was the associate helping me and honestly was a caring guy. Wanted to know specifically what I was looking for. Highly recommend dealing with Omar.

This place is horrible no management. Absolutely disappointed. I was robbed in the parking lot right in front of the store. All my valuables were stolen came back to the store crying me and my little sister and they did not care for a minute. When we asked for the parking cameras, we were told there weren’t any. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It’s not a safe place to go.
The employees arent there to help. They probably wouldnt even notice if you steal something inside.Poor management. It might be out of business soon at this rate.

Came to pick up a canvas that was supposed to printed at a specific time, wasnt done. The guy did an awful job on the print and it had to be redone. Came back at store open the next day and it still wasnt ready. Im sorry were trying to get opened is by far the worst excuse when its 10 minutes after your door is supposed to be open. Terrible service at this location. Go to any other location!
I went to this store because they are supposed to have printing services available. Apparently, they dont staff that position during all the open for service hours. I was told I could wait 1 1/2 hours until that staff member came on. The manager (and I use that title questionably) told me it wasnt her responsibility to ensure staffing. No alternatives were given. Just a lame, Sorry that wasnt meant but rather hopeful to shut me up. I left and went to the Office Depot in Roseville. Excellent staff and all services were available. Dont waste your time at the Quarry store...go to Roseville. You wont regret it.
Very friendly staff and good customer service. They were helpful and attentive but not over bearing. The store was well stocked, clean and pretty well organized. Organized well even though they were setting up for back to school early. They had a lot of great clearance deals also. I was interested in a Franklin Covey planner which they didn’t have though. It was a little humid inside though.
Sent a project to print this AM. Had the manager email me and say that he refused to print it because the typography was designed to look like a take on an 80s movie, and he needed evidence that I had copyrights to print it. He lorded his experience as a content creator (what?) over me after I made it clear that the custom creation of assets falls under tried and true parody law. He also refused to print a replacement card for a pinball machine that is ACTUALLY PUBLICLY AVAILABLE VIA THE MANUFACTURER and specifically labeled as a replacement design for a 30 year old pinball machine. He didnt suggest simply not printing that portion of the queue (which would have been fine-- I can simply print that on our copier), but outright refused to print anything. When I explained the consequences, he condescendingly refused to service me for my already paid-for assets. His final response was that he cancelled the project and would process a refund, for which I never received a confirmation email. I guess Ill check my account in the morning.I went ahead and spent more of my time sending the job to a dedicated printer, who fired off the prints in an hour. It was cheaper, too. Ive been sending a bevy of small projects to these guys for many years, but wont return for any reason on principle, alone. They handled this matter with zero care or professionalism.Office Depot: please make your employees read up on parody law. A design that is CUSTOM CREATED with hand drawn vectors, that states nothing about the property that inspired it, is unequivocally not against any copyright law whatsoever. Take a look at any beer label in this town to gather an inkling on this widely-accepted notion.
I was told they can do same day printing, but when I stated that I wanted a canvas, no one knew how to do it, so I had to settle for a poster. The employee said they weren’t busy that day, so they should be able to get it done within a couple hours. Then, they never emailed to let me know it was complete. When I called the next day I was on hold for 15 min while they checked to see if it was done. Not really good customer service unfortunately :/

I had a great experience using the print services. Seems later at night is a fantastic time to get some printing done. Muhammad was very kind and proficient in helping me get the quality print I came in for. I requested a image flip and without any trouble found a solution to my problem.I will definitely come back in. Great service!
Pack a lunch if you intend to conduct business at the Quarry store. Wow, they have had some major design changes! The rows to product are now interrupted by counters and walls which may be functional if they are staffed.I was there to print and that counter had an employee. Unfortunately she was swamped with customers and no help in sight. The old store design included multiple copiers for customer use. The present design has 2. The rest are corralled behind walls for staff use only. 1 of the 2 for customers was not working and the other had a gentleman settled in for the evening.A young man headed towards us but turned back. I followed and asked him to help, which he did but did not know how to fix the copier. He spoke to someone in his headphone to no avail. So, we had 1 customer copier in use, 1 not working, a dozen for staff use only, 1 print staff, 1 non-print staff, one employee who declined to come help and the cashier. I prefer the functionality of the old Depot.
Worst customer service at the printing desk.I’ve gone at least 4 different times and every time I get helped by a different employee whose either extremely not helpful at all or really doesn’t want to be there. They all hate their jobs. It’s draining. I kept going because I needed printing and it was conveniently close to me, but after this last time, I’m fed up. Never again.
Office retail is notoriously in decline and they never seem to be able to staff well enough to create a good customer experience, so I went in with very low expectations but the employee working the print service was patient and good at multitasking. The (ONLY ONE) woman working both the sales floor and register was also friendly. It was also a surprisingly clean and orderly store considering how understaffed it was. They hired good people even though they cant staff properly.
After I noticed on the order confirmation that the pick up location was wrong I contacted the customer service agent via their text feature. The agent struggled with basic grammar and syntax which made understanding their message difficult. Also, instead of solving my problem or offering solutions, like sending my order to a more reasonable location, they simlpy said sorry. There are 17 locations that are closer to me. Their store is an hour away.

Nice people....printing service no goodThey have a quarter million dollars in printing equipment, but they cant print envelopes! I ended up buying a $100 printer that printed them perfectly. The staff was nice but very disorganized.
The woman that was at the register was the slowest moving person I had ever met. She may of actually has a disability of some sort, and no other employees were even attempting to help her. Saw several other employees stocking shelves instead of helping the 4-5 people in line.
Completely incompetent. Ordered same day custom business cards— got the text saying the were ready after the store closed. When I picked them up they were all printed off-center, with poor color control. To make it worse, most were oddly-sized, ranging from 3 3/8 to over 3 1/2 long, but had been packaged in such a way to hide that fact. Never again.

This place is such a hot mess (and this is coming from someone with years of retail experience, so I am incredibly understanding and gracious of people that work in retail). I wanted to get three very basic things (invitations) printed on cardstock. I called in first and asked if they could print on 5x7 cardstock that I supplied and the guy I talked to on the phone said they could do that. I came in to drop everything off and there was a guy sitting behind the counter. I stood there waiting and he didnt really acknowledge me. After a little bit he told me that he had to call someone else up because he wasnt in charge of the print station that day (dont really know why he was standing behind the desk). I waited several minutes for someone to show up. The person that showed up was really unprofessional and acted like he was annoyed that I was even there. I told him I had called earlier, and showed him the supplied cardstock. He said they couldnt print on that size. I understand that sometimes people might be new or not know details like that, so I was nice about it and asked him what my options were. He said he didnt know and then just sort of stared at me awkwardly. Ive met some other people who have had similar experiences since. Too bad. Needs new management/hiring manager it looks like.
Store is a little hard-to-navigate (spent 5 minutes looking for a dang mousepad), but otherwise, no complaints.

Store is dirty and needs updated fixtures badly. Shopping carts were beat up and straps broken. Waited 15 min for help at the print center and 3 different employees walked by without saying anything. Then when it was finally my turn the employee said I needed to wait a minute because he needed to finish a project for another customer that was waiting. So I left. 4-6 employees there and only one person helping. Obviously they didnt need my business.
Go here if you want your beautiful wedding programs completely screwed up. The printers dont know what theyre doing.
The employees at this store are phenomenal; they have absolutely fantastic customer service. I recently visited the store after having no luck, support, or guidance in my attempts to purchase a rare outdated charger for my ASUS notebook at other locations (Best Buy, Target, MicroCenter).Although they did not have the item at the store, the employee spent a significant amount of time ensuring that I knew all of my options (and associated pros & cons); he also connected me to valuable alternative resources where I would be able to find what I was looking for.Kudos to the team at OfficeMax!

I am very very disappointed with this branch. I wanted to print 20 copies of a legal size contract. I dropped off in person the firts time. Came back after a week and my order is not even proceeded. They didnt have the materials and no one have called me. So the second time they said they now they will get it done. i and came back again after a week for the third time in my orders not even in the system a huge waste of time and frustration looks like this people that work at the printing Department doesnt have a system they could not even find my job.The person that helprd me sound like he didnt even care about it.Terrible customer service

I ordered some posters on Monday. Called Tuesday and was told their printers were broken, no offer to send them to another store. Finally, Friday I got my email saying they were ready. Showed up to the store and they still were not done. I will not order printing from them again.
