This Staples location right off of 394 and closer to the suburbs of Minnetonka and Hopkins serves as a good go to place for all office supply needs. The shop has neat placement of their items and that helps seamless browsing through the shop to get to your needs. Watch out for the top banners to identify which areas serve what. The store has great collection of pens and sketches and will be a great way of getting the kids occupied at the store. They also have a printing area to cater to your printing needs and offer printing at nominal prices. I’ve always liked their wide variety of printers and printing inks and all other computer related accessories. The staff are super friendly and they are always a holler away to attend to your questions and concerns. The checkout process is also quite quick.
Aaron and Austen were both extremely professional and very friendly to me during my time there. They both took on a difficult task of fitting in a image into a super small locket and made it look amazing. They both need raises or a promotion but they are both extraordinary.
Eli & Evan were great, had some issues with my card but these guys helped me & sorted things out. They were understandable of my situation & provide great customer service. Thanks!!!
I went to this Staples location for the first time, looking for a particular item. An employee approached to help me, located what I was looking for, and then, when I asked if they had a second copy, got out a ladder and climbed up to their on-floor storage area, and found the item. This guy - whose name, unfortunately, 8 did not get - went above and beyond. In addition, he was very polite and professional. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
Print service is fast and friendly! I print business cards here often and they always call me if my artwork is looking off. GREAT price for a quick turn!
I had miles of paperwork to scan and copy and the employees were all kind, patient, and helpful through the entire process. This level of service is rare in our fast-paced society. In addition, they all went the extra mile. When I forgot something, they worked quickly to notify their staff to ensure all were aware for when I returned. Thank you team 10/10
Crews were very friendly and professional.
Outstanding service from store manager. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you very much.
Raffa was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional.
My Sales Associate was Monte P. and he was great! I am technology challenged and was able to just hand him my phone with the PDF and magically, my daughters birthday invites were printed. He knew the appropriate weight of paper and included envelopes!! Thank you Monte!!
Do not shop at Staples unless you want to deal with incompetent workers and issues non-stop! Ordered simple Christmas cards and was told they would be ready in 1 business day. Went to pick them up and was first told they couldnt find the order (which it turned out they typed in the name and order number wrong 4 times), then I was told that the printers went down and they were working on them. When I asked when I could pick them up, I was told later in the week but you know we are getting 30-40 orders a day so we cant guarantee that. Called later in the week and was finally guaranteed they would be done the next day (because of course they were still not done) and that they would call to reassure me of the status. I even asked to transfer my cards to another location and was told that was not an option. Not surprisingly at all, I received no call the next day, called to find out that they were still not done and wouldnt be done at the earliest until the weekend.I finally had my cards transferred to Walgreens after a week of dealing with them. I would NEVER recommend you get your holiday cards done here and after this experience it doesnt surprise me at all that Staples closed 120 stores last year and expect to close another 170 more. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassingly poor customer service, service in general, and management. The one star (as I should have given this place 0 stars if possible) is purely for the manager Jason who did work with me and I appreciated his efforts. I feel bad he is a manager at such a poor company and thank him for the personal service.
Staples pays to advertise on Google that they accept free electronics recycling no matter where you bought it. But two physcal stores, (Minnetonka) II went to posted signs they do not accept consumer electronics recycling. After that fiasco I called the three remaining stores in my metro area. None of them are accepting consumer electronics recycling. Best Buy change their policy they no longer accept consumer electronics recycling unless you bought something there within the last 30 days and have a receipt or pay $25!
Friendly staff, ready to help!! Excellent customer relations. A smile from you the customer goes a long way in the store you visit !!!
Staff was helpful in the store, but the checkout process dragged on long enough between repeated failed attempts by the previous customer in entering an email address and processing a return to make me wish I had ordered it online. (Only one cashier.)
Excellent and lightning fast service. Bruce in printing department did superb job on printing business cards. Fast, convenient and most important cost efficient!
Friendly staff and great customer experience
Ordered business cards with confirmed same day pickup. Got the confirmation e-mail.4 Days later no cards, and they have no clue when they will be ready............
I came into the store right as it was closing- Bruce, who was working in the print shop re-started the lamination machine (he could have said they were closed) so I could get my small project finished. Great employees and work!Andy
If your website hours say closes at 9:00 but your door says 8:00 theres something really wrong. Im very disappointed and frustrated that we drove to the store and you had already closed! Fix the website close time!!!
The print service is quick and easy. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
Worst customer service ever! Ive been on hold foreeeeeevvvvvverrrr! Over 5 minutes. All I wanted to do was verify if something Ive ordered was shipped to the store. Good luck in getting anyone to answer the phone.Nothing but music on hold. Terrible service. Finally gave up.
Worst customer service Ive experienced from any business in a long time. It appears this business lied to me in order to make a sale. Telling me that toner I purchased was returnable if it didnt work, and then when it didnt work, offering store credit after telling me they trust that their employee was telling the truth. Lying to make a sale, then insinuating that I was the one lying. Shows what level of value they have for their customers.
Customer service suck. looking for items they didnt have them. all questing, no answers. unable to recieve email to complete work. it will be a very long time before I go back of ever. the worst ever.
This place has the worst customer service. I drove just down the road to the Office Depot in town and was greeted immediately. The employee that helped me showed me around the store to everything I had on my list and checked me out himself. He even offered me an in store coupon that saved me 20% on my purchase. Will never shop with Staples again.
Terrible customer service! I went to get a small job printed and right away the customer service rep said, We cant do that. He provided no solution, except when he told me to go up the street to FedEx/Kinkos.
Wonderful service, but didnt have exactly what I wanted in stock
The employees were being helpful by asking us if we needed anything. We were there to get 5x7 envelopes which we found but not at the price point we were looking for (for the quality).
Great everything you need for your office or home
This may be the worst staples or office supply store I have ever been in! The copy and print center employee on Sunday July 31st was the rudest incompetent employee I have ever seen. Had a document which was a word document that was 2 pages and wanted it front and back on 1 sheet. The employee said he couldnt print it and didnt give me any other solution but to go to his competitor fed ex kinkos. I have a large account with them and will be closing it and going to another company after this experience. Stay far away!
Good place for office supplies.
Bruce In the copy and print Center is very rude! Horrible .Justin the GM is very nice tho.
Stood around for a while. After a bit i walked around before I found someone to help me. When I asked if they had any of a certain kind of pen, she just looked at the pen collection for about 2 seconds, flipped her hair a few times and said no they discontinued them.Really? They are the most sold BIC pen.Went on amazon and bought 2 boxes and some other office supplies for way less.
Tried to return a graphing calculator after 20 days. Bought it before school started...right out of the box defective. Staples told me I was out 125 dollars..beyond the fourteen day return policy. Told me I should have bought the protection plan.
Worst customer service in all Twin Cities. Poorly trained, many employee turnovers and new ones dont know what theyre doing. No stock on common Epson inks - cyan, yellow- never in stock. Less inventory than ever since they cut size of store. Dont know how to run Staples Corp card - every time! Last time Im visiting here though its closest to home/office. Will drive across town from now on. Reporting to our Corp who will report to Staples Corp.
They haf theyre hours posted incorrect so my 40 minute drive was a complete waste of time and money
I came in the the store to pickup a modem/router that was in stock according to the website and after calling to confirm. I arrived to see two boxes for it on the shelf, both empty. After approaching the employees and manager they informed me that they keep the contents in the back they reached, couldnt find it, looked in their inventory and saw they had some in stock but I had to leave without the product, after a long drive there. Very disappointing.
Bad service, employee didnt know how to do simple edits to a document and wanted to charge me extra to flounder around in Microsoft Publisher, went to Office Depot down the road instead to print what I needed.
Came in at 7:30 to a print shop already closed down when they close at 8.
Always people around to help.
Went there today and store was closed checked at 10:00 and again at 10:50...a young lady was there waiting for manager to open door...and now she’s not getting paid...so sorry for her....
