Would NOT recommend this place! We took our RAZR for repairs last summer. 2 entire summers, 1 motor, primary and secondary clutches, numerous trips back to have repairs fixed due to a non qualified mechanic being hired and fired and $11K later; we finally picked it back up today. 🤬 Super frustrated! Not to mention we were told that we wouldn’t have to pay for the repairs that were caused by the faulty mechanic; however, when we got there to pick it up we learned that the service manager was no longer part of the team and we would indeed have to pay the additional $2200. 😳. Not sure this is normally how business should be conducted, but if you talk to Tim, he will give you $200 gift certificate to be used at Vallely…🤯🤯🤯

I purchased from this dealership because they are marine certified which does not really seems to mean anything. I purchased a used boat which I new would have problems eventually. However, I did not think that It would be the first three times I had it on the water that I found different problems. Two of which should have been caught before leaving the dealership. Very simple and quick fix problems that resulted with myself getting stuck in the middle of the lake because of the boat not running or starting. I contacted Vallely to try and see if there was something that could be done to resolve the issue but because I was to far away from the dealership they said they could not help. Marine certified and customer bill of rights means nothing for used boats I dont know if it means anything for new boats. To add to the disappointment in this dealership, they do not know how to clean a boat. There was still dog hair and dirt in the boat from the previous owners after the dealership said they cleaned it.

I cannot really say much. I just entered to see about a Polaris Slingshot. They had 1 used Slingshot but the sales guy had no info. He was nice enough but had no info so he wasnt much help.

This dealer lies and will cheat you out of money Charged me for looking at my jet ski. THE problem was I brought both jet skies to the shop and told them about the one that wasnt running . Never got a call back like they said they would and the parts women said she never said she would call me back and called me a lier. The jet ski that was broke they never looked at. But they did charge me $170 to look at the one that had nothing wrong with it. The worst dealer I ever dealt with in North Dakota and Ive dealt with a lot of them being a native North Dakotan Be warned Do Not Deal with this dealership

My dad bought a side by side here. He could not get it when they promised him he could pick it up. They kept giving him another date. Finally he aakes for his money back. They were still waiting for a horn and blinkers he ordered to come in for them to install. They told him he could come get it and They told him after running it 24 hours bring it back in and they would change fluids and install the parts. Today he took it back in and they did what was supposed to be included with the purchase. They gave him a $450. Bill he tried questioning it and they got really rude with him. Finally my dad paid for it told my son to get the side by side. My son drove side by side up on the trailer and was met by a minot police officer that had gotten a report of my son drinking and driving. My son showed the cop the root beer he had been drinking and the package it came out of.Really really poor customer service.

Bill in parts, took care of my on board charger and got it replaced free of charge under warranty. Thats good customer service.. !

Sales represented Scott Doering, in the Minot dealership was great to work with. His service actually started back in January 2020. He was the only Lund dealership that called me about package deals from Lund, Mercury and Shorelander. Took a 2014 Ranger in to have a recall worked on, a drive line cross bearing, and a rear wheel bearing. Straight forward and simple. Have had it for over 4 weeks and wont give me a straight answer to why its not done. They keep trying to add more work that needs to be done to it to get more money out of me I feel. Told me the drive line was going to be $300, now they want to charge $400. Somehow the driveline came apart OK, but wont go back together at the slip joint? So once again they want another $400-$600 on top. Unless they wrecked it taking it apart how can the slip joint not go back together? If they damaged it they ought to cover it. Will never take anything to this place again nor will I buy parts from them either.

Do not ever breakdown on a motorcycle trip near Minot North Dakota and have your bike towed here. Total waste of time. They simply dont care about a biker in need. Worst experience in my life.

My wife bought a new Yamaha TW200 but decided to sell it after only 600 miles.She took it to Vallely Sport & Marine for servicing. They charged her $100 for an oil change on a bike that only takes one quart of oil.They also installed the wrong oil filter that cut off oil supply to the top end and fried the motor.They disassembled the motor and had no clue what was wrong.I researched on the internet and brought to there attention that they had installed the wrong oil filter.They said they would fix it. This was mid July by the end of September I went in and raised so much hell they kicked me out and threatened to call the police.The next day the bike was fixed. I asked for a refund for the $100 oil change and was refused. Got the bike back October first.Now we go to Team Yamaha in Bottineau. No setup or freight charge straight MSRP and great service.
