She ended up getting us a nice cargo cover to cover the entire back portion of the jeep, a nice wheel cover along with the windshield protection plan.Overall it was an awesome experience dealing with everyone involved.

3rd time I’ve had tire pressure so wrong that hazard tire pressure comes on. For $120 oil change and tire rotation everything should done that they say they did. After bringing it back in - it still wasn’t correct. Staff was nice but don’t seem to care that they screwed up again.

All of the staff that I encountered were very nice and Jeff S and Derrick were great to work with. Having the final price marked without any negotiation really took a lot of the pressure off because the salesman do not have to go talk with the ‘Great and Powerful Oz’ behind the curtain to see how great of a deal they have done this one time just for me.It was definitely worth the drive up from Bismarck!

I’ve had my oil changed there and the access panel to my oil filter was not put on properly and was zip tied to my car…I went to another dealership and it was discovered the last mechanic broke the latch to my access panel and zip tied it to cover their mistake. After posting the first part of the review, I was called 2 days later by the manager and they wanted to amend their mistake. They ended up sending me the part they broke. I appreciated the follow up

Purchased one of the trade ins from Tyler Reynolds at Minot Automotive. This was my second purchase from Minot Automotive, first one with Tyler. Process was simple and hassle free, start to finish from picking the car we wanted and actually bringing it home took about 6 hours and it would have been less then half that if I didnt have to go find the title for my trade in at home and pickup a check. I think thats a pretty fantastic turn around time. I liked that they showed me the inspection report from the vehicle. While there wasnt a warranty included with the car (its a used chevy and this isnt the chevy dealer) they did offer one as a package. Shout out to Nolan in finance for being quick with the paper work and explaining the taxes, registration fees, and additional packages to me well so I understood it.10/10 would purchase from Minot Automotive again.

I just wanna start off from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. I just walked in to test drive a full size truck to if It was something I wanted. They actually let me test drive the vehicle by myself which was really awesome. Gave me a chance to get a feel for everything without anyone trying to shove a sell down my throat. Long story short I need up buying the truck. One thing that I was worried is that there prices are set. They claim to have the best price so of course I had to do my research come to find out I was getting a great deal after all. Becca the sale lady that was helping me through this whole process was very kind and helpful. She wasn’t shoving me to buy a vehicle which was a nice change of pace walking into a dealer ship. So if you thinking about checking out some vehicles or even buying from here I would say from my experience I would recommend checking cartiva out.

Service DepartmentThis place has possible the worst service department Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My son had a check engine light come on in his truck. I called the service department to set an appointment to have the light/truck checked. The service department was booked for a week. I was able to make an 8:00 AM appointment for the following Tuesday (7 Days later), I explained my wife & I both work so we would need to leave the truck the prior day in order for the to look at the engine light. The truck was dropped off on the Monday before the Tuesday appointment. the next day at 10:30 AM I remembered we had the truck in so I called to dealership to see what they found. When I was able to reach the service representative he stated they have not brought the truck in yet and he would call me (Dont call me Ill call you), when the truck was done. At 2:00 PM I still havent heard anything so I went to the dealership, when I arrived I found out they still havent brought the truck in for the check engine light. I spoke with the manager and he said they were busy and they were not able to look at the light at the 8:00 AM appointment. Once they brought the truck in at 4:00 PM, it took approximately 30 minutes to complete the repair. The moral of the story is, If you buy a Dodge from this dealership please make yourself aware you will probably have to take your vehicle to another dealership to have it repaired. This includes warranty work and recall work.

The salesman Perry was above and beyond helpful! My experience at Minot Automotive was absolutely amazing! I was scheduled to come in on Wednesday but ended up getting some extra time a day earlier on Tuesday and Perry made the time for me and we got the deal all done on Tuesday afternoon. Perry even drove me to my house to drop off my old vehicle so I could take my brand new Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock home that day! Once again it was an amazing experience working with the professionals at Minot Automotive and I will be a returning customer for life because of the way Perry and the rest of the wonderful staff treated me there. I worked with a salesman named Auggie. He was very nice and did everything he could to give me the vehicle I was looking for. He even filled the tank and cleaned out all the stickers while I was getting insurance. The Minot Automotive Center was clean and I could tell everyone was doing their best to assist me.

Idk why people leave bad reviews at this place, my guess is because of a car they got but it’s a used car dealership so you have to use due diligence. With that said my experience there was amazing, as a mechanic I was being very picky with which car I was going to invest in, I pretty much knew before I even stepped foot in there. Mr. Baker was very professional through the whole thing, allowed me to make a second test drive because the first one was ruined by rain… try doing that at another dealership! He was willing to stay late to work with my work schedule and maintained a steady communication throughout the entire buying experience! Going so far as to answer questions at 10pm on a Saturday night! 10/10 would definitely buy there again

We were so happy with Ryans offers, respect and friendliness, we decided at the last moment to buy a Jeep from them. I only tell you this because whoever that manager was who decided to insult my wife and Is intelligence - and attempted to take advantage of a prospective returning customer - effectively drove a customer away. Please, let that manager know... especially if hes a manager that insists his underlings follow the same practices.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh over at the Cartiva location and I can say he was very helpful. I ran into an obstacle of having to provide a proof of residence and I just got here a week ago and being in the military, living on base, in the dorm it was hard to provide that. He helped me tremendously with trying to find ways around that and even getting in contact with the bank themselves and seeing what other options there was for me and in the end, with all his help and his manager’s help, I was able to get the car that I was in love with! The car I got was also a very nice car with a pretty good price attached to it

Been with them for 4 years and had excellent service and never missed a payment. Always paid up front.Until, a miscommunication with a customer rep in regards to my radio repair that resulted in paying for a late 4 month diagnostic payment and radio still broke. Nothing was solved. I feel like I have been ripped-off. Thinking about changing service location.

The main branch of Cartiva was superb with employees that work with you. The other branches (like the building which works the clearance lot) clearly dont care about working with you and their selection is terrible with awful pricing.

Let me start by saying the sales staff is fantastic, I had several great conversations with a few salesmen, however the service center may be the worst Ive ever dealt with. I scheduled an appointment to have a recall performed, as well as some other maintenance that I would pay out of pocket for. I scheduled this appointment 1 1/2 weeks in advance, and informed them I would pay to have my car towed to the location. I sent my car a day early, and waited patiently to hear from the dealership the day of my actual appointment. By the end of the day, I still hadnt received a call from my Service advisor, April. The next day, April informed me that the wrong parts had been ordered for the recall, because we didnt know your car was a manual. The recall is for an engine component, and the part is the same whether the car is a manual or not. Having worked in the Automotive industry, I figured they simply forgot to order the parts and it would be a few days until they could get the parts. After a few days, I had to call April myself yet again to get an update, at which point I was informed it would be 3 weeks before they would even look at the car. Seeing as I had the car towed to have other items fixed this was a MAJOR inconvenience as I did not have a vehicle to drive for over a month because of their mistake. I spoke with April several times over the next 3 weeks and continually was brushed off or dismissed and told Im sorry the next available appointment isnt for a few more weeks.. My car was in their service lot the entire time, they had the keys, and yet I had to wait for ANOTHER appointment because of their mistake. I reached out to the Service Director, Ryan, who also seemed to have absolutely no answers for me and just like April, he did not like to reach back out to me with any solutions or progress. I had my car returned to me a total of 5 weeks after my appointment was originally made, and paid over $900 for the maintenance items I requested to be done along side the recall. When I got the car home, I immediately inspected it and found that I had 4 new dents with missing paint on my running panels from the technicians lift. I immediately took pictures and reached out to April about the damage. She had me send the pictures to the Dealership, and then proceeded to tell me the damage was not caused by them. Our Master technician knows not to damage a car like that because it will cost us money. He says the damage was already there is exactly what she told me. I assured her multiple times that the damage is new, and in fact have pictures taken BEFORE the car went to the dealership that show there was no damage beforehand. April told me she would speak with her boss, Ryan, and get back to me. A week later I still had not heard from either of them. Jump to present day and neither Ryan or April will return my phone-calls despite having left several messages for both of them, and trying to reach out as many times as possible. HORRIBLE customer service, and disgusting business practice to lie about the situation and then refuse to try and make things right. What should have been only 3 or 4 days has now turned into Months of problems. I know I will never return, and I have already made sure to inform my coworkers on base and anyone looking to have their car serviced to be sure not to go here.

We test drove a vehicle, decided we wanted the vehicle, sat down to get everything in order, and then were told we were not allowed to buy this brand new van because we live too far away from Minot. The poor sales rep had to come over and explain to my wife and children that we werent allowed to buy cars there because they only want to serve local people. I guess North Dakotans dont stick together anymore. I grew up around Minot for most my life and have always been a North Dakotan, but apparently am now outside some imaginary circle of business they will do. If they would have at least posted this somewhere I would be less upset, but we got our hopes up, we were excited, and then were told no, and they wasted so much of our time. My toddler was sad as she walked out and kept saying no new car today, no new car today! We tried to keep our business on the side of the state we call home, but now will purchase the same vehicle in Fargo.

Austin was excellent help throughout the process, lots of knowledge about vehicles, policy, financing, and leasing. Entire staff made it possible for me to drive away same day, amazing place, people, process, and work. This is my go to and final stop for dealerships.
