THE EMPLOYEES ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS, THEYRE FRIENDLY & IT DIDNT TAKE LONG FOR MY AUTOMOBILE TO BE SERVICED. THEY CALLED ME TO LET MY KNOW WHEN MY PARTS WERE IN, THEY ALSO CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT I LEFT SOME OF MY BELONGINGS THERE. THERE PRICES ARE FAIR & THEIR WORK IS GOOD, I RECOMMEND THEM WITH 5 STARS.

Had an awesome experience buying my new Sierra there. At a time where some dealers are using the vehicle shortage for huge markups and to force buyers to purchase extras Ryan GMC made my purchase smooth, easy and enjoyable and still offered great pricing!.

Juan confirmed a vehicle was there and available for me to come and purchase. Confirmed the selling price of $48,000 + 5% Sales Tax + $229 Doc Fee = $50,629 and said the unit was on hold for me until noon the following day (today). I asked to put a card deposit on it to ensure it was mine and he told me “There’s no one here to take a deposit for you. It will still be here.” Perfect I was excited to pick up the 2019 Suburban.This morning before I left town I called because it wasn’t on the website anymore. He told me that it sold yesterday evening (mind you I was on the phone with him yesterday evening) and he tried saying he was confused with another Suburban. Still trying to figure that out since he confirmed the numbers and the other one is $10,000 less. If I for some reason ever want to try doing business again, I’ll be sure to make sure it’s with someone who knows what they’re talking about.

Everyone is always very courteous and professional. Jacob in the service department is our go to guy for all of our trucks. Weve been using this dealership for 4 years and have always been very satisfied.

Asked the service manger if they could change the battery in my ole GMC truck, he said itll cost $400 because they have to test all the grounds in order to change the battery. I said thats fine and then baldy the service manager tells me to go to Tires Plus. I have the money to spend and I know they dont have to check all the grounds to change the battery, I just wanted a new battery from the dealer.

Ryan GMC and Chris Fast are great. Chris was never pushy while helping me look for the perfect vehicle and never became frustrated when I asked to test drive about a thousand different vehicles. In fact, the whole GMC team has been amazing each and every time I have taken my vehicle back in for maintenance as well. If youre looking to buy i would definitely suggest checking them out!

Bruce was well informed, kept in touch with me as I was looking to buy a certain truck, and made the sales experience go smoothly. The day we bought our vehicle we had an appointment and we still waited 5 hours while our sales guy helped other people. I had my newborn child and my five year old with me while we patiently waited and never once complained. Two weeks later we returned to have our sales guy help us with our OnStar registration and a few other things with our new vehicle. While we were inside of our new vehicle the sales manager banged in our window and began to demand that our sales associate leave our vehicle to help another customer. When my husband approach a sales manager to try to discuss with him what we were doing and how we had waited patiently two weeks prior he became agitated and frustrated with my husband. Since then my husband has made several phone calls trying to get the situation figured out and spoke to many people regarding what happened to us. I have yet to receive a formal apology from them for not only banging on the window of our vehicle but also for insinuating that our time no longer mattered since we had already spent our money there. If I had the opportunity I would tell my friends to not take their business elsewhere. There only saving grace that day was a kind sales associate who helped us out, this sales associate has since been reassigned from our account.

Dont have your Cadillac serviced here. They will screw it up. I am in Arizona for the winter and they are a 10 here. I will never set foot in this business again. They need some customer service training.SMH
