This location great the pickup orders ready way before the 2 hour window is over and put to your car in record time every single time. It makes it so easy to stop on a lunch break.

I love the target pick up option. I use it at least twice a week. I rarely ever wait more then a minute before my purchases are being loaded into my vehicle!

Ordered pickup took 20 minutes to get some goldfish unacceptable. Got the order and they charged me for 2 goldfish when I only ordered one. Take your business elsewhere if you want good service

Upon arrival, a message popped up on my phone that I might have to wait longer than usual to receive my order. I ordered curbside pick up. I pulled into the parking spot and literally within a minute or so a nice girl walked up and gave me my order. I didnt have to wait at. Extremely satisfied with the customer service here. Will continue to be a regular customer. :)

It’s a great service. I never have to wait long and the delivery people are so polite. I wish I could tip them!!! It’s sooooo worth it.

They will not no matter what circumstance answer my phone calls. Didn’t answer after I called every department. I would call and after 30 seconds they would just decline my call

Location. Products. Less crowded than other retailers. Bags are durable.

This store in Minot is a great Target. Not to big but not to small either. They have a great electronics section. They have an array of great stuff. I would like it to be a little bigger after seeing Denver Colorado Target that thing was huge it was like a block long and huge. It be cool if we got a super Target. But all in all great store.

I like shopping at Target because the store has a good selection and friendly staff. I would like to see Target expand and offer many of the good products and foods that bigger Targets offer.

Target makes it easy and quick to pick orders up. The Im on my way and Im here buttons are simple to use and it takes no time to get your order if you let them know youre on the way.

Target always has a nice selection of both grocery items and gift ideas.

For the most part I like this target. The employees are friendly and they allowed me to use their fitting rooms (pre-covid) to nurse my baby. Their clearance is always nice too. There have been issues with their restrooms being dirty though, and for some reason all of the price scanners have been ripped out, which is very inconvenient.

Easy, quick pickup

The pickup i ordered was out of stock by the time I got there, even though I ordered though pickup. Nobody could find the item I bought on the floor. Its horrible customer service!

Target runs are always great. Store is clean, employees are very helpful, wouldnt think of going anywhere else for your daily needs. Just wish we had a SUPER Target in Minot.

Live says youre not too busy but when I came in you had no cashiers for people to give you money. Thats cute you hire 12 people to stock the shelves but here is a crazy idea....we cant leave with product unless you sell it to us. Hire cashiers! Had to just leave my things behind because an HR manager cant do their job.

You guys have everything that I needed that day and it was a perfect check out line and it was a very enjoyable

I love shopping at target employees are always nice my only complaint which Im sure is corporate is half the warehouse in the aisles as they stock shelves wish that could be done at night

These guys really helped me out in a pinch! I needed some winter clothes for work and nothing was out on racks yet. Staff spent at least 20 minutes grabbing boxes from the back and giving me a selection to choose from. Thank you so much!!

The store staff members were busy stocking items at 9:30 am on the Wednesday that my son and I visited the store. That being said, every aisle was FULL of merchandise or people or carts, etc. It was extremely hard to get around. Twice, a store staff member made us wait for them to pass instead of stopping to let us as customers go first. Usually, our experience at the Minot store is much more pleasant

I tried to shop at 9a.m. The staff was stocking at that time and they acted like I was in their way. Im the customer trying to shop and spend money. I should not be treated like Im an annoyance. Then when I go to check out, there are no cashiers. There are employees walking around, but they just dont want to check out people. Target wants us to use self check out. Im not a cashier! Target is not paying me to be a cashier! Amazon is looking better and better to shop at. Amazon has no cashiers and I can stay home and shop. Market Place food has cashiers and treats people like customers.Target should treat costumers like they want them there and they want customers to buy products.

Seasonal workers are by far the worst thing imaginable to a business, it reflects badly when they are horrible to customers and we all know target is a great place aside from November to january. Would not recommend shopping there during the holidays.

I enjoy shopping at Target and find almost everything I need. I hope that Target opens up the gate to the mall since it is starting to get cold outside.

I want to say thank you for having all plastic karts. Today one of your karts came from the Barnes and Noble area (according to a witness in the Best Buy parking lot) of the parking lot and grazed the side of my 2015 F150 then T-boned the side of my buddies 2015 F150 as we were in our vehicles. There was no noticable damage to either vehicle but I assume it would have been different with a metal kart. I laid the kart on its side in the rocks near the road between the Dakota Square and Best Buy parking lots.

Not a huge independent Target store but still a nice selection and size. Convenient place inside the mall. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We love Target!! Target is our favorite place to shop in Minot. The employees are friendly, the store is clean and they almost always have what we have on our list...and then some.

My family bought me a stroller travel system off my online registry. Ended up girl color instead of the boy one. I returned it in the store since I called and they said I could do that. They said on the phone I would get a gift card and buy the one I wanted online. Okay..so I went to buy it at home and see that the card they gave me was for in store use only...I call and they say it was a mistake just need to bring it in when I have time and will give me the right one. Get to the store and store ladies say I cant get an actual gift card cuz I dont have the receipt anymore..and for tracking purposes it isnt allowed. So loooovely.

They have a good selection of items from Auto accessories, toys, clothes, cleaning supplies, and food. Even a pizza Hut express if ur hungry now. A lot less hassle then Wal-Mart

Cashier said they will price match if i found something similar online in less value but the supervisor didnt not honor it, purchased a stroller for $299 and it was $229 at Walmart, should have went to Walmart. they also said they only price match certain store

My husband and I went in to the store on 7-24-2016 to get him a new phone. The lady helping us had no clue what she was doing sold us the wrong phone deactivate my phone was unable to back up any of his stuff. We will never buy a phone threw target again

Even though it was late and the store was closing in an hour. The staff was very helpful. They also showed me where some things I was looking for. Even they where announcing when the store was closing they didnt make me feel rushed to get out of the store.

I came into your target store on Dec 18 2013 to purchase a laptop case for my wife and upon entering the store i notice the security guard watching me twice as i was walking to the electronic department and before i got there i passed 4 employee so when i found what i was looking for out of the blue the scurity guard popped out of no were and asked me could he help me i said NO and then he asked me are you sure once again i said NO but thank u then he continued to stand beside me as if i was there to take something without paying for it now as he was standing there i got very upset and left the store which he followed me to the door if this is the way target treat people that comes there to shop i dont want any part of it i felt as if it was profileing and yes im a frican american male which i have a good job that pays well so does my wife anyway i will never step a foot in any target ever again and i will pass this on to my family and friends about this and i deserve to be treated just like everyone else that shop at target not like i came there to rip u off because im black pretty dam sad if u ask me

Smallest of the Targets Ive been to so the selection is kinda small on some things like food products. Customer service is always really on point, especially on a return I once had where I thought I would only get store credit but instead the women swiped my credit card and found my receipt (what a lifesaver!) The hours are pretty convenient too, even though its connected to the mall, it says open til 11pm, except on Sunday. Word to the wise: get the cartwheel app, you get at least 5% off target brands almost every time, plus save even more on other specials.
