I went in the store with accidental blue hair and the associate (didn’t catch her name ) helped me find the right dyes to get this charcoal/ grey color. She was the best!

I always enjoy going to Sallys...Ive been to many around the country...today, just when I was wondering if the worker was going to assist me or not... here she was. The friendly and helpful Samantha They didnt have the conditioner I wanted but we found some comparable products for my delicate situation... Samantha spent a lot oftime helping me.We read many product labels... I really appreciate that.

There is a New Manager who is very kind and seems to Sincerely care about her Store. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because some of the workers hover around you to much.

The sales person was very helpful, although I am a frequent flyer here. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Theyre overpriced to not have a broad selection or the same thing as last time. Theyre always out of stock and they have the nerve to overcharge.

Friendly staff, horrible stocking of the shelves. I used to go there frequently for nail supplies, but theyve been sorely lacking starting well before the shut down.

Terrible service .. the employees were nice but I was given bad advice on how to fix my hair after dying it a wrong color and they told me to use a toner and it made my hair worse instead of fixing it to the color they said it would. I trusted them and they told me the toner would work on my orange hair and it did nothing except damage my hair

Its been 3 weeks as of today that I was told a product would be arriving.We ordered it it will be on the truck Thursday.Now today I call and Im told that all trucks come on Mondays.When was in the store the girl said to come back Thursday late in the evening they will have it on the the floor.Nobody knows nothing.I find it hard that they are playing dumb cant nobody be that dumb or maybe Im wrong!!!!#Theydontknowshit

Never open after 4pm when hours show til at least 5.

Advertised as being open on Saturday to 8:00 pm, went there at 5:20 and the door was locked with a sign saying the manager was on a lunch break till 5:45.

I called to make sure they had a product, before driving across town for it. The lady confirmed they had it, i even described the packaging and she said yes. But when i got there, turns out it was their generic brand of the product.
