Slumberland is my favorite place to shop for furniture. We had great customer service, a great selection of quality furniture. Its hard to find good solid wood furniture these days, but we found what we were looking for! We also were pleasantly surprised with the delivery service. One furniture store wanted to charge literally 10 times more than Slumberland!! Cant wait to get our new set!

We were greeted as we came into the store and were told where we could find the things we were looking for. We were not bothered by a constant presence but were left to look at different things . The salesman would stop by once in awhile and ask if we had questions. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Terrible customer service. We were told our purchase would come in in two months and every month since they have called and added another month. It has been over 6 months. Good luck receiving what you purchase.

My teenage daughter and I went to Slumberland today to look for an occasional chair. I had been in the store a few evenings prior, and a salesperson by the name of Carol had asked me if I needed help, though I was just looking then. So today when I was in the store, I asked for Carol as a courtesy for her checking on me the other evening. My daughter and I had already picked out the chair, but Carol wrote up the order and completed the sale for us. The chair would be in in a couple of days, and we were just taking part in some light conversation to end the encounter when Carol veered off into political statements and began insulting people with belief systems similar to my own. When I told her that I was one of those people, she seemed surprised but didnt apologize. I was so livid that I just walked out.Feeling angry that I had just given a commission to someone who ended up insulting me, I called the store and asked to cancel my order. Brandon was the manager on duty and listened to my concern, was very apologetic that a customer would be subjected to political talk when simply out shopping for a chair, apologized for the occurrence, and worked with me to keep my order while not having attribute that order to such an insulting salesperson. He was very kind and professional, and his handling of the matter was really the only reason I kept my order.We need to get back to some kind of normalcy in this country, where a person doesnt have to be politically bombarded when just carrying out daily tasks. People are exhausted with this kind of thing! Slumberland is fortunate to have persons like Brandon who are professional and understand that people who are shopping for furniture just want to buy furniture.

I walked in with a rough idea of what I wanted to get and to spend on a mattress and Brandon was amazing and knew every question I asked and how to help me find the right mattress for me! He was very thorough with each one and even knew what they had in stock at their store with sizes and brands. He told me options for delivery and made it easy for me to figure out when i wanted it to be there. Also showed me around to look at some other furniture even though I only went in for a new bed. I got the mattress I wanted and it’s super comfy. Absolutely amazing service and I would definitely recommend him to help you pick out furniture for your home! Thank you Brandon!

Well pleased. The Futon that we found was as close to exactly what we were looking for as we could have imagined. It will look right at home in the lake cabin!! I went to buy a mattress because we have family coming in for the holidays and we just moved into our new house. We found the mattress we wanted and placed the order in store, only after swiping my card the woman helping us realizes she ordered a full instead of a queen and they have no queens in stock except for the display. I told them I would gladly buy the display at full price but the manager told me no and that I would not be refunded for their mistake for at least 3-10 days. So now I am out $600 for the next 10 days and have no bed for my visiting family to sleep on. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their employees do not know what they are doing and the managers will not work with you to solve the problems they create.

Bought a mattress. They charged us for a wrong size. Then told us after that they didnt have it in stock. Then wouldnt sell us the display one. Asked if we would like a different one that they had instock which we chose then they didnt have that one either. They are rude and dont know what they are doing. Oh and we are out $600 for 3-10 business days. I will not recommend and will do my best to keep people from going there.

This is solely my experience and my opinion... Bought a chair in April 2020, the mechanisms broke within a month. Got a new chair (same kind) mechanisms broke. June 2020 Went in again upgraded chair and paid more, Got Chair August 7th 2020... chair broke within a month. Called for warranty service. Had service men out 2 times on latest chair. They said theyd order 3 parts and get back to me. They never called or returned calls. Weve called three times trying to get this resolved. Called a 4th time today (22 Feb 2021) still waiting 5 months into this process to fix a recliner. Their customer service is non-existent and their furniture just falls apart. (NOTE: I have no children or animals in my home to abuse furniture so that is not the reason the furniture isnt lasting its just cheaply made). Spend your money elsewhere is my opinion.

Thank you Cindy for helping me get exactly what we needed! I was going to buy a 5 drawer chest online but decided to go to Slumberland first. Cindy was our sales person. I told her what I was looking for and she showed us their limited stock. I showed her what I saw online and she looked in their system and found they had one in stock in the back. I was able to leave with one dresser (assembled and still in the box) and one ordered. The whole process was quick and easy.

Great choice of desks. I was able to find what I wanted and it was in stock. No waiting 12 to 16 weeks for delivery. That was very important to me. My salesman was well informed and found everything I wished to see.

The staff was able to assist us and answer all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all available options showed to us even if that meant taking apart a piece of furniture that was sitting on display and showing us the different ways we could order it instead of just explaining and hoping we understood. They also ensured we got the best price possible.

We were greeted at the door and found what he were looking for immediately. Our kids were very excited about getting new beds. The salesman was very good, kind, and patient with the kids even though they were getting into everything. We were helped quickly and our needs were met.

Slumberland had a really good selection of sofas, recliners, loveseats, and mattresses. Would have liked more dining table choices, but that’s about my only “complaint”. The salespeople do not hound you & follow your every step like at most places which we really appreciated! We found a sofa for much less than the other 2 big furniture stores!

Theres certainly a lot to choose from, a bit of a sticker shock but I suppose new furniture isnt cheap. They also have a fairly large clearance section which is discounted considerably !

Had a great experience buying an entertainment center and couch, everything was thoroughly explained and shown, options were spoke of, and upon finishing the sale delivery and protection options were given as well!
