We love Main Street Books! The kids and I stop every time we are in town.We have been coming to this store since they were in their original location. My son was little and we played a lot with the toys while we checked out the books.The selection is awesome. The employees are kind and personal. The store is clean and well organized. They have everything we need. If they dont, theyll get it.Its easy to say... we love this store!

Main Street Books is awesome! Their collection of used books is excellent - great pricing ($1-$3). The staff are so fun and friendly. If I lived anywhere near Minot, I would be there weekly!

My all time favorite bookstore! The store clerks are so nice and helpful. The selection is huge and the owner offers rewards and discounts that are rarely found among small booksellers. If you cant find the book you need there, theyll order it for you! During the pandemic, shopping from the store website has been easy and a great help. Thank you!!!!

Main Street Books is a great little neighborhood bookstore. Decent kids section, lots of choices for both young and older kids. They have a Native American and North Dakota section, as well as, a nice fiction and non-fiction selection. A great place to spend some time.

I LOVE this book store! It’s really well organized and it has a very welcoming design and layout. Their children’s section is where they really shine, as well as having the biggest and best selection of Calico Critters toys I have ever seen anywhere.Super friendly staff that helped out, and they have a wide selection of used books as well!

Great to have a cool book store in the middle of Minot. Good selection of books and toys. Great place to take the kids shopping and I am always able to find a book or two for myself. If they dont have what you are looking for they are always happy to order it, and the service is always great. I feel it is important to support local businesses like this so they stick around.

For sure the best book store in the area, fantastic home town, small, local business—NOT a franchise. Owner has her eye on ethics and sustainability, and the store itself is a true boon for the community, including employing many local folks.Great atmosphere, excellent selection, used books too, free coffee, good and interesting selection of toys as well.Quiet, friendly, cozy, warm, well-lit, really cool building. Have been going here since they opened. Friendly staff. Owner is wonderful and is there most of the time if not all the time, passionate about her store, books, reading, and her customers.

I am so happy there is an independent book store here in Minot! The atmosphere and selection are awesome...made even better by the availability of delicious komboucha. And it’s easy to ask them to order books I am looking for but aren’t available in the store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I hope everyone in Minot appreciates this gem!
