The lady that works in the Minot office, is absolutely the most ignorant person Ive ever spoken too! When you prove her wrong she just just denies all of it and still tries to charge you...she needs to be trained and/or fired. She is rude and unqualified.

We had our well tested by a couple of different companies and what I liked about Culligans is they were honest with us and said, we can put a system in but it might not help and we dont want to take your money. They came out and did additional testing and we now have great water at a reasonable cost. No more white iron and I wish we had done this years ago.

They are always friendly and helpful. Right now I just get jugs of water from them, they have the cleanest and best tasting water in town. When we get our own house we will definitely be talking to them about their water systems.

Go to the shop and fill your own jugs and it’s $1.25. That’s an amazing price for the big blue 5gal jug of water and it taste great.

The receptionist who answers the phones at the Minot location lacks basic customer service skills. I actually dread calling and asking questions, because she is so rude and acts annoyed with you that she has to do her job.Please train your employee.

I wanted to post something up for my brother, who received a call today that he was responsible for a water cooler that he did not have possession of when he dated is prior girlfriend (who is the one who signed the contract and left it at the last address they were at). So today my brother had to go to his last address and find out who had his ex girlfriends water cooler, because she told culligan that he had it, which is untrue, unsubstantiated and completely false. I would also like to add that the account is under her name as well and not my brothers, so why it all of a sudden is his responsibility is beyond me. But the message he received on his phone from the front desk clerk was and I quote, “Hello Mr. West, I have seen that the cooler has not yet been dropped off this morning, I am quite curious if I should call your job and tell your boss what kind of employee is working for them.” So not only can they not keep their paperwork straight, but they use intimidation on those NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THE SITUATION..... good job. Btw stay clear, their machines are nasty anyways, they had to filter out yellow water when his ex first received the machine some time ago. If your smart, you won’t pay these degenerates to supply you with water, it’s cheaper to buy your own station at Walmart and fill up your jugs there whenever you go shopping. Plainly, don’t do business with these people, they’ve already been sued in court once, and they are looking for round two apparently.My actual review is no stars..... but what can I do
