Crowded, poor service, not enough checkers, moves items too often, not consumer friendly, semi clean. Should pay customers for self checkout, reduces their employees. Consider this store last choice. Devils Lake Walmart wonderful!

Always have had team members answer questions or guide me to what i was looking for with a good friendly demeanor and happy attitude.

Always seems to have what were looking for. Today they had a great sale on fresh fruits and vegetables. Corn was $0.30 each, pineapple $1.87 and strawberries were a dollar. All in all a good days shopping.

My husband waited at the jewelery counter 25 minutes. No one came to help after numerous attempts at trying to get someone. This is unexceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pretty clean for a WM. The issue going on with WM right now is lack of employees. They push out the food on pallets onto the floor and it just sits. No one available to stock the food. It’s a real issue for businesses right now. Just no one wanting to work. The one guy I saw he was doing all he could to keep everything going. Sad times.

Great place. My car died as I got there and they got me right in at the auto care center and got a new battery and my car ran great again :) An employee named Dean is always over there and ready to help us whenever we needed anything also. Super friendly and seems like a really hard worker.

The store is very clean. The restroom has been updated and clean. It does feel crowded with the store items in the middle of walk way. Wish that they could have more workers to help you a lot more. But in all a very nice store. The staff were very polite also.

We had a nail in our tire on our Vacation passing through, we called at 630pm on a Monday to Walmart tire service and no one answers phone. So we drive over there and get there by 645 and the kid working said they aren’t allowed to fix tires close too closing time. Are you kidding me, this would have took just a few minutes to fix and everything else was closed in town. What happened to Good people and Good service especially when you know someone really needs the help. Not impressed with your service department one Bit!

Waited no joke a hour in the checkout line

Absolutely hate this place not the prices but the people who work there.. like 25% is nice and helpful but seriously the other 75% come on.. Rude as hell.. thats not department I cant help you.. like wow okay if it wasnt for the cheap reasonable prices this place would be the first to go

Your employee at the self serve check out named Ashock should not be there, he is too old to understand everything, he thinks that we aren’t doing everything right so he makes us take twice as long, no hard feelings against him just would sure be nice if you had someone who could communicate better

Helpful stocking crew especially Paul that was stocking by the yogurt.Cashier was super friendly.Greeter was super cool and helpful. Parking was easy.

This Walmart always seems to be out of stock in many areas of the store. Also, for whatever reason, they choose to restock what they do have in the middle of the day so there are pallets set out everywhere. Every other Walmart I have been to does their restocking in the middle of the night when there are fewer customers. They also need to open all of the self checkouts... They paid to have the ones with a conveyor built but they are never open.

Great place to shop Chris was very friendly we just moved here from Kansas I have to say I worked out walmart and been to alot of walmarts it was clean and very Great place to shop! Was not very well stocked you were out of alot of items

The store is clean and people friendly. Disappointed in the lack of choices, empty shelves, and lack of consistency in product. One day they have it, next they are out. BUT I have to say, the store is better organized than your competitors. In the end, Walmart is still the best overall store Ive found in Minot. I guess that when you live this far out its hard to have some things.

Well, I’m in this store at least two times a week. I feel like I live in Walmart. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good WalMart. Feels safe here. The layout is different than what Im used to, but thats okay. It can get busy at times, and with the main checkout process being self checkout, it can take a while to check out.

Doesnt have a lot of things I was looking for, the aisles are crowded people just stand there so its hard to get around. A lot of things are located on the top shelf which makes it hard to get things without having to step on something or stretch

They make you feel like a thief right as you walk in the door. Secret shoppers that arent so secret following you. Cameras every where. Items locked behind glass doors that you cant purchase because no one has the keys. This place is ridiculous. F the Waltons. We arent all thieves. Treat people with respect.

Its very nice place even though it was crowded there were still enough room for me to move around without getting in anyones way

In not sure what is going on but this store has a restocking problem....there are a lot of pallets of freight on the floor, yet a lot of empty shelves.

Well, for 2 days I have called the auto care department trying to schedule an oil change. The first day I let the phone ring for 30 minutes. Even tried calling the main number, no answer on either.The second day I let both the auto care and main number ring for 10 minutes. I called at 7:00am, no response. Emailed customer service online. They immediately contacted me by phone. They tried calling the store...guess what?! I hung up after being on hold for 5 minutes waiting for them to get back to me. Walmarts customer care/service is lacking.

Im a over the road driver...so I go to stores coast to coast. Nice store but the people living there werent the friendliest. Everyone still being GOOD prisoners to a mask. Horribly heartbreaking knowing that if needed to think for themselves...they wont get far in surviving a real life or death situation.

I like this walmart. Associates are nice and polite. If I didnt like it it wouldnt matter because theres no other walmart within 100 miles but they do a great job.

The forced masking of employees is a gross overreach of authority. The masks contribute to an unsanitary environment as they do nothing more than collect germs. Please give your employees the dignity and respect they deserve by allowing them their natural right to breathe freely and communicate naturally.

This Wal-Mart was pretty tidy, and the employees were helpful. Much of the Easter stuff was gone though. Theyre were just empty boxes everywhere. Boxes were on shelves, the floor, and stuff just thrown around. However, the rest of the store was pretty tidy. Besides not being able to find much last minute Easter stuff, I was able to find everything else I was looking for.

Good they help u when you need

Like that when you find someone to help you they actually do! They don’t shrug you off. I had someone help me find tarter sauce of all things. We found where it should be and it wasn’t there so they scanned it and went to the back and found it for me and came found me in produce with it! Also had another guy help me get some jugs of water as they were so far back I couldn’t reach them. Great service thank you! Also thank goodness for the Walmart app!

The lack of checkouts, the shortages of main name articles on the shelves, the place has really gone down hill ! So 3 stars is pushing it !

Bought a home printer/scanner/copy maker. Also copy paper and picture paper. Need more picture paper for copier selections. Only had two different brand and quantity. Otherwise great store.

This is a very busy Walmart. They can hardly keep the shelves stocked. Williston is even worse. It was at the self-checkout wouldnt take cash instead of just debit and credit cards. Thats my only downfall.

Great walmart. Has everything you could possibly need. Gets busy on sundays but is also open twenty four hours so you can go whenever you like.

Employees are over worked and try hard to keep items stocked but since it’s a small city it’s hard to keep the shelves full. They have a good stick of items. Wish they had more plant based items.

Lines way to long 2 tills open self checkout is card only. Needs more workers am self checkouts need to go back to accepting cash to help customers an lines to keep moving.

Counter lady was a little rude at 1st. But quickly realized how she was talking and changed it.

Well what can I say,Yeah I love Wal-Mart,Where else can you go and do your shopping, banking & automotive .I use Wal-Mart for all my business it seems. I have used virtually all of there services in person as well as online. I have had nothing but excellent service from both.

Walmart is walmart wherever you are. This walmart however is exceptionally depressing after the assistant manager relocated to manage his own store a couple years ago. The manager Monica, is not a happy person. This in turn creates an atmosphere of terror in her associates. If you dare stand up to her, your demoted or fired. I will pay more, drive further, and go without if this walmart is my only option.

Took way too long to find someone to unlock a cabinet so we could purchase what we needed.

I love Walmart. The employees are friendly. They do run out of items so you cannot count on availability. I understand this because of the volume of customers. I use their drive up pickup service from time to time and find it very easy and handy.

The best store equipped too fill all your needs family . In home and outdoors. My favorite store.

I should have remembered his name. A very busy employee took the time to find a product that was missing from the shelf. I have started making fewer trips so it was especially nice not to have to wait for my next trip.

Management yelled at a group of us ladies for politely asking for help at customer service. We were standing in a very slow line with only one person at the counter. Management appeared to be just standing around and several of us asked for help. After moving back to the states I was surprisingly excited to go to Wal-Mart for the first time again. That incident took the grin right off my face. I could not believe how rude and disrespectful she was. Now I get nervous everytime. I dont want to run into her.

I had an online order from the app but the item came from my nearby Walmart in the same day however when they delivered it they threw it in a bag and left it OUTSIDE in front of the apartment building. I called the local store and talked to some manager who didn’t even know who handled same day deliveries and proceeded to deny and deny there was even anything in the bag and we both looked at the same photo that was sent of where the bag was left and said she’d find out and call me back and to which no surprise she didn’t like come on a whole new level of not only stupidity but incompetent as well if I could there would absolutely ZERO stars

Christmas lights mostly white lights. Need to have better choices of lights. Plus need to do better in dairy and meat department. Like keeping things stocked.

The employees were nice and helpful. Made my experience go a lot smoother than it could have gone.

Store is always a mess, no registers open, needed a product from a locked case and the associate BEHIND the counter ringing people up told me he was off and didnt know who had the keys for the department. Needless to say, I left my cart there and ordered off of Amazon.

Really disappointed how things are never in stock, wad there yesterday to get dog food, and was a mess way underneath, loose dog food under the shelves

I forgot my suitcase at home so I had to buy some personal things and clothing, they had everything I needed :)
