We would not recommend them period. They were always very late and on the first delivery they did not include the 9” overhang on the island on the order. Their Minnesota supplier found a similar piece of granite but not a matching piece and recut it. We agreed to accept since they already had been paid by our contractor and they wouldn’t answer him. During the months it took we had no water in the kitchen and had to use the bathroom. For all the delays they told us they would give us the first island granite to have recut and use in some other place in our home. They measured for this piece for our bathroom. After waiting more months I called the Minnesota parent and they said the Minot store was on a cash basis and hadn’t paid. The Minot store never answers their phone, the owner doesn’t answer and his mail box is full and the emails are never answered. Now we don’t even get return calls from the parent company.

Our first visit was an hour before closing, and the gentleman behind the counter told us he was just watching the store and couldn’t tell us the prices or any information about any of the products. He was kind, but not super helpful. Our second visit was amazing! This gentleman knew everything about all the products, answered all of our questions, and told us they could make an exact drawing of our kitchen to help us make our decisions. Great prices and a good selection.

Very poor communication during the entire project. Material changes were estimated on site at a couple hundred dollars, but a revised quote was never sent after being requested multiple times, and the difference ended up being $1,500 at payment time. A cabinet was damaged during installation but never brought to my attention, and when I sent in photos I got no reply. I would definitely find a different company to do the work.

We would highly recommend Stone Countertops! They put granite countertops in our kitchen and their workmanship was impeccable. We also had them install a new backsplash and their tile guy was amazing! He was diligent and very careful to maintain the cleanliness of the area. This is a very professional, accommodating, and friendly business.
