We came in to find something for the Wii U and even though they didn’t have it they searched so hard to find it and great workers.

These guys are the worst place to go to. All they do is rip you off and scam you. I wouldnt recommend going to this place all they do is sell you broken game counsels which should be tested before selling but clearly someone there isnt doing there job right!Worse place ever to buy games and counsels.

My go to game/movie store lots of various choices for game stations, collectibles, and t shirts ect and all very cheap and good quality

Big selection of used dvds and the their price are cheap. All dvds are priced $2.50 but if you purchase 10 or more you get them for $1 each. I originally came in to purchase a used Xbox 360 which they had 3 of. The girl girl at the desk was real helpful and such a great friendly attitude.

Bad selection overpriced just go to GameStop.

Staff is almost always friendly and welcoming. Theres a manager that tends to come off as condescending and can be rather mean or rude, but outside of that I only have positive things to say. Definitely go here if youre looking for retro anything for games. If they dont have it theyll order It from another store if they have it.

I stopped by on Memorial Day to look for mainly 90s and early 2000s console games. I was surprised by the variety of selection of retro/classic games given this is North Dakota, after all. The Dreamcast selection was extremely thin, but then again finding DC games at good prices (which Rock 30 has) can be difficult. I was allowed to peruse at my leisure. The staff was friendly and the man who waited on me was very knowledgeable. The prices are very fair and competitive. This location of Rock 30 games is smaller than its sister store in Bismarck, but still has a solid collection and worth visiting.

The Employees were very helpful and also Respectful, not to mention they at least knew what they were doing and talking about. They are gamers as well, which is pretty cool too.

Has a great selection of movies and TV shows, not as big of selection of retro and older games as their other stores, but do provide shipping them to the store u are buying at so you only have to wait a few days, repair on consoles I have yet to bring on in for repair but will be in future, they provide disc resurfacing, I had 4 games resurfaced 1 was still unreadable and the other would crash, other 2 worked, I came back and and explained that 2 didnt work and they resurfaced them for free and now they work.. staff is much more helpful and friendly than GameStop, also wont lie to make a quick buck

Love the store, has a great selection. Staff are super friendly and helpful, except Bryan? the assistant manager. Made us super uncomfortable with asking if we need help (literally) 5 times in 5 minutes, but mostly was asking us questions too personal for small talk during check out. Hopefully thats our only unpleasant experience here

Horrible customer service, horrible staff I will not recommend to go to the store because the way they treat the customers, especially when they eat in the corner.

Very knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of disc golf items and the knowledge to you with it. Lots of used games and system staff was very willing and happy to help with all our questions. Lots of used dvds and Blu ray as well as some collectables for sale as well. Used to be in the mall worth the drive to visit them.

Like gamestop but far less corporate. Staff is fast and efficient. They will take trades for a large number of things. Used to offload tons of stuff here. Always got a fair trade.

Much better than GameStop or Best Buy. Looking for something specific can be hit or miss at times, but we always leave with something we didnt even know we wanted. Its especially handy now that our 5-year-old plays games on his DS and we dont have to go shell out $40 for brand new. We also bought our used PS4 and our sons 3DS here and have never had an issue with either of them. And their automatic return policy is nice to have, even if we never had to use it. (I believe you have 2 weeks to return your purchase if it doesnt work, and you can spend 6 dollars for a 3 month warranty? Dont quote me on that, I am not certain.) Service is always pretty good and they are always helpful if you have questions. Not to mention their decent selection of retro games and equipment.

These guys give the best trade in values, do not go to gamestop or best buy, they also have an awesome retro game library.

Was once a really cool game store, but the new staff doesnt seem to fit in. The inventory seems more directed at hard goods like PoP! Figures, and less toward games (there were a total of 2 Genesis games when I went in). The staff seems overbearing, and tend to carry over too many of the GameStop Qualities. Ill just look online for my retro needs from now on, shame really.

Staff is always in a good mood and I dont feel like Im getting ripped off for my old games when I bring them in, unlike when I go to gamestop.
