I bought my very first handgun here, I was nervous but the more the staff talked to me the more comfortable I got. I got different sizes n calibers I went through with staff n I made a decision that I love today. 5/5 would recommend to anyone with or without gun knowledge.

Drove from Bismarck and met with Rob, he was very friendly and helpful, left with a Luger and 2 other pistols well worth the drive probably the best gun store I’ve been to in North Dakota I will be back!!!

Little high on gun prices and same some times with ammo. Like most places are short on ammo.

Worst place ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone! They trick you into spending HUNDREDS. They say “choose any 3 for $30” then when you choose an assault rifle that add an additional $100 for the rental...and totally forget to tell you that part. They say ear protection is in the bundle....then charge you for it. The young girl at the counter is terrible at being honest and telling you up front the prices. I’d rather shoot a NERF gun at home.

Lousy customer service and won’t accept returns. There’s much better gun stores in town that are friendly, stand behind what they sell and want to earn your business instead of treating you like a nuisance.***so I guess you just log on here once in a while and try to refute any poor reviews. Doesn’t look like you ever leave any contact info or ask any of your dissatisfied customers to contact you. Zero interest in making it right.

Exceptional customer service, and knowledge base. I came in late on a Saturday afternoon looking for a specific rifle. Of course they didnt have it on hand, but in a few short minutes Rob had found it in his computer system and had it on order for me. With in a week I got the call that my rifle, and ammo had arrived. I returned to Spartan Firearms to pick up my new .300 PRC, I also brought in my scope, rings, and base which they were happy to mount, level, and bore sight for me. I Have nothing but great things to say about all the guys here, from the assistance I received, the price of the rifle, and the great conversations, with people who are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Honestly, the best customer service. Another gun store in town literally sold me the wrong ammo promising that it was correct for the gun -_- anyway. Spartan is great.I spoke with staff about needing ammo for two guns-they verified the right type, and got me what I needed for my specified budget. No attempts at taking advantage of me or anything. They even helped carry it out to my car (I had my toddler with me, so it’s always an overwhelming disaster lol).No matter your skill level or experience (or for anyone wondering, your sex/race/etc.), Spartan has the right team to treat you fairly and offer exemplary customer service. I think that’s super important as more and more “non traditional” and first-time gun owners become more prevalent. So, don’t be afraid to come in and learn more about a lifetime skill/lifelong hobby.

Went today to get some reloading supplies. I was blown away at their prices. They have primers, and not many vendors around have them right now, but when they are priced 145 percent over normal costs, I can see why. Their bullets are also about 140 to 150 percent over the average cost around at other places. It is sad to see businesses price gouging people in times like this with the Corona scam going around. I wont be back.

First and last time. Sales person had such an attitude. Left there, purchased at Scheels.

I had my sons rifle mailed to him. I called them 3 times and talked to the owner 2 of those times. I explained what was being shipped and where it was coming from. When it was shipped the local gun shop talked to the owner and all the information was given to him. The package was addressed to Spartan firearms in care of my sons name. We (myself and my son) tracked the package and knew when it arrived at Spartan firearms. So the owner knew what was coming, when it was coming and who it was for. When my son went to pick it up he was told nothing came in. He explained everything and showed the tracking number and that they did receive it. After they saw he wasnt leaving without his rifle the all of a sudden they found it. I had it in a hard case and I taped it shut. Then that was in a cardboard box heavily taped. Like I wrote above it was addressed to them but had my sons name on it. Well when they miraculously found the rifle it was opened already. My son said their was no box and the hard case didnt have tape on it. I knew that they had to see what was in the package but they should have waited for my son to be there to open it. It was in care of him. Again they knew everything about it from 3 calls from me and another from my local gun shop. My son called them at least 2 times. They should have opened it in front of him and why did they develop amnesia when he came to pick it up? They seem like pretty shady people. My son will never go there again and he is spreading the word to all his buddies. STAY AWAY FROM SPARTAN FIREARMS.

Given that its been about 45 years since Ive been into a gun shop I guess I thought I would have seen more rifles or pistols more shotguns. Again its just been like I said 45 years since I stepped into one of these stores.

A small to medium sized gun store, that has a good selection of pistols (FNH, CZ, Sig, Glock, Ruger, etc) and a decent selection of rifles and shotguns. They also carry optics, suppressors, ammo, AR parts, accessories, and targets (well-priced steel). They are well staffed and can order to suit specific needs. Give them some business!
