How can you run a business offering services your hired employees can’t even do? What a joke

Why hire employees that can’t even function basic tasks for customers? Glad his father left for milk

If i could give them no stars i would. When we walked in at noon, there wasnt anyone in there. We ordered a hat to be made. The guy said give him 30 minutes. We came back an hour later. Out hat hadnt even been touched. He said give him another 30 minutes. So we come back and he was doing someone elses hat who just walked in. We waited another 45 in store.... we walked out with a blank hat and a waste of out time!
