Terrible customer service, i was told by the owners son to be there by a certain time for an appointment and upon arrival, the shop had not been opened yet… furthermore, the shop wasn’t opened after waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes later. After calling(to receive no answer) and voicing my concerns multiple time on voicemail, i finally got an answer(3 hrs. After i was told to arrive). To which the owner told me the price was $100 more than the original price & to come “asap”. Upon arrival, he would then turn me away due to him having a customer & “no time” for me and him providing the service i had waited a week for. He then proceeded to try and schedule me a week out from that date, and was not willing to accommodate my inconvenience in any form or fashion. To which I obviously declined. Terrible customer service/professionalism, 10/10 do not recommend!

Lost a piece off one of my motorcycles exhaust pipes, took the matching part off of the other pipe and took it to a competitor to SE Muffler here in Minot as it was closer to my work. The competitor looked at it, measured it, said he didnt have the right sized pipe, or a mandrel bender. I explained it doesnt matter if it is mandrel bent or not as it is covered and wont be seen. They heehawed around and didnt want to do it. Took this same piece to SE Muffler, he took it, measured it, and found some pipe he could bend and flare to the proper sizes on both ends. I now have a part that not only will work, but I think fits better than the stock part. No question, best customer service. Didnt even for a second appear to think he couldnt do it. Will be taking all of my exhaust work to SE Muffler for no one. Skip the other guys, go directly to SE!

Scheduled appointment because he said he could have my leaking exhaust problem fixed by Monday guaranteed unless it was in need of something major like an entire new muffler system.Showed up for appointment 10 minutes early. Door was locked, lights off, closed. Didnt receive call saying that he had closed up shop or anything. Just wasnt there for an appointment I scheduled only because he guaranteed it would be fixed Monday.Called the number 3 times no answer. Car wasnt fixed, never answered calls next day either. Appointment had been set up for 4:00 Friday on Thursday morning, so it isnt like it was forever between scheduling and showing up. Not long enough to figure it was fixed at another place.Promised work done in a day. Instead didnt even show up to take the keys from me.

The owner was amazing. We had a broken exhaust and he fixed it in 10 min and charged very little. I would recommend him for any muffler issues.

Terrible, hundreds off dollars spent and exhaust mounts just break off... hear it rattling in the cab. Spend your money else where.
