A wonderful store!!! So many instruments ... I think theyre the only store in Minot of this caliber. I spoke with a few team members who were friendly and inviting but i talked to Erick at length...who was very helpful and patient. I didnt feel rushed although it was the last hour of the stores day...and a Friday. He gave me a detailed account of all I inquired about and his own connection to music, which I thought was impressive.

Within the last couple weeks, I’ve had services done on both my guitar and bass and it was quick, effective, and not very expensive. Being a left handed player in a small town, I was pleasantly surprised that one of their technicians was also a lefty, and it made me feel encouraged about bringing in my instruments. Wes at the front desk was very kind and informative about the process, and even when I had questions that might’ve been obvious to someone more advanced than I, he never condescended or made me feel inferior. Zack the technician also did a great job of explaining the processes performed and left voicemails when I accidentally happened to miss his calls. I also bought a bass amp and one of the other employees did a great job of talking with me about all the different options and showing me things within my budget. I felt welcomed and included and everyone was very kind. I am very pleased and happy with my choice to come here and I’m glad I found them :)

I go there right away at the morning . At 6ish in the morning. Usually doesnt take long food is SUPER FRESH

I didn’t actually go in since I was on a phone call at the time and just stayed in vehicle with kids.... but my husband went in because he needed a new guitar. He found what he needed and was in and out pretty quick. He didn’t seem to have any complaints and is very happy with his new guitar!

Very nice people and chill environment. They let my son try out new possible Saxophones and made it a nice, easy experience.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to talk music. Not too many of these types of places left.Would recommend anyone come here first before thinking of anywhere else and especially online.
