The interior cleanliness of the store like floors, restrooms, fitting rooms were super clean. The ease of shopping throughout the store like racks being organized by size, aisles were easy to shop. I was highly satisfied with that. The friendliness of the employees was excellent. The speed of the checkout was excellent as well. I highly recommend it.

After waited ~20-30 minutes in line. I was told by Mr Sergio from the Eastvale store to go back to the original store (Chino Hills) for an exchange/refund. By the way, I paid for the item with receipt as proof. It was your negligence that the magnetic device was not taken off. How can my wife wear this? Please don’t treat me like a “thief” and simply tell me to go away that you can not help me. After I requested for a manager, than you took my ID and told me to calm down and lower my voice. Excuse me??? Can you please show some respect? The “supervisor” or senior representative came and said why don’t you offer him cash and turn him away. Excuse me??? Do I look like I’m here for the cash so I can be turned away? I raised my voice and said is this how you treat your customers? I was asked to leave the store at the end without any resolution or services offered simply because I raised my voice after you said to give me cash and turn me away and Mr Sergio refused to help me. Please stop treating loyal customers/shareholders like this as you forgot that you are here to help and serve the community. You consumer affairs department is much more helpful. As promised, I will reach out to Riverside County’s consumer affairs department to file an official complaint in addition to the complaint to your corporate office. “Great job” Eastvale Target!!!

It was easy, I just went in line, showed my pick up bar code, waited, got it and moved on. It was much simpler than ordering at the McDonalds near by....which takes half an hour for a plain hamburger to be ready. A plain hamburger with just cheese...anyway....

Worst Target, complete joke. Always find empty shelves and they only carry half the products of other Targets even though its a bigger store. The staff simply shifts blame to corporate on why their store is trash. Pictures are all from different days.

Cashier was slightly clueless as to what change to give., after being asked for a larger bill to be split. Store was out of quite a few things. Staff was friendly otherwise.

Went into this Target for the CVS pharmacy, nice employees, very helpful. Been here before for Target itself and I did find what I wanted and some other things. Prices not bad.

My go-to place. Staff is great and pleasant. If you cant find someone in that department find anyone and they will ring up someone there. I also like the books section. My son always makes a point to read a book every time were there. The books, toys, and the electronics is his favorite areas lol oh one more thing, get the Target RedCard for more savings.

Love this limonite store .. was able to order hard to find toy and pick up toy same day, was great since i could not locate it near us MILES away.plus was able to find needed under garment apparel for whole family (+6) in one location which is hard to find due to different sizes needed, is and always is a plus for my lil big family..

Glad to see Im not the only one who had a negative experience with loss prevention here... At self check out, Elisa was super rude and accused me of stealing, saying she KNEW I didnt scan every item and that I wasnt allowed to use my own resusable bags since they couldnt see what I was putting in them (what?). After she checked my entire order and saw I paid for everything she didnt even apologize. I would have asked for a manager but was so embarassed & flustered I just wanted to leave. Although after reading the reviews of unhelpful management here maybe its best I didnt. Ive never had an experience like this at any other Target and thought Id try this one out on a whim since were thinking of moving to the area. Also, I agree with everyone saying this store is understocked. I thought it was because of the holiday season but I guess not.

I found what I needed and the lines were not long.

Very upset by my recent visit to Target, there was a face covering required upon entry however when I entered, there were some customers without masks furthermore, even some employees did not have their masks on correctly. Target, do better. Was also informed of 2 cases of COVID at this location, in all means DO BETTER TARGET.

Went in today to buy a laptop after seeing it listed available on your website. Walked all the way to the electronics section and told the guy working there i was looking to buy a laptop. He said we dont have any laptops in stock.I go to the front Order Pickup register and ask the guy there if he can look up the laptop Im looking for, which he attempted to do but failed so i ask for a manager. I believe it was Carmen who was the manager who came to help me and she was great. She walked around the whole store and found the laptop! Im glad at least the managers there can help!

Masks are mandatory but they let people get Starbucks and not wear them and even though kids should be wearing them they aren’t they are running around everywhere touching stuff not to mention pets inside they are not service animals it’s disgusting. Items are always out of stock I know it’s not the employees fault the company hasn’t given them merch.

Recently remodeled but very messy. Never been to a Target looking like this. Apparel team members where to busy having a conversation at the fitting room. While their area looks like a dump.

The overall quality of my trip to this Target store was excellent. A lot of shelves were nicely stocked, staff were friendly and I saw quite a bit of cleaning during my trip. I appreciate the staffs hard work and positive attitude.

First off just got turned around during business hours 15 minutes before they closed because someone decided to be lazy and thought they were “too busy” guess what that’s a poor excuse and your store never has stock of many items I don’t even know why I come to this target. If you can avoid and wait 3 minutes go to the one in norco it’s way better.

Covid has really affected available items and at the moment the stores are stocking as they usually do, leading to low or no stock on certain products. On a regular day however this store is usually pretty good.

Upon puchasing over $600 in merchandise from this target, loss prevention watched me from around corners and two associates literally starred at me the whole time while making my purchase. Not one time was i asked if i needed help. Once i was 75% done scanning my items one of the loss prevent associates asked if i needed tags removed from my items and when i said yes he told me just let one of the cashiers know. I would have thought hed call her over instead of making an order. When speaking to me there was no eye contact. Body language says a lot. I will not purchase anything from this store again and i might return the $600 worth of stuff i did buy. None of the customers before me or after me was hawked or followed or starred at. So what was it about me?

Poor customer service and using profanity is very unprofessional. I think Valerie should be fired.I will never go to this store ever again and its rt by my work. This is all over because she wouldnt give a 2.00 price adjustment.

You have so many out of stocks!! What happened to cashiers?? Next to no contact except for the initial hello. This is not a one time thing either. I know its not just me either, I have noticed other customers in front of me get the same treatment.

I had a friend who was followed by a stranger inside the Target. Your employees did nothing until the gentleman did other weird actions. Then you finally escorted him out my friends were scared to leave and the Target employees offered no assistance. My friend had to call her mom to come to the target and then escort her to her car. My friend is also pregnant. Safety is obviously not your concern.

You gave me the wrong order some one else name is on the bag. You put the items in my car with out showing me and now I have to drive all the way and Do this all over again when the point is to make it fast and simple.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone when you call, not even guest services.

Dwayne allowed me to get my earphones from the customer service counter even though it was one minute after hours. Also, the lady responsible for ringing me up at counter spoke up for me and confirmed the phone call from one target to another to pick up the earphones. I drove 45 minutes, but it was well worth it.

This is by far the cleanest and most organized Target I have been to in a very long time. I was just telling my husband that the Target near where we live is going down hill....always dirty, clothes and shoes all over the floors, out of stock on a lot of items. This store was classy and the customer service was amazing. I must have been asked by 3 employees working on the sales floor if I needed any help finding something. I will drive from Lake Matthews now to this Target for these reasons from now on.

Great target off the freeway. Almost as good as the super targets in the Midwest. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

This store is always hot...it doesnt matter what time of year it is they have the heat turned up or the A.C. turned down. The new remodel looks nice but it seems like they sacrificed the variety they once had. It is becoming less and less of a one stop shop even for some pretty basic items. I prefer Target over Walmart but it is becoming less and less convenient to shop here.

Takes forever to get someone to help us out! Store always has “in stock” items online but once at store items are no where to be found.

I needed help finding an item on the Shelf I was immediately helped by an employee and the aisle. Also there was one more item on the same aisle I needed but it was not on the Shelf she scanned it and said theres one in the back and brought it out to me. Most exemplary customer service Ive ever had. It was a young white female approximately 18 years old slender with red hair. She deserves a kudos.

Very great deal to order online and picked up on store. Their employee assist me to get my stuffs. Their store were not busy no need to fall in line and wait few minutes.

Forced to used self check out on a $129.10 purchace of toiletries and clothes which took me about 20 minutes between line and scanning each item myself with 3 kids. When finally headed to the door there was an employee that waited there and ask me to check my cart and every single item on my basket again making it even longer to leave. I’m okay with checking but it was completely humiliating and completely understand that they want to make sure everything is paid for but why don’t they have actual live registers open to do this process normal like all other Targets. This is not my regular store and thought maybe I should give it a try but biggest mistake, will never step foot there again, they’ve lost one probably not important customer to them but I know my business is probably not they only one that they will lose with that kind of management and treatment.

Lines can be long but usually only during peak hours. Currently rearranging areas but everything always easy to find. Service is prompt and people are typically friendly. In and out when Im not browsing. Enjoy this target a lot !

I had my original order cancelled with no particular reason. The email said you can reorder so I did and it came up at the same price so I figured all was fine again. Two days later i was informed that the order would take a few extra days to arrive that was fine. Then a day later the order was cancelled again and for no reason that was explained. I understand once but twice you have a real problem with your system and I will not order from Target again. I will also inform all I know that you can not rely on Target online orders so do not bother using target.

Staff are pleasant, you have a great selection of household items, clothing, books, and groceries

Drive up extended way beyond time they allotted themselves. Ordered one baby thermometer for drive up. Headed to pick up an hour after placing order and waiting in the lot for an hour and a half. Had my 8 month old sick in the back seat and did not want to expose him to the cold wind (at what turned into 10 o’clock at night). Called in to see if they maybe had it ready at guest services so I could just hop off and pick up myself. Girl who answered apologized and said it was because they were short staffed. I consider myself a pretty patient person and did not call in until an hour and a half later after seeing three larger orders being delivered by three separate team members. Very disappointed.

There is an employee Nicholas, a tall African American fellow. This guy deserves a raise. He interacts with customers with such interests. On top of that he his very nice and hilarious. If youre reading this Nick, you are fantastic, keep up the great work.

Related to the holiday season shopping over Christmas, it was difficult for me to get around in certain areas of the store..Because I am a Paraplegic in an electric wheelchair it was tricky getting past/through the aisles overstuffed with displays of merchandise. Store managers do not take into consideration that there are many disabled people who love to do there own shoppingBut if the aisles are not kept clear of unnecessary clutter we cannot shop at there stores... I had the most difficult time in the kids clothing dept because of clothing on the floor Everywhere... The employees did not stay on top of keeping the aisles cleared of items on the floors...

Fast and friendly service for drive up.

Not the best Target Ive been to, but it is really nice. Usually well cleaned and stocked. Staff is very slow and not well informed of item locations. The family restroom is usually locked, even if no one is in there. Has a Starbucks and cafe.

Sometimes the store is a not kept up to the usual standards I see at other Target locations. But they have a good supply of kids clothing and shoes. I have been able to find a lot of sold out items at this Target.

The buying experience is very poor. The staff here are very unprofessional. The staff here are very silly. They cannot help you in any way. It can even make things worse.

Theyre so petty, I try to be a loyal customer, I have to pee the bathroom was horrible. I pee in my pants because the bathroom, I didnt like walk around in store because the was too big for my size and I pee in my pant, I was very uncomfortable in everywhere I went there was puddles and nobody was cleaning it up overall I would say that this store is amazing.I would highly recommend to come here pee in your pant and walk in my puddles.

This is THE WORST Target ever. Seriously, out of the 18 products I needed, I found 3. And it’s not like I needed off-the-wall items. No salad, no veggies in general, no lunchables, no yogurt, no Powerade.Terrible Target to shop at.

Well I just went to Target here in Eastvale. Wow wow what a huge change target has made. Looks much more upgraded and not so crowded. When I do have some extra money Im going back there and buy my heart out.

My son left the store crying because I was not allowed to purchase Silly string without an ID. Silly string is not medication, nicotine, or an alcohol item so why do I need an ID to purchase one. Made me so angry that I refuse to go to a Target again. I had purchased the same item at Walmart without any issue.

Baby registry not able to print since printer not working. Asked stock clerck about qualifying items for the store coupon and was given incorrect information. Went to the register to pay and unable to complete transaction since items did not qualify after being told they would. Educate your staff please!!
